Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing everything was great
6.3 Good
Pros: The Italian restaurant was very good, and the views from the one beach were wonderful.
Cons: The check-in process was extremely slow and took almost 40 minutes despite the fact there was only one person in line in front of me. The hotel -- despite my having a confirmation with the correct dates -- had mis-entered my arrival and departure dates into their system. As a result, they almost didn't let my car into the gate given that I wasn't on the reservation list, and check-in took a long time. Several staff members also had something of a poor attitude, treating me as if I was bothering them by asking for directions. One individual, who was handing out towels, spoke to me very rudely -- insinuating I wasn't a guest there -- since it took me a minute to find my "get a towel" card. (The fact that they give one towel per person -- and that you need to carry around a card to get it -- is ludicrous if they claim to be more than a three-star hotel.) There were several other little issues that made the experience somewhat unpleasant. One was the inclusion of a large service charge on every bill. In addition, the hotel had no real shop -- except a souvenir shop -- thus requiring that guests pay exorbitant rates for everything from a bottle of water to a piece of bread. In addition, as a steak lover, I was angry that they had shut down the steakhouse for Ramadan, which hardly seems justified on any religious grounds given that they continued to serve alcohol. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was atrocious and minimalist with floppy waffles and not even an omelet bar. Really, it was a three-star breakfast equivalent to what you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express...which is a decent characterisation of the whole hotel with the exception of the wonderful location and view. Shape up.
7.0 Good
Pros: the food was good
Cons: I have a twin kids who are 9 months old and I use a double baby stroller. the room was not friendly to my situation as there were a three group of stairs ti get into the room and unfortunately one of the bell boys called Hasan was not cooperative and I carried the stroller myself at one time.

7.0 Good
Pros: Thanks to guest relations. And we wanted to say thank Ms Olesya so much for everything she did to ensure we had the best vacation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was the first stop of our trip and it was exceptionnal. We stayed two nights and we didn't want to leave! The domain is huge, with several choices of swimming pools. We were lucky enough not to have too many people in the hotel during our stay so we could enjoy all the places and restaurants. We really loved the atmosphere of the place, very classy and with well chosen decoration. The two main restaurants were really good (one italian and another with a huge buffet). It was basically a paradise where we hope we will come again!
Cons: As we were with our young daughter of about 2 years old, many swimming pools were not allowed for us which was a bit frustrating. A big private event happened during our stay so some places were not accessible anymore for half a day. Finally, expect high prices for the restaurants (we pay the same amount in Switzerland, one of the most expensive country in the world).

Cons: Actually there is many problems not respectfully spatial guy his name murad in front disk not respect us and deal with us very bad

