Cons (-) i took the small and cosy Room which is indeed really small! it wasn't a Problem cause i travelled alone but it?s definietly to tiny for two people!
Pros (+) Location to downtown is fantastic. This was the main draw when traveling with a kid. Size of room was good but layout wasn't great. Mixed bag with some of the staff but generally helpful. More sensitive travelers may be unhappy or upset with staff in terms of courteous language. Direct which is easy for me to get past and over. Breakfast buffet was actually quite good and was busy. Very close to A...
Cons (-) Staff not too friendly but direct. Loud construction noise in room from 10am until 430pm. Hotel is mid renovation. Calls to front desk was met with a cold... there nothing that I can do. There's always something you can do to make your guests less upset. Hotel should be upfront with information and knowledge about the construction. Pros (+) One of the chair is dusty. It is no big deal but still...
Pros (+) Excellent location, right next to central train station and Arlanda Express (airport train) as well as short walk to Drottninggatan shopping street and 10min walk to old town. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
Cons (-) Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.
Pros (+) So close to the train station and the center of the city. Perfect walk to the theater we were going to.
Cons (-) Not a lot for small children, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) the Swedish meat balls i ate in the lobby bar area did not taste good.
