Cons: Rooms small, 1980 standards, awful aircon
Pros: Location and I stayed here several times.
Cons: Lots of noise in the morning before 8 including construction. Room was with two single adjoining beds vs one big bed as I requested and mentioned at check in.
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: Couldn’t reserve dinner with my family
Pros: Breakfast is always 10/10, staff friendly and polite. Our favourite hotel in Stockholm.
Pros: Central location on the waterfront.
In the heart of Stockholm, at its most vibrant core, lies Downtown Camper – the perfect base for intrepid urban explorers.
Pros: Room was comfortable and clean. Location very convenient. Breakfast exceptional. Great extra activities available. Highly recommend.
Pros: Exelent modern hotel in city center with the best breakfast in town !
Pros: It’s one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we have traveled quite a lot. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and cozy, my son specially liked the reading hook by the window. Breakfast was exceptional- from setting with swings and fireplace, to variety of food and drinks. Spa upstairs was also a pleasant experience, though I expected the pool to be a bit bigger, as it looks in the pictures. Next time in Stockholm will definitely stay here again!
Cons: The only downside I can think of was lack of drawers or shelves of any kind in the room. We used one of the extra beds as a storage space in the end. And the top extra bed had a low safety railing for my taste, as my son moves a lot in his sleep. Maybe you could consider a tent of sorts to put over the bed, as an option for active sleepers? Or higher safety bars. Otherwise perfect!
Pros: Best breakfast ever!
Cons: It would be better if there was more night swimming availability
Pros: Excellent breakfast and WiFi
Cons: Generally very dusty ( room, corridor).
Pros: New hotel with modern feel and amenities. In the middle of the city and very accessible to shops and sights. Views on the roof are great. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: Couldn't figure out the lights (probably my fault). Spa and sauna was for charge. Most other hotels this is free.
Pros: Breakfast has a very good of variety. central location. comfort room.
Cons: one set of lights has annoying buzzing sounds when they are on. my room is next to the elevator so can be noisy at times
Pros: Brilliant unique hotel Excellent staff they all say hello and smile Great food and bars Amazing roof top space Fabulous breakfast Interesting and delicious cocktails The staff do city tours! Central location 10 mins walk from main train station. Central for shops, site seeing and restaurants.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like
Pros: Love it. Great breakfast. Lobby lounge good to work during morning.
Cons: No minibar in the room. Have to get bar drinks from lobby bars.
A stay at Victory Hotel places you in the heart of Stockholm, within a 10-minute walk of Stockholm Palace and Museum of Medieval Stockholm. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 8 meeting rooms available for events.
Pros: This is the most charming hotel I've ever stayed in. Great location, charming and unique decoration, and the staff went far above and beyond expectation.
Pros: The staff and interior of the entire hotel was amazing! The breakfast was also perfect and had everything we wanted. All in all this was one of the best if not the best hotel visit I have had!
Pros: Very friendly & helpful staff, special thanks for arranging a meeting place by the logfire :)). Great location in Stockholm for business & city sightseeing. Very good breakfast; free glass of Porto to unwind & settle for sleep :). Great atmosphere all over the place.
Pros: The staff were really lovely, the location was great. The bar is fantastic.
Cons: There are building works going on which whilst quiet I did have concrete blocks outside my bedroom and thought it should have been mentioned on the booking form.
Pros: Every night in the suite, they laid out a tray with some nice port wine and chocolate. Comfortable hours for the delicious breakfast in their historic cellar. Terrific bed. The place is convenient to the tunnelbana (metro). The lobby and staircase feels like some sort of maritime museum or collection, very cool. We loved this place.
Cons: Hmmm... i cannot think of anything negative.
Pros: This place was my best hotel experience throughout all Europe including very well known 5 star chain hotels of big city centers by means of quality, effectiveness and location. Located in the center of the historic Gamla Stan, it was just 150 mt on foot to the Gamla Stan metro and all other important historical and cultural attractions. Though with limited spacing, rooms were super clean with all high quality amenities like slippers amd bathrobes. Coffe and tea was avaliable free of charge 7/24. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious by means of quality and quantity. Swedish meatballs, herrings and salmons were highly over average quality we observed in other places and freshly squeezed fruit juices together with high quality caffee were companying many other fresh delicaties. We were surprised by the generous Port wine treats from the house when we come back to our room each day exhausted due to a long touristic day. Finally, Collector's Victory Hotel made our first visit to Sweden and Stockholm a truly unforgettable one. We were already planning our next trip on our way back...
