Cons: • WiFi was not provided upon arrival, had to ask, changed 3 times, when provided the connection was good • No hot water the first night • Bad soundproof, could hear the noise from outside and neighbors • Fridge a bit noisy at night • Overcrowded parking, cars blocking one another • Garbage was never taken for a 4 nights stay • One toilet paper roll for all stay, had to ask for more • Communication was very friendly but unprofessional and unclear. On arrival we noticed the owner that we might extend our stay, he said there was no problem and additional night would cost 40eur. At the end the same room was not available anymore and we agreed to move to another room for the same price. Once we paid for additional night, the owner gave the shortchange without explaining. Only after asking he explained that the price had changed and new room was more expensive. We don’t mind to pay 10eur more, just would like to be properly informed

Pros: The owner was very helpful and tried to accommodate us. We booked a room with a balcony but once we arrived were told no rooms with balcony were available but we could move to one once one opens up and that we should have put that into special requests even though when one is booking the option says with balcony

Cons: No matter what type of room you book you will be given a 3 person room. I think they’re all the same. My parents booked a 3 person room whereas we booked for two ppl and all got same rooms. He tries you to cancel through Booking.com and just pay money straight for tiny 20€ discount which is fishy and sounds like tax dodging thus i made sure to keep my booking on here to be able to post this review. Other than that a place is clean and provides bare minimum necessary for one’s stay with not very comfortable beds and very very thin poor quality bedding. It was raining and during nights we were freezing. The location was just okay too. Wi-fi is non existent. I guess for the money you pay it’s bearable but we sure won’t be back.

Pros: Great location. It is about 15 min to the beach, 2 min to the grocery shop, city center with all caffes and restaurants is 5 min away. We really liked, that center is so close, but at the same time property is away from all the city noise. Property is child and dog friendly.

Pros: Clean, nice apartment wit two separate bedrooms. Good value for money.

Cons: Maybe the matress could be more confortable but i would not expect hästens for this price.

Pros: My wife and I stayed for few days in F.S. First of all want to emphasize that location of the hotel is more than good... it's quiet there and at the same time close to main attractions and to the sea. Room was clean and light. Staff is quite polite. And the main prize goes to kitchen team of the hotel restourant. All dishes we've eaten were delicious, and good looking!!! Thanks to F.S. for a nice time we've spent.

Pros: I liked the location in de middle of beach and boulevard activities in Sventoiji. They get a special thanks for super servece, because I forgot my wireless headphones and they just send it to me back by post. Just as service without any money or hesitation. I’m very gratefull for that

Pros: Wonderful place for a quiet family get away. Everything is top rated. We stayed at a little separate house for four. Everyting was clean, the owner was very friendly and kept asking if we don't need anything. Outside there is facilieties for children to play, BBQ. People, who stayed in the territory were quiet families. We came here a second time already and will come back again detifantely.

Cons: 3 km to the sea, but we had a car so that was not aproblem

Pros: As far as I know there are two types of challets - one room and kitchenette and two roms with kitchenette. The one room challet is really cold, even when it's 20C outside, one room for 3-4 people is not enought, but it's cheaper. The best challet that we liked is one we stayed befor with two rooms - one bedroom, living room with sofa for sleeping and kitchenette. Otherwise everytning is really great. The hostess is very friendly, challets are very clean, the teritory is really taken care off, lots of fun for kids, mini zoo with egzotic birds, trampoline, lots of parking

Pros: Well-maintained territory, playground for children, very good restaurant in the woods across the road.

Cons: One-bedroom house is very basic. We expected it to be more comfortable and warmer. Please note there is only one room in the one-bedroom house - bedroom and no living room. Also, there is no gas or electric stove - microwave oven only. Kitchen is shared in another building. It was cold at night. Hot water didn't work properly in the shower (you have to wait till cold water gets warmer and sometimes this may take much time and water is still warm only, not hot). Also, faucet was leaking and the falling drops of water were well-heard at night.

Cons: Hard beds, poor light in room so unable to read. cold showers not enough hot water and unregulated, went from freezing cold to scalding g hot, had to make my own bed. Dishes in shared kitchen were not clean and also cutlery drawer was dirty. Noisy. Bathroom was shared. We thought we were renting an individual cottage that they have on the property, totally misleading. More like camping.

