10.0 Excellent
Pros: The patio table and chairs outside our room and meeting other people staying there because they were using the patio too. Wonderful view of the water canal, boats, and homes located in the area. We had a large room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, dining table and chairs. Very tropical theme to the décor and good ceiling fan and air conditioner. Different customer service reps at the counter, all were super helpful and kind!
Cons: Nothing
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: overall ok, AC works, view of the canal
Cons: not water pressure at all in the shower, basically a small amount of water coming out of the faucet forcing you to take the shower against the wall..., poor design of the shower floor let the water undrained for days.... Ice machine on the secondary building is out of service, sign direct you to the main building... Ice machine on the main building is also broken, new sign direct you to the lobby where they conveniently have Ice for sale....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the canal was great!
Cons: Shower faucet was reversed: cold on left, hot on right. Fitted sheets did NOT fit

Pros: Last minute booking due to flight problems. Hotel staff were great and if I’m in he keys again, I’d definitely stay again (for a bit longer next time)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extreamely large room very comfortable bed very peaceful staff very helpful
Cons: Pool was heated and it was summer so it would have been better if it was cooler
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome cocktail, the evening wine and s'mores were amazing and was something we looked forward to every day. The location is stunning - your own little apartment right on the water, with nice chairs and tikihuts for your day and evening drinks or games. The swimming pool isn't super big, but since there are only about 16 apartments, it was never crowded (mostly 4 or 5 people at "peak" times). Watching the sunset from the pool (with the aforementioned wine) is a big bonus :-). The breakfast was small, but enough to get us started (coffee/tea/juice and a nice selection of bagels/muffins/cereal/yoghurt, including some jams/peanut butter, etc). The apartment felt like home, with a very comfortable bed, good A/C and a big TV (not that we used that). There are kayaks and bikes you can just take, and there is a nice sunset boat tour by captain Jimmy that we highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing, this was our little paradise away from home, we loved every minute of it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place. Lovely property on the water with breakfast on the beach and gorgeous views. Very nice room as well. Highly recommend.
Cons: Hot water took a while to appear

Pros: It was quiet, quaint, beautiful, and clean! The atmosphere was casual and relaxed and the scenery was stunning! The staff were super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort.
Cons: Nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great layout, wonderful service.
Cons: Little trouble with the deck television but they tried to remedy it. My biggest disappointment was the rain the day we were going to relax and enjoy all the amenities. But alas, you can't control the weather!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent: they allowed us to hang out after checkout, gave us a blanket to use in the hammock, and heated our leftovers so we could have them for lunch before we headed out. Absolutely fantastic service! Plus the place itself is beautiful, lots of beach chairs and hammocks to hang out in, bed is the most comfortable ever.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Great north Keys location, nice decor in boathouse, great fishing off the back of boat for kids, nice pool, sweet tenants around us, quiet location.
Cons: Was told we would pay when we arrived but were expected to pay in full right after reserving, front office staff was nice mostly but also rude at times, marina and toilets reeked, no stovetop, most of the lights didn’t work in the boat, no lights outside of boat, public bathhouse had no water pressure and cycled from hot to cold on and off during 5 minute shower (women’s). I would not recommend staying on the Starfish. This is our second year staying here and did not experience any of these problems last year.

Pros: Facilities and grounds were meticulous, and access to beach and water delightful. My own private playground.
Cons: Room was very clean and functional, but not ample.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This little hotel with 10 cottages has a wonderful Florida Keys feel. The cottages are well stocked with a kitchenette, barbecue, and they had beach towels. The owners have thought of everything! The grounds are impeccable, lots of beautiful plants in a garden setting. The beach, fabulous with lots of places to sit, gorgeous sunset, and an underground light that lights up the water, fish, and pier. Fabulous attention to detail.
Cons: We only wish Mother Nature was kinder, we had a cold snap the day after we arrived.

Pros: The coffee shop across from the hotel was the best thing about the stay. not affiliated with them but fantastic. Cafe Moka
Cons: the entire process of checking in was absurd. No early check in, even if you get the operator to put a note about it. I had done just that and when i got the operator on the phone 30 minutes before the 4pm check in i was told they don't do it and suggested i was making it up, then she found the note and instead of apologizing said to me that those were the "rules". You have to use the phone to get an operator on line to give you a code for the key, all the keys are stored in a lock box in a tiny 4x4 room. when the operator finally answered after about 15 rings, they asked me for my credit card again and said I hadn't paid, which i did. then they give you the "code" to open up the box and take out the 1 key for all doors and your room. Once we got to the room (no elevator, we were on second floor, but they have 3 floors) the window in the bathroom was open and propped up by two rolls of toilet paper. the bathroom was barely large enough for an average sized women, but my husband was cramped in, the door to bathroom didn't close, the towel and toilet paper holders were broken. the bed was clean and it was very basic small room with a/c in the bedroom window. it was very disappointing overall and will never recommend or stay there again. DO NOT STAY THERE!
