Cons:
Being made to pick up the vehicle at a time when that particular rental office was closed - having to rebook through Enterprize for another location (in town) at the airport and being charged a new fee ($5 per day facility fee) and then returning the vehicle two and a half days early and getting charged almost the same original fee. What a dissappointment!9.2 Wonderful

They closed at 2 pm so I was forced to rent a car from a competing rental service3.6 Poor

None of workers in Lake Charles and only a few in Houston (man taking car at drop-off put his head inside the car with me inside!) were wearing masks. There were no distancing measures in Lake Charles. I felt very uncomfortable. The car AC was not functioning (very low, if little output).8.8 Very good

Pros:
No staff at the office. The office was closed due to weather. But the weather was great that day. I took a $30 uber to Hertz be stranded. Worst experience ever!Cons:

Charged and extra day when I was about 30 minutes past return time. Picked up vehicle and you could tell they tried to cover up a smoking smell. Especially bad in trunk.10.0 Wonderful

car was an upgrade from what I originally ordered and I had to add a day to the rental...I was allowed to do that at the same discounted rate as original order! Great to hear!Cons:
Fortunately, I had a corporate # code because I only had a debit card to use.. Would be great if debit card was acceptable once credit check is passed.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I paid for the car reservation online where it asked me my age multiple times. I went to pick it up weeks later. They let me pay for it online but I was under 25 so they couldn't accept my payment for the deposit and if I did pay cash it would more than double the price of the car. There was no age limit on the site. The only thing it said was had to be 21. I was late for my trip, have no money to use on vacation be cause I had to find an alternate was to get there, and have to wait 10 days for a refund!!Ace Rental Cars