Cons: Pre - specified reservation opportunities or specified discount rates for the customers might be good in bars and restaurants operating in the hotel complex.
Pros: This hotel was ideal for the half a week I wanted to spend in Stockholm, old school decor, wonderful restaurants and wine selections, less than 10 minutes of walking from most of Gamla Stan’s sights. The people at the desk are incredibly nice, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are impeccable.
Cons: I don’t have any complaints
Pros: Breakfast excellent and nice served in our room (room service). Good and friendly service from personnel / reception at our stay, it´s the best so far. Interesting and very nice design of our room, it was very welcomed.
Cons: We could not connect to the wifi perhaps it was our fault , we dont know for sure.... One heater was broken and laying on the floor but it was not a big deal. An external garbage company always emptening the garbage cans in tuesday morning so it can be a little bit noisy then if you are sensitive , just as information :).

You feel far from the trendy areas, both north and south of Folkungagatan, where hipsters, taverns and street life plays out like a true "reality soap". We look forward to seeing you! Enjoy your stay.
Pros: Great pillows, clean and cool room. I got in the attic, so maybe a bit smaller than the others?
Cons: Nice bathroom, but with a glass door. So if your shy and in company, might not be for you.
Pros: Loved the attention to detail, decor and the best breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and made everything super easy. Great neighborhood and value for money. Would highly recommend!
Cons: The maid services could be improved. Our room wasn’t cleaned the first day and not until 5pm on the second
Pros: Great place to stay. The location is very convenient and very close to the metro and bus station. We loved the breakfast and the Saturday afternoon special hours. The interior was great and the check in was supper fast and easy.
Cons: The room was quite small but works just fine for a short stay and not too much luggage.
Pros: Super stylish and comfy bed
Cons: Small room, would have been difficult for 2 people staying in the same room
Pros: Was a very good stay, would stay again
Pros: We stayed 3 nights in Stockholm and decided to stay in Sodermalm as it is a younger area of town. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient to the nearest subway station, maybe a 3 minute walk. From the subway you are one stop away from the Slussen station, which can connect you just about anywhere. Around the hotel there is ample shopping, eating, and drinking. We found numerous restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk that were wonderful. The hotel itself was nicely appointed. Even though it was undergoing renovations you could hardly tell. Our room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was a very impressive spread, with just about everything you could want. Truly a great experience, we would definitely stay here again when we are in Stockholm.
Pros: On Saturdays they have aperitifs in the afternoon- free tapas with the purchase of a drink. The breakfast is also fantastic.
Cons: The single rooms are microscopic, but well-decorated and we’ll-furnished. The mattress was hard as a rock, with a sheet-wrapped mattress cover on top of it that slides of the bed easily, if you’re a person that turns in the night.
Pros: Excellent service, lovely historic building, beautifully decorated, clean, very good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: There was no lift
Pros: polite & helpful staff. spacious room. quiet location but easy access to public transport
Pros: The hotel is very central in a nice neighbourhood of Stockholm. The building was old but very nice renovated with a nice garden in front. The breakfast was good even the staff very friendly and helpfully
Cons: The bathroom was very pover and small
Pros: Delightful room overlooking the most peaceful park church yard. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Free wifi everywhere, kind service, breakfast on the terrasse

Pros: Good location, fabulous breakfast, unusual bar and breakfast area.
Pros: The staff was exceptional - super helpful and friendly. Dining/lounge area was awesome Location was great
Cons: The room I was in was quite small - there was virtually no space on either side of the bed, and the desk was around 30cm in depth.
Pros: Perfect location, very stylish and well furnished building. The restaurant serves great dishes and cocktails, the breakfasts were tasty, a lot to choose from.
Cons: Small (yet comfortable) single rooms, and breakfasts served from 7:00, therefore I missed my breakfast on checkout day due to my early flight.
Pros: Amazing location - everything (Old Town and shops) around. Small but cozy room with perfect design and space utilization. The bed was soft and big, the bathroom was very comfortable.
Cons: Windows with the internal view (restaurant). One more disappointing moment - I've asked about any NY Eve parties in the hotel or in Stockholm generally. The hotel promised to make research and share it with me, however, I didn't receive any information.

