They didn’t have welcome snack bags on arrival. The room was dirty, white trash can in bathroom was visibly soiled, it looked like there may have been a leak at one time in the corner of the ceiling, the chair looked worn, walls dirty, and carpet had not been steam cleaned in quite some time.
