Total trash area!!! Across the street was full of homeless camp site, trash everywhere, and not safe to walk out at night for sure. Definitely not a place to stay if you have little ones! Additionally the staff were totally unprofessional as if they didn’t care.
Pros. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
Cons. It was ridiculous that the pool area was still closed, and we couldn't even make a reservation to use it or anything like that. Also, it's clear there used to be vending machines but there were none available, so we had to go to the over-priced snack bar instead.
Pros. Great breakfast. Clean and quiet facilities. Great amenities. Easy check in process. Make sure and list everyone staying in your room to expedite this process. Food and Beverages for purchase. Secure facility. .
Cons. The hotel was extremely booked and I noticed they began running out of items in the Food and Beverage for purchase area but it was still okay.

I had to yell, I am still in here while clutching blankets around my, ahem, birthday pajamas. Also, all but one entrance was gated and chained when I arrived after my event, which no one warned me about. I drove around in a bit of a circle until I found the one open and honestly felt a bit shaken walking from my car into the hotel. Despite the obvious need for strict security, I did feel that my car would be safe, since I could barely figure out how to get to the lot.