Pros: The location was perfect for us to travel the city and the view from our room was fantastic. The staff were first class and we were especially impressed by the young man that took care of us our last night at dinner. He suggested fabulous wines for us.
Cons: The worst thing about this hotel is going out the front door into a cloud of cigarette smoke! In future I would avoid conventions & delegates that have their meetings around the breakfast selections when we are trying to get out! WE ARE CANADIAN!!
Pros: The view from our room was spectacular!
Pros: Friendly staff room was exceptional
Pros: We were given a fruit platter and a short note from the Radisson Blu team, as we were travelling on our honeymoon. We enjoyed it very much! The room was very comfortable and location couldn’t be more central.
Cons: Weekend breakfast situation was quite hectic - area too small and too many people.
Pros: I chose this hotel because it had multiple restaurants and shuttle service to/from the hotel. One of the restaurants was no longer operating (out of business) and the shuttle bus had a mechanical issue causing a 45 minute delay getting to the airport
Pros: We loved everything. Perfect room, with everything you need, with the best view of Stockholm. Super nice staff, and the breakfaaast was just the best...!
Cons: No net cutains on window and could see into office block across from room. Could not regulate air conditioning - it was too warm.
Pros: the amazing breakfast the best ever, people at the restaurant were very friendly a little less at the lobby room is spacious and calm hotel is well located 5 minutes to the arlanda express
Cons: we wait all the day to be sure to get a double beds but at the end of the day get 2 single beds put together the view on the corridor is not great straight in front of a building with offices so no privacy. We were lucky to be there for the week end, Monday we had to close the curtains
Pros: Great location - might be a bit lost first time but once you are familiar with the location of metro exist it's super convenient. Nice view from the room.
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: It was convenient to transportation and not a long walk from major sites. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Cons: The bathroom was badly arranged. It was a disabled-accessible room, which I hadn't expected, so it was annoying for that reason, but even if I were disabled, there was no surface within reach of the shower to put shampoo, soap, etc. while I was under it.
Pros: Location - close to old town, view from the room, very convenient to get from the airport using multiple transport options, staff very polite and ready to help
Cons: - Power outlets in the room do not have usb chargers - - Only European outlets in the room - can not use North American equipment without adapters - not a big selection of tv channels in English

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Stockholm? This hotel has facilities measuring 5382 square feet (500 square meters), including a conference center.
Pros: Location is nice. Super close to Arlanda express.
Cons: nothing really - the surrounding area is under construction which might be a bit of annoying, but didn't bring me too much trouble. There's no late room service, but Max burger is just around the corner.
Pros: Immaculate rooms, great location and a really good quality breakfast.
Cons: Everything top quality. No complaints.
Pros: Hotel is very well designed. It feels very good to be in that space. Our room was the smallest, but still, it was comfortable. Big and comfy bed. Blackout curtains, kettle to make tea/coffee, umbrella, TV, good WiFi, small fridge with minibar, table with chair. In the bathroom very good quality cosmetics for the body! Effective hairdryer, interesting lighting. Good soundproofing, the street was not heard from the room. Breakfast has convenient hours (6:30-10:00 week, 7:30-11:00 weekend) and the food is really good - there are some hot things such sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot potatoes, toasts. Plenty of tea and different types of milk for coffee. Very tasty bread ;) There is also a small gym.
Cons: The only thing which I find not 100% satisfied is the staff (not showing commitment,) but I think that this is due to cultural differences, so I do not mind much. At 11 am we were told that we probably could check-in at 1:30 pm, but at this time room was still not ready and we had to wait till 3 pm. It was one inconvenience.
Pros: I liked everything the location, the room, the friendly staff. I would highly recommend any future guest who want a great hotel in central Stockholm a few step away from the ARN express train which is so convenient as well.
Pros: Excellent location in the Center and right by the arlanda express/ and surroundings by a good shopping area. the bedrooms have everything a traveller would hope for and a very bright .
Cons: The breakfast could be improved

Cons: no fridge in the rooms
Pros: Good breakfast, clean
Cons: No fresh juice on week end, same breakfast during 3 nights
Pros: Nice staff, nice location for my meetings, clean, good selection for breakfast.
Cons: Maybe a better option for early breakfast if possible
Pros: Nice rich breakfast. Very service minded staff. Upgraded one of our rooms to stay closer without us asking. Nice beds and AC. Short walking distance to city shops and restaurants. Discount on parking garage. Easy acces going by car to the main traffic roads.