Pros: The courtyard was very cool especially for children(aged 4-10). The hostess was kind and helpful. It was totally worth the price.

Cons: We had a room with balcony, but we couldn't use it because of the public toilet smell from nearby.

Pros: Good location, had parking, had conditioning in our room (but not all rooms are equipped with conditioning)

Cons: Shower head was leaking all around and water was going outside the shower cabin so I had to do cleaning to avoid someone slipping and injuring. Bed sheets were too small and was not holding tight and it shifted sideways as I was sleeping. Too few sockets to charge from, so I had to unplug microwave. Google maps location was incorrect, but now it's fixed and accurate.

Pros: Great location, but they need to fix it on google maps, had to go in circles with navigation. Comfy, clean, friendly. the attendant was real friendly, though busy.

Cons: We had to wait for the keys, there is no reception. So if you arrive late, be sure to call in advance. They key we got did not work for the outside door, so we had to wake up the attendant at 03:00.

Pros: Good location, clean room and comfortable stay, room had some useful kitchen equpment

Cons: Poor bikes for rent, got almost flat tyres, one pedle was almost brokend and had annoying noise

Pros: The staff was very friendly, we had everything we needed for a short stay: shops, restaurants, cafes, bike rent.

Cons: The noise and music in the evening was heard from the street and neibourhood bars and cafes.

Pros: The bed was very good. The shower and toilet facility very good. Very clean room and close to the bars and shopping facilities.

Cons: Wi-fi a bit slow and can hardly find any one if you need immediate help. I guess they want to give their guests a good quiet time.

Cons: Really good place to stay! Clean, nice, good location and also cheap.. In palanga could cost around 150euro pr night..

Pros: Apartment was spotless and exactly as seen in the pictures (maybe even better/more spacious).

Cons: More of our fault not considering this before booking. But little advise for people/families looking for more relaxing and quite time to avoid weekends since apartments are very close to bars with insanely loud music which blasts till 3 a.m.

Pros: Light and sunny, quite near sea, quite clean, warm, nice place outside for children or to grill.

Cons: There are no kitchen towels, no glasses, no shower carpet, no hangers in a hall, no storage place in bedroom, no shower gel or shampoo, a lot of channels which are not working you need time to find right ones, you can't see TV when you see aside, only on a couth. No even place for cosmetics in a bathroom.

Pros: Rooms were spacious. Nice table and benches outside. Enough tableware at the kitchen and good shower. Free parking, nice garden and lot of activities for kids.

Cons: There could have been more light inside the flat and the beds could have been softer. The little swim pool was nice for the kids, but the water had a lot of chlorine.

Pros: Me & my boyfriend stayed in a double room with a balcony & my sister and brother with his wife and baby stayed in 4 people room. Everyone enjoyed their stay & would of liked to stay more days! The place was clean, had all the facilities you would need, located in a good location - about 15 mins away from the main street of Šventoji & about 5 mins away from the beach! We enjoyed eating our food at the seating areas just outside our lovely guest houses and my brothers 2 year old girl enjoyed the lovely playground! They also had a heated swimming pool, shame we didn't have enough time to use it! The owners of the place were nice, showed us around when we checked in and provided with most important information, I didn't really see them a lot, they were not in our faces, like you would find in some other guest houses, and that's what I prefer! Overall everything was pretty good, we enjoyed our time there and would definitely return!

Cons: You can hear people from the other room. It wasn't a big problem for us, cause our family stayed nextdoor, but some people would most possibly find it annoying as people like to stay there with kids and kids can be loud! The iron in our room was leaking. It is quite pricey.

Pros: Location was excellent, playground for children. Our family enjoyed pool very much, because the sea water was absolutely unbearable to swim. Good for a short stay.

Pros: We booked the first floor and second floor apartments in the big house. It was exactly like it was in the photos. It was clean and had all amenities inside the house. We were given linen and offered towels if we needed. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. We were offered help, cleaning service if needed. The area with the beach houses (that’s how we called it) was gated and all area was very well looked after with flower pots, playground and very clean. The beaches houses were very close to the beach and the town center.