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are amazing.
Cons: Staff was a little too attentive--to the point of being an annoyance throughout our meals at the restaurants.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was very nice, you really have the beach inside the hotel. We had a rainy day, so we went to the spa, a bit old, but very nice. The local esthetic is very different, but overall a nice place. The staff was super nice, they send me a cake for my birthday and was always there when I needed it.
Cons: We couldn’t get in food, but the room service had good prices. What we didn’t like was the buffet dinner, way too pricy for the quality of the food, room service was much better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic view and wonderful hospitality
Cons: nothing .. excellent service
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean Nice staff Good location
Cons: You come to this hotel mainly for the Dead Sea, but the way they made the entrance to the beach is really bad and kind of sad. A line in the sea of 100m2 which you can enter with a bucket of mud in the middle to rub yourself. Next to that the beach has a fence with a complete mess behind it, buckets to fill with mud, plastic and bad taken care beach. This hotel really needs to step up to give the Dead Sea the experience it deserves.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, nice and helpful staff, easy access to the shore of the Dead Sea.
Cons: At breakfast (and at dinner, which is offered at extra charge) more different meals could be offered.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The mattres is so uncomfortable There was many bad words and shouting in the morning at 7am worked us up
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great all the facilities and the staff were brilliant.
Cons: The breakfast and dinner where over priced and not very good especially for the price!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, facilities, beach front, spa, breakfast.
Cons: Would like to see more Jordanian staff rather than so many staff from other countries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a huge complex with many pools, beach access, restaurants, bars, spa -- so plenty to do! Staff is very attentive and polite. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Internet was free and had good speed. There is a paid option but I don't think it was necessary as I was able to video chat without issue. Spa is 20 JOD for guests (or free if you book a treatment). The spa had a women's area, men's area, and mixed area. The mixed area had a heated pool and a pool with water from the dead sea! Cool :) There are 3 large outdoor pools. The first one is heated (about 28 C) and was open until 8pm. The other two are 19C and open until sunset. The breakfast buffet is awesome, the dinner buffet was a bit limited but I think that's because we were there at a difficult time -- just before the country shut down due to coronavirus. You can pay for the buffet separately if it's not included in your room rate. Dinner was about 22JOD per person. There is also an Italian restaurant which was a bit pricey but the food impressed us! It was excellent! The cocktails at the Acacia Bar were strong, and there were frequent happy hours. A pianist plays the piano a few times throughout the day as well. Overall the atmosphere in the hotel is great. We really enjoyed the beach. They provide towels and water shoes to protect your feet from the rocks. There is a lifeguard who doubles as a photographer ;) And dead sea mud! We printed our boarding passes for free in the business center/computer room. An ATM is also available. Very nice experience overall! I hope this review will be useful for you :)
Cons: There was one night when the dinner buffet was not available yet we were not notified in advance... but again, I think it was due to the lack of guests just before the country shut down.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel complex, very friendly and attentive people, really a place to enjoy and relax. We intend to come back one day.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is great.
Cons: There are a lot of mosquitos.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Man cleaning our rooms was super nice and polite and did a great job. Rooms had a balcony with partly sea view. Bed was really comfy. Tea and coffee in a rooms were a nice addition.
Cons: Reception staff was not too nice while talking to us. I would expect them being much more polite, especially because they are working in Ramada. I used to work for Ramada in a different country and I know that all Ramada standards should be high, and reception staff is a face of each hotel. We were waiting for a baby cot from 2pm till 10pm and been at reception desk twice asking for it. Food in a lounge was horrible, someone should try real burgers before selling that what we tried over there. Water in a taps were salty and smelled like a water from swimmingpool.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Maintenance knocked on our door at midnight by mistake and when we complained with reception they did not even apologise. When we ordered food from the menu we were charged at a different rate and they didn't want to amend the bill stating that it was automatically on the system.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied and good value.
Cons: Having to pay “up front “ for food and drinks rather than as you would in a restaurant when presented with the bill after eating. The soft seating in the restaurant was filthy. The evening meal was poor choice, quality and expensive for what it was. The price of wine was extortionate. The whole hotel could do with being spruced up, it looked tired. Lots of staff hanging around doing nothing. The swimming pool was not clean. The outside gardens were scruffy and unkempt. The private beach was covered in rubbish.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a very nice, clean, comfortable resort just 500m from the beach! The staff is nice and helpful! There’s also a very nice spa in the resort
Cons: Unfortunately there was a storm all over Jordan when we went so we could not enjoy all the facilities and we would wake up during the night because of how loud the wind was from our room. So try to avoid going to the Dead Sea if you know the weather will be bad otherwise you won’t enjoy it as much.
7.0 Good
Pros: One of the cheaper options on the Dead Sea. Beach is good enough, rooms are functional. Staff is friendly as in most of Jordan.
Cons: Property is dated and in a remote location. This is an option if you want to stay at the Dead Sea but do not have high expectations regarding luxury. It attracts mostly Russians, Germans and others that don't want to spend too much. Breakfast was fairly basic.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfasts were great - there was plenty of food and drink to choose from, everything was fresh, tasty and continuously refilled. Our dinner in the "Chillax" bar was a good experience as well, here you are able to order from a menu rather to have the buffet option in the restaurant. The outside pool and the private Dead Sea beach are both nice places to rest by the water. The spa offers several treatments for reasonable prices (with package and happy our deals). All the rooms have a balcony in a clever way - they are facing the Dead Sea diagonally, so you have a good view of the water from everywhere. It was funny to observe the domestic camels and goats around the walls of the resort.
Cons: The rooms and some facilities are clearly worn off - it's especially recognizable on some furniture, in the bathroom and on the indoor jacuzzi. The drinks (including the water) are highly overpriced (luckily the food is not), it could be bothering as it is forbidden to carry any drinks into the resort and the tap water is not drinkable (the complimentary water in the room is an OK gesture, but half liter of water is not too much for a whole day)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent rooms, location and price
Cons: Breakfast could be included (too expensive for the value)