Cons: No fridge on room but we could easy borrow ice bucket in reception. Many too small parking spots in garage for big car.
Pros: Breakfast was perfect! Especially, the fresh orange juice! Also, very convenient place!
Pros: Soft beds, amazing pillows, quite neighbourhood but still a short walk to shops and restaurants. Grocery store as next, so great to buy a late night snack.
Pros: Breakfast is excellent!
Pros: Refurbished, very good quality. Staff is efficient.
Cons: Maybe AC was not easy to setup. But was not a real problem

Pros: Breakfast was very good Location very good
Pros: The staff is always very helpful. They are the best aspect of this hotel! They do a great job to make a difference! I appreciate it! I choose this hotel especially because of its location. It’s just next door to the office space I use when I visit Stockholm. There are 3 hotels there and I guess all are in he same hotel group. Hobo is the most wallet friendly option among them, however, it should be considerably cheaper than the neighbour on the other side of the street! The price I paid this time is OK but can be cheaper.
Cons: This is my second time at Hobo. This time it was more annoying than the last time: the room temperature! It can’t be controlled and it’s annoyingly chilly. The problem is the unstoppable air current in the room. I had to use both of the comforters to not freeze in the night! Pillows are very thin and soft; so uncomfortable for me.
Pros: breakfast was ok
Cons: very small list of foods menu
Pros: Great spot, interesting look, excellent location, great hot breakfast, friendly staff, nice little exercise room and small free laundry machine. Best spot we've stayed in Europe.
Pros: Great service!
On the historic Norrmalmstorg Square, Nobis Hotel Stockholm offers an oasis of calmly luxurious Scandinavian design. A majestic lounge with 25-meter ceilings is situated in a vast 800-square-meter public space. The smaller Gold Bar sumptuously exemplifies its name with walls and ceilings covered with golden mirrors. There are several restaurants, including the new version of Stockholm's legendary Italian restaurant NOI. Service is always personal, while guestrooms are elegantly put together and not merely assembled. Tying it all together is a sense of individuality and a uniquely Swedish brand of luxury that's far less about show than about feel.
Pros: If you want peace of mind and an enjoyable stay in Stockholm and return home with nice memories, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There is no need to discuss what I liked and did not like because the hotel stole money from my card multiple times during our stay and refunded the amounts when I complained about it. But during the check-out process they blocked additional amounts and claimed it was the breakfast and it took me 15 minutes to explain the breakfast did not cost this much. when they finally relented, they returned the amount to me. But when I came back home. THEY CHARGED THE ENTIRE FEES OF MY STAY AGAIN FROM MY CARD, NOT BLOCKED, CHARGED!!! I issued a claim to my bank and going to cancel my card and issue a new one thanks to this awful hotel. If I could give it less than 2.5 but thats the lowest score you can give on booking.
Cons: The rooms design was simply awful, no taste at all, mismatching bedside tables, TV blocking the door, random doors in the middle of the room that lead to nowhere, etc. the hotel was very dark and the lighting was barely enough to see your way without hitting anything. the breakfast is limited and pancakes smelled and tasted alittle like bacon. but the location and cleanliness was fine. Although if you want to go back and forth to the reception and ask why did you withdraw this amount and have them try to con you that its a system error every couple of days. go ahead and book. otherwise choose a different hotel if you want your money to be safe and enjoy stockholm with a peace of mind.
Pros: great selection of food.
Pros: Good central location. Friendly staff. Lovely lounge / bar in which to have a drink or snack.
Cons: They didn't have tea, milk or a kettle in the room, only a coffee maker (using pods). I had to ask for a kettle which they responded to very quickly. But it was a minor issue.
Pros: Location location location. Stunning building and property. Luxurious and comfortable
Pros: The staff so friendly and helpful.. Excellent location.. clean
Cons: The only thing bothered me the air-conditioning was a bit noisy other than that everything was excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic and the staff were wonderful.
Cons: The room and bathroom size.
Pros: Fantastic staff, brilliant location
Cons: Frankly the rooms were impersonal and the hotel feels too corporate. Panorama suite is seriously overpriced as are other suites (compare to ett hem)
Pros: Breakfast very nice, a lot of organic stuff, excellent salmon, nice fruit and traditional Swedish things. The buffet was better than the Grand Hotel's!
