Pros:
Made a last minute booking for the same day. On arrival at Avis some hours later they had no record of the booking because they "won't get any booking made today until tomorrow". As a result they didn't have the size car available that we booked only had a bigger one and we had a 15 minute "discussion" over the price of the booking. Eventually, the lady applied more discount to bring the price closer to our quote price.Got the right result in the end but come on, once I afford them my reservation email with the quoted price I shouldn't then have to battle to get that price. However besides this the staff were lovely, vehicle was great!6.0 Okay

Cons:
My car did not have a full tank of gas. When I notified the attendant they told me the gas meter only goes that high, but when I filled it up at the gas station down the street a lot more gas went into the car and the needle went up all the way. Again the lady told me I was wrong and I let it go because I was on my honeymoon. So I am angry I had to pay for more gas than I used, because I had to return the car with a full tank. Right now I will not use kayak or Avis again! I was a first time user.Europcar
