We welcome all visitors to Scott & White Hospital and Veterans Hospital, and to all major businesses such as McLane, Walmart Distribution Center, PFG, and Wilson Arts. Stay here when attending events at Temple High School and Stadium, Texas A&M Medical School, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and Temple Junior College. Visit Belton and Stillhouse Lakes; we are approximately 30 miles from Fort Hood. Cons (-) The place was nasty. Outside, the stairwells we're rusting and crumbling. Inside, the shower was disgusting with mildew marks everywhere, and the floor was sticky. The room smelled like bleach.

Pros (+) The staff was nice.
Cons (-) The whole hotel is very poorly maintained. The building is moldy and the floor under the tub was not solid. We were on the third floor. The whole thing needs to be powerwashed, or better yet torn down and rebuilt. Bird poop is everywhere outside - and the birds are very loud all night long. Way overpriced for what it actually is. Definitely not kid friendly.
