Pros. Everything was clean and the front desk lady was very nice.
Cons. Management knows that they have a very noisy room and they still have it available (or maybe there are more?). It sounds like someone is flushing the toilet on you all night. And when you complain about it, and if the hotel is full, the manager will tell you that you can leave the hotel and they won't charge you. After a long fight with the manager (I am sure none in their vacations wants to fight) he agreed to refund 50% (I still think they should have refund 100%). However I am still waiting for that refund.