Cons: Tiny and dark room. Beware: my first room was to the "party courtyard", which is noisy until late. The front desk staff kindly moved me straight on the first day, so I had a quiet (but still tiny) room. The hotel is nice but probably best to get a big suite.
Pros: Central location and lovely building. Breakfast was excellent, bed comfy with pre-requested allergy bedding. Breakfast was delicious and room service as well. Staff was very kind.
Cons: The bistro was super noisy during the rush lunch hour but it was due to larger group having lunch at the same time. All in all, really nice stay at Nobis, will come again!
Pros: Excellent location in the hearth of Swedish capital Stockholm. Lot of restaurants and Seven elevens in the neighborhood. Room was quite small but chosy and there was nice view to the park. Lounge was super, there was live music on Friday afternoon. We liked the bar as well. Very friendly staff in the hotel.
Cons: Fridge was warm in the room. Breakfast was less than average, and therefore we preferred to go for breakfast to Strandvägen 1 in the neighborhood. World slowest elevator and just one in the hotel.
Pros: Best hotel in Stockholm no exaggeration . I have been in a lot hotels in Stockholm by Far number One , 5 star hotel in the heart of the city . Best area for ( Restaurants , shopping , nightlife etc. )
Cons: I liked everything.
"Room for dreams" The hotel is located in the area of Enskede not far from Stockholm center, Stockholm International Fairs and Globen/Tele2 Arena. The Svedmyra underground station is just steps away, easy access to all areas of the town, including Stockholm central station T-centralen with both Skavsta Airport and Bromma Airport buses and Arlanda Airport Express trains. Re decorations of all the hotel rooms was completed in Januari 2017. The interiors are both spacious and contemporary, enhanced by a personal ambiance. Our guests have complementary coffee or tea with homemade cookies in our lobby lounge. In the hotel lounge or on the beautiful summer terrace you can enjoy your breakfast or a cup of coffee or a drink during the day or in the evening. You can also take full advantage of free private parking area and wireless Internet are included the room rate. Our main focus is making our guests feel at home and well taken care of. Welcome!
Pros: Lovely decor throughout hotel. Breakfast was lovely and there is Tea and Coffee available throughout the day. Upon check in the lady at reception lent us Metro smartcards which was very nice of her. Close to Metro station and 12 minutes ride to central Stockolm. Quiet hallways throughout the day despite hotel being full of guests. Close to a supermarket for simple conveniences and good restaurants within walking distance. They let us store our luggage after we had checked out of the room which was incredibly helpfull. The staff were always polite and answered all queries satisfactorily.
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. Good choices for all kinds of appetites and allergies. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Our room was a little run-down. Lamps missing from the wall and scratches on the walls and floors. Needs refreshing.
Pros: Helpful staff and good atmosphere.
Pros: Friendly personal and perfect location with a supermarket and metro opposite.

Rooms include everything you need for a convenient stay. Earn rewards with every stay with our Choice Privileges Rewards program.
Pros: New, nice lobby area
Cons: The last hotel on earth without cappuccino machine in the morning
Pros: The breakfast was one of the best I've had. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and the breakfast at this hotel was not far off some 5-star plus hotels that I've stayed at. In fact, were it not for the size, I'd give this hotel a 5-star rating! Very impressive breakfast and very conscious of allergies, so there were things like oat milk and dairy free butter. I can't rate the breakfast here highly enough and the decor and ambience of the breakfast area is top quality.
Cons: There wasn't much to not like at this hotel. The room I stayed in was a family room. It was a big enough size but the one think I would say is that the pull-out sofa bed was just not comfortable to sleep on for more than a weekend. I would let this discourage people from staying though since the main bed was extremely comfortable.
Pros: The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the city center if you travel by subway. It is quite convenient. There is a supermarket nearby and a couple of cafes so there are no problems with food whatsoever. Self check-in and checkout is available so no worries there as well. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Everything is new, beds are comfortable and the room temperature is just right. My husband and I definitely recommend this place and will be back once we travel to Sweden again.
Pros: This hotel is amazing.. Really.. Breakfast with gluten free area?? Oh.. thank you Comfort hotel Kista for this. The personal was great and friendly! Next time again here. Thank you for everything.
A stay at Castle House Inn places you in the heart of Stockholm, within a 5-minute walk of Nobel Museum and Stockholm Palace. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage.