Pros: Perfect location. Very spacious apartment with all the facilities. Amazing view. Very safe and quiet place. We have to thank you very very much Mrs. Geries, the owner, he was so friendly, always available. Almost everything we know about Jordan and its history we owe to him. Was a pleasure meet him.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our family enjoyed our short stay in this place. We dealt with Gerries from Madaba who is a true gentleman that you rarely find these days. He made us feel welcome, enlightened us with information and looked after SECOND TO NONE. People like Gerries are rare. He toured us around Madaba and we learned a lot of history in a couple of hours. The place is great for discovering the Dead Sea area and going to places like Mount Nebo, Madaba etc. It is very luxurious, has beautiful pools overlooking the Dead Sea and Israel. The appartment was luxurious and spacious. What fond memories!
Cons: It is very warm in july but airco does wonders!

Pros: Perfect location, a lot of space, apartment was very good equipped and comfortable, excellent attitude of the owner
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent.walking distance to the Mall, but most of all the owner, Geries Manarneh is an exceptional host. I have traveled throughout the world and I have never come across such an hospitable host/ owner. always willing to help a any time of day or night, checking if we were ok and if we needed anything. he even drove 40mins to come and sort out the cable tv (which was my fault). when we do go back it will only be to Samareh resort and Geries. thank you !
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Geries and his team are excellent hosts and make you feel very welcome. The flat has a spacious hall, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 3 toilets. Well-stocked kitchenette with complimentary packaged cereals and other accessories. Nearby Samarah mall which has restaurants. Perfect for a family or friends' stay. The location is prime on the Dead sea strip with Marriott and Hilton resorts on sides. The cleaning is done on request.
Cons: Cash payment system is a bit of a hassle. The beach is a small stony area and lacks soft sand.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful host, great hospitality, flexible, provided many extra things. Building location is great, direct access to the pool, and to the parking. Rooms are spacious, comfy, and clean. Fast internet, washing machine, fridge and freezer, even cooking essentials are available. Nice terrace with a view for the evenings.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: A great quiet resort in the middle of the large branded chains, Stunning location with private access to the dead sea. The resort consists of three pools, jacuzzi, gym and games room. Our host Geries was very nice and very helpful, he assisted me in arranging all my excursions. He also ensured that the apartment was always topped up with the food you can eat and all you can drink, a large variety of food. I found the entire resort staff to be friendly and helpful.
Cons: nothing bad to say

