Pros. Bed wasn't lumpy, frig was clean and cold. When I called the front desk about needing an iron, they were prompt in giving me one. There was lots of parking. Room was spacious.
Cons. Huge gap under door, floor was sticky,, curtain wasn't wide enough to cover window, controls were broken on heater, toilet wobbled when you sat on it, iron was missing, and the air deodorizer were so strong when we first entered the room, our noses burned. The room next door had a kid who woke up 3 times during the night crying and screaming. It would have been nice if the parents could have calmed the child sooner than 15 min.of crying. Wifi was broken and not working. No vending machines available.

Cons. The front desk service. Asked to call us back about our watch only an hour after we checked out, and it was around 4am when we checked out. We remember exactly where we left the watch. We were just in a rush to airport and exhausted since it was 4am. They did not call me to update me at all. I called every hour to find out if they found it. They said housekeeper has not cleaned the room yet. Later night, I called again. They asked me to call in the morning around 8am next day. when I did, they didnt answer. I called every 30min for at least two hours, still no answer. I called finally around 1:39pm. Sherry, front desk, put me on hold for ten to 15 minutes. They said they did not find it. We are 100 percent sure that the watch was set next to coffee maker on a napkin. I wonder... what happened...????? If you want a good service with trust worthy hotel, maybe this is not the right one for you.

Pros. It's a new hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job.
Cons. Even though I had prepaid for my stay one week in advance for a better rate, the management charged my credit card again after we checked in. They denied it every day. Choice Hotels did not try to intervene because the hotels are individually owned. A Mastercard representative helped me though. DON'T TRUST THIS HOTEL!!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!!
Pros. Nothing is good as our reservation was not honored at all. They charged our money and transferred us to Econo Lodge.
Cons. They (a young manager) refused our Kayak reservation. She said that we are not supposed to be able to stay in Quality Inn for this price. So, she transferred to Econo Lodge which seems to be a same management. We did have Kayak reservation for Quality Inn then she refused the reservation. As I did not make a drama in front of my wife and 2 year old daughter with this manager who did not want to listen our side of story at all, we stayed in Econo Lodge. We will never forget about this unethical business conduct.