Pros: bed extra comfy with curtains on each bed for 12-beded room, clean room, quiet place, toilet is very clean as well, experience like a hotel
Pros: The hotel is located beautifully inside Gamla Stan with the palace and most museums and sights within short walking distance. The dorm facilities were great and the bathrooms very clean. In my case the dorm guests were also super quiet which is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable but only slightly.
Pros: Beautiful old building in the center of Stockholm, highly recommanded, clean big rooms and nice staff
Cons: unisex toalets
Pros: Middle of the “Old Towb” of Stockholm, don’t need to go far for anything.
Cons: My room had its own bathroom, but most of the rooms (I think) had to share a common bathroom (usually about 1 bathroom for 3-4 rooms). Just a heads up, make sure your room has its own bathroom if you want it. Also no washcloths, only one towel size.

Pros: Our trip to Stockholm was wonderful and Hotel Riddargartan was perfect for us. Within walking distance to Gamla Stan, Soldermalm, and countless restaurant, bar, museum, and shopping options. The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was tremendously
Pros: The hotel is well isolated (quiet) and thr breakfast is excellent.
Cons: No shower tub, so the bathroom can be full of water.
Pros: Large room with comfortable bed
Cons: Temperature in the room was hard to adjust
Pros: very good breakfast, and perfect localisation; the staff is also very friendly
Cons: a bit expensive for the size of the room, which need to be refurbished for some old part / equipment (floor, heating)
Pros: This is such a great place to stay for one or more nights in Stockholm. Location was perfect, staff was very kind, the room was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was so comfy and breakfast was best ever. I warmly recommend Hotel Riddargatan to everyone.
Pros: This hotel is perfectly located to take advantage of most all that Stockholm has to offer. Two blocks to the metro and 3 blocks to the water.
Pros: Great location, really good breakfast. Nice idea with weights in room.
Cons: No gym or pool or bath. Would be nice with a little wellness type of option. Perhaps partner with something close by.
Pros: Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Breakfast options were really quite good. Location was close to the train station and plenty of food options. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Half way through our stay a couple were put in the room above ours and one of them wore either high heels/heeled boots and it became apparent that the room isn’t as sound proof as we were hoping it to be. Use the earplugs they supply in the evenings.
Pros: Breakfast really good but room quite average.
Pros: good breakfast, well located, helpful staff
Pros: Loved the location of the hotel. Staff was really friendly, excellent breakfast, good wifi. Room was nice, bathroom tiny but clean.
Cons: Extremely noisy. The street outside the hotel is being repaired and the nose starts bright and early at 6 am every day!
Located in Stockholm (Ostermalm), Hotel Diplomat is within a 15-minute walk of National Museum and Royal Swedish Opera. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The private spa is a delight and nice piece of escapism. The breakfast is absolutely amazing.
Cons: If you are an avid gym goer be warned there is only one treadmill which was in use every time I went.
Pros: The hotel was lovely. The room was huge and the bathroom had a rain shower and huge jetted tub. Cannot wait to go back!
Pros: I love how the rooms are decorated...and are so unique...so lovely! Everything from the lighting to the fabric to the room / sitting room layout. I also greatly appreciate the complimentary water and local snacks!
Pros: High ceil, beautifully decorated room: fabulous bath and shower, hardwood floors, large and airy. Luxurious Duxiana bedding and linens. Hotel breakfast was terrific with many options. Located on a major street in Stockholm, the Diplomat is a short walk from everything. I will definitely stay here again. I don't know what room another traveler got that was tiny -- but my room was huge.
Pros: Beautiful, quaint hotel. Lovely staff and nice cocktail lounge. The room is small but has everything you need including decent minibar. It is easy to walk to Gamla Stan, Skansen or the Vasa. I would definitely stay again
Cons: A little hard to get luggage upstairs. Breakfast gets crowded but the quality is excellent.
Pros: Traditional with a touch of class
Cons: Bathrooms are small
Pros: beds, elevator, bathroom,quiet
Cons: loved everything
Cons: Charged me far too much for a small meeting room that I reserved for 3 hours. It cost me more than Euros 1000!!!
Pros: Excellent location, very cosy, superb breakfast
Pros: excellent location. - right on the harbor and walking distance from the Vasa museum, the ferries and Gamla Stan (Old town) plus marvelous shopping nearby. it was very hot (no AC)and they set up a fan in the room which was a big help. Staff very helpful with maps, directions and taxis etc. everyone spoke perfect English. its an elegant hotel and very comofortable.