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful church on site, access to Jordan river, interesting and entirely unique experience.
Cons: Because of the close proximity to the border, there are some access restrictions that must be followed. This is a relatively small inconvenience for the magnitude of this incredible property and experience. It’s not really for casual travelers passing through. Having a passion for history and Christianity makes it extra special.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely peaceful retreat. Food was excellent and surroundings beautiful with the river just 30m away.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Russian Residence is located within the Baptism Site, offering the rare privilege of staying very close to a place of great significance to Christians. If you happen to be the only guests you will find an environment of extraordinary quiet and solitude. It was also comfortably warm in the evening and early morning (in early November) and very hot once the sun is up - even at this time of year.
Cons: Independent travellers, as we were, need to understand that access to the site is very limited - in fact, forbidden to private vehicles and normally to taxis - and far too large a place to be able to access on foot from the site entrance. There are two military checkpoints on the access road. None of this is insurmountable (in our experience) but be sure to ask the site manager (a charming Palestinian engineer who also speaks fluent Russian) to notify the checkpoint guards in advance of your arrival. He might even be willing to come and meet you at the entrance. But get the arrangements set up in advance!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We expected a different experience by staying here and were not disappointed. It is a very quiet place on the Jordan River (only 2 other people staying at the same time). We were able to swim in the river and explore round the premises. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The evening meal and breakfast were simple, fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed having the opportunity to explore the Baptism site on our own.
Cons: It is quite an expensive place to have to pay in cash, but being pre-warned we ensured we had enough with us. We did have a hassle getting past the first gate as the Baptism site closed early that day, but it was sorted out by the owner of the residence after about 10 minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful quiet tranquil location beside the Jordan River. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
6.7 Good
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: The manager was rude and because I was 30 minutes late he wanted the cancel my reservation, even if the room was prepaid. He was unapologetic, unhelpful and unwilling to understand. This was by far the worst experience in Jordan.

Pros: Great location to see and visit the Dead Sea, just a short walk down to the private beach and Dead Sea. We ate dinner in the burger/steak house and the food and wine was great as was breakfast the next day.
Cons: The room seemed a little dated and they had no travel cot as requested, so our baby had to sleep in the middle of us!

Pros: We spent one amazing week there and I really recommend this hotel to everyone, the excellent service, the clean and tidy room with a comfortable patio and of course the unique beach to enjoy and relax. The garden was also wonderful with many swimming pools of different depth. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the meal was excellent. Really great atmosphere.
Cons: The only negative point is that the coast of the sea was very stony and made it difficult to get into the sea. I would recommend you to build a pier to make it easier.

Pros: Very nice staff and attentive staff. Affordable prices. Very good breakfast buffet. Beds were very confortable. Private beach to the dead sea
Cons: Access to the spa is not included in price (+15JOD/p). For an hotel that is called "Dead Sea Spa", we were expecting free spa. Diner buffet could be a tad better (note to the hotel: you should definitely include some Jordanian tradidional dishes)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. Check in was super quick and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite...which was magnificent. We stayed there just as the Corona Madness hit and so hardly any other tourists were staying. The room was spacious, with cable TV and a comfortable bed. The WiFi was solid and easy to access. My partner booked one of the Beauty Treatments at the medical clinic/spa and said it was awesome. There is a fully equipped gym available free of charge. If you are wanting some alcoholic drinks then there are a few nice little venues to enjoy a drink. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone who would like a relaxing stay along that part of the Dead Sea.
Cons: It would have been very useful if there was a larger fridge available in the room. The fridge was tiny. We were also surprised that when we tried to enter the hotel to check in, a security guard scanned our luggage and then tried to stop us from taking any food or drinks (especially any alcohol) into the hotel. Eventually we were allowed to take our groceries into the hotel instead of having to leave them in a hot car...but I think that was mainly because of the chaos being caused by the Corona dramas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Travelled with husband and brother. Loved the location, walking distance to private beach, several pools to relax in once you are over the fun of floating in the dead sea. Reasonable price for resort. Rooms large and spacious as you would expect for a resort. Were upgraded for free on both rooms we paid for.
Cons: Didn't have many vegetarian options for food, generally a problem in the area. Had to go to a nearby resort for food which was very expensive!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with nice private beach with mud. Gym open 24/7. Quite cold water in pools. Free upgrade to room with Sea view and bigger bed.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service in the hotel. The beach is tiny but it was not crowded during our stay. Enormous room with bathtub and great hot water. Big private parking. Delicious breakfast. Had dinner in the mall nearby so can't give an advice. Plenty of mud at the beach.

Shape up.