Pros: It is great please, everything is near by from Baltic Sea to shops and restaurants. Really nice place for family

Pros: Stayed at this resort last year and absolutely loved it. Parking is free and next to the bungalows, very close to the beach.

Cons: Didn't like the bungalow we received this year, I wanted with the river view, but we managed to get the only one that doesn't have the view due to the treas and vegetation. Also it was joint bungalow, and we been unlucky to get the neibhours who drank and partied until early hours, making us unable to sleep.

Cons: Was expecting a detached cabin and was assigned a semi detached cabin. Toilet and shower was outside the cabin. We expected a better accomodation for this price.

Pros: Room was clean and very nice, breakfast was very good, specially the pancakes :). Liked the pool and the houses and whole complex looked really nice.

Cons: surrounding of the hotel complex was not the best.

Pros: It has just opened and everything is new. Very nice hotel.

Cons: In my opinion, it is very expensive for the services it offers (we paid 79 Euros without breakfast). Secondly, the concept is wrong: you cannot have apartments and hotel in the same location if they're not separate. We were in a downstair room with common kitchen-dining room opposite, with all the noise in the morning. Also, family rooms should be downstairs (for the noise).

Pros: Very nice garden and many activities for children. No much traffic and very quiet area which is situated in the end of the street. Away from town but only 15 min walk to the beach and 20 min walk to the closest shop. Will definitely be back next year to Sventoji which is in every way better than Palanga overcrowded town.

Cons: Everything was just super. Just for next time we know we shouldn't forget to take salt, pepper, scissors and stuff for barbeque (grillbar, charcoal, ignition fluid), (wine) bottle opener. But that's all you can get from shop in the town anyway :)

Cons: Disappointing kitchen! For example: there is microwave, but plates provided in an apartment are too big to fit in it; there is only one bowl, no pan. Very noisy location. We had a corner room to amusement park, witch played very loud and annoying music until midnight. We were promised to get a garage key to leave our bikes, but within 4 days of stay no one gave it to us.

Pros: We spent two nights in this apartment nr.5, I recommend for everyone short stay in Sventoji. My recommendation always to choose nr.5 apartment if You would like to have bigger room. Very good location , very close to Baltic see. Very interesting breakfast menu. Very calm enviroment , if You choose from Monday to Friday.

Pros: Location was excellent, calm and at near proximity to a beach. The place is run by a family, that is very helpful. Breakfast is served, not a buffet.

Cons: Arc-type windows have no curtains on top of them (arced part) and since they were facing East, sunshine was gleaming into room quite early.

Cons: Could not sleep until 2 am as local pubs got really loud music ( to be honest didn’t expect that ). Not recommended for families with small kids. Some facilities were broken and it’s impossible not to see that ( such a missing bed side table plug ) . Or shower head holder.

Pros: Super location! Just 250 m from the sea shore, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, 2 mini super markets nearby, dining room inside.

Cons: Should be more facilities for convenient rest, such as fans for the hair, more furniture for things, night curtains, bigger refrigerator for bigger rooms. WiFi works only near the reception, but not in the whole building.

Pros: A good hotel with excellent location. The hotel is oldish and would need a bit renovation, but everything was clean and worked as it should. The feeling is directly from Brezhnev's age, no fancy decorations or luxury, just plain working simplicity. Breakfast is OK. Hotel is quiet, no noise from anywhere.

Cons: Darker curtains would be nice. It helps sleeping if you are not used to light summer nights.

Cons: When hotel allow accommodation with dogs, then with these dogs with other animals walks to the public beach . About hotel, this is old building, old wood hard to open /close windows, no conditioners, not good sound isolation, but as possible is clean around building and inside.

Cons: Breakfast - the variety of food was poor. From hot food; only porridge omelette and sausages were available. Menu on the website didn't match what was in the dining room. No meat was available for sandwiches.

Pros: The location was spectacular, but the hotel itself was quite run down and not as clean as hoped. Very friendly staff.

Pros: Close to the Sea, you can easily walk few meters and you are in really nice beach :) Rooms are really basic (back to Baltic's 90'), but bedsheets were really comfortable, and rooms improved. We knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed :) Staff were helpfull, helped us to find transport to Klaipėda.

Cons: Old fashioned design, but overall it was nice stay and good location :)
