Absolutely the finest little Penzion I have stayed at in Slovakia or the Czech Republic (and that's a long list). The staff was incredible - fantastic English by most and the weakest staff person's English was ok. Restaurant was amazing! Rooms were incredible.

Very cozy hotel, we had a room with a view on High Tatras. Room was very clean and very well equipped with a large and comfortable bed, felt like home. Breakfast varies every day and was tasty. Location is also very good, near to main tourists locations (City Poprad, Tatranska Lomnica and others, train station is near by). Great staff, very polite and ready to help. We traveled with our 4 year old daughter and found warmth and comfort at this hotel. Strongly recommend it!

Very nice and helpful staff, speaking fluent English. The hotel is located slightly away from the road directly under the mountain range but still in a convenient place between Poprad and High Tatras. Nice place.

Nice apartment we had in the hotel, nice location of the hotel, nice and polite staff, very good breakfast, there is a small wellness facility.

There were 2 problems, one serious, one less serious: there was a problem with the heating. Obviously they have no enough power for the rooms and wellness at the same time. So I caught a cold, because there were periods without heating and hot water. We had to go downstairs several times and ask them to turn on the heating and the hot water. The other problem was a misunderstanding about the room price, but it was solved logically.

it was completely dark and rainy when we arrived in the town, and the hotel is nothing near the elektricka stations mentioned in the hotel's site (some 500 meters away). Additionaly, there wasn't any sign leading to the hotel (I'm not talking about enlightened sign - there was no sign at all!), so it took us a while to find the hotel. Additionally, we've expirienced one evening without hot water - somthing you wouldn't expect from a hotel which charges these rates... You can get completely reasonable hotels in this park for much better prices.

It's isolation, very relaxing

We had a double bed but with two single duvets on it???!! Not very romantic!!! Would have been nice to have one kingsize duvet to go with the bed. That's my only complaint though..

it was an interesting hotel in an interesting little town

the rooms weren't as nice as I expected for the price. Our room was quite small without great features.

Friendly staff,old fashioned decor, good breakfast, plenty choice. Easy reach from the station and the town. Not far from Aqua City.

The staff is really good. Family feeling. The owner have the heart for the business. It is only 3 months old. Great bed, Quiet Evening, Stunning View, Nice bath and free Wifi, free Parking
