The worst hotel experience, no air conditioning in the room, the swimming pool was a paid service for the hotel guest, never received wake-up call, no robes nor slippers included in the room, windows let a lot of cool air in, crowded and room with window to inner courtyard made it very hot, receptionist was awful, very basic facilities, mold in the shower, terrible smell coming out of the drain in bathroom floor, no ventilation in the bathroom, bad omelette, staff at breakfast are not able to communicate, room was smelly and the air was stuffy, one of the main lifts was out of order, facility staff behavior, expensive offer of swimming pool and sauna, eggs were cold, bedding was stained, hassle with Metropol Spa Hotel and Metropol hotel in the same building, massive sewer smell in the bathroom, hair in the sink, air conditioning in the room was blowing too hard and couldn't be regulated.