Cons: breakfast was totally over priced but perhaps its the "going rate" in Stockholm. we used a 7- 11 down the road for coffee and tea etc
Best rooms in Sundbyberg
Story Hotel Signalfabriken is located in the very heart of Sundbyberg. Right in the Business district and easy access to both Stockholm airports and the city center. Its rooms feature high quality beds, LCD TVs and complimentary mineral water. The bathrooms include rain showers, hair dryer and generous sized toiletries from L:A Bruket. Breakfast buffet and Wifi is always included in the room rate.
Cons: The room was very small but everything else was good
Pros: Good location and breakfast.
Cons: No tea & coffee facilities in rooms.
Pros: Comfortable bed, nice soap and lotion
Cons: -The lighting in the bathrrom only worked if we turned on the lighting in the hall - disturbing for sleeping kid. -The shower had no marks for warm/cold or water coming from above or in the hand held shower - making it way too difficult to use and made me have a cold shower that i didn't want in the morning. - The room was super small and the ceiling very low - The bathroom had no shelf to put your toiletteries on - The brakfest was not nice, it didn't feel fresh- The scrambled eggs were awful, tasted like soap. - The staff didn't help my fiance with the door when he arrived with a baby stroller
Pros: It's close to Solna business park so if you have appointment there the location of the hotel is perfect, it only took me 15 minutes to reach there. Also it's beside the Sundbyberg station which has many direct connection to central Stockholm
Cons: I only stayed 1 night so may not be be paying attention into details. Maybe a bit less spacious if you're with family, also breakfast could use a little more variety
Cons: Old bread for breakfast
Pros: The TV has an available outlet to plug in a Firestick or HD tv source. Great location in Sundbyberg and being a part of Phil's Burger is great.
Cons: Breakfast is the real let down. Simple pancakes and good scrambled eggs would go down a storm. Bonus would be baked beans and/or meatballs (the buffet spread at Brommavik Hotel 10 minutes away puts the Story breakfast to shame. A room chair with a back rest would also be welcome. 50% of my stays there is a towel or two that does not look clean or has many stray hairs on it/them. Doesn't make me confident in the cleaning. There is no internal gym but neither does Brommavik Hotel have one. They offer free entrance to the close by Puls Training gym - a similar offer from Story would be fantastic (or a voucher / token to use the close by Nordic Wellness). These additions would make Story my top choice consistently.
With a stay at Hotell Sundbyberg in Sundbyberg (Hallonbergen), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Friends Arena and 6 minutes from Solvalla. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: We spent a single night in Hotell Sundbyberg. The hotel is located in a suburban area, but there is a metro station within a few minutes’ walk from where you can get to Stockholm’s city centre in 10-15 minutes. The hotel looks like a building that was previously used as a block of flats, and now the flats are being rented out with just the basic furniture remaining in it. Being in the “rooms” (we’ve seen two of them) felt like staying the night in a friend’s flat – who only has furniture and no personal belongings :D The rooms and the big built-in cupboards felt a bit weirdly empty – but it was OK for us, as we mainly slept there and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The room, and the whole hotel, was clean. Everyone at the reception was really kind and helpful.
Cons: The first room we received smelled of cigarette smoke. When we reported this issue at the reception, they were quick and happy to resolve the situation and gave us another room, so this really isn’t a negative on the hotel’s account – shame on travellers who smoke in non-smoking rooms! The door of this room also didn’t close fully. It wasn’t visibly open, but if you didn’t give it an additional strong pull/push, it started to beep loudly after a few seconds, noting that it isn’t closed. The beeping didn’t stop until you went there and pulled/pushed it. The remote control of the TV did not have any batteries in. Upon reporting this at the reception we received batteries, so this was also resolved quickly. The kitchen is a bit poorly equipped – we didn’t mind this on a single-night stay, but it would have been problematic on a longer stay. The elevator next to the reception could use a renovation/upgrade. It is all manual, and I one accidentally got stuck in it because I tried to open the door too quickly. By going down one floor and then back I was able to get out, but this could be dangerous/scare travellers who aren’t familiar with such elevators.
Pros: Great space with balcony, feels like home
Cons: There was very cold.
Pros: The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Very warm greetings! Very big apartment! Feel home.
