Pros: That Brian went above and beyond the call of duty in customer satisfactory.
Cons: I arrived early (12:15) and the sales rep. told me i still had to wait until 1pm to pick up my vehicle, she was very inconsiderate about the situation.I asked her can I just get a vehicle since I was already there and she told me no, I had to wait til my reservation time. I waited 20 minutes and I asked Brian would they mind coming to my house to pick me because my reservation time was for 1pm. He said no problem took my address down and I walked out. He came behind me and asked me would i just like to get a vehicle now and I said yes please. He was very helpful unlike the sales rep that greeted me.

Great car for the price!
Pros: The price and type of car was perfect for what I needed it for. I got great gas mileage and the car performed well. I was totally satisfied with the car and the way the employees treated me. No hidden fees and they offered to take me back home, but I had a friend to pick me up.
Cons: I had an appointment to pick up the car at 9am, I arrived at 8:50am, but didn't get the car until 9:45. I wasn't the only one wait to get their car at the schedule time. Other than that, its a great Enterprise car rental location.

There wasn't a vehicle available
Cons: Can't really comment on the car because there wasn't one available. Staff was pretty bad though acted like it was normal to tell customers they would have to wait for people to maybe drop off cars on time. Enterprise, we will never do business again
Cons: I had reserved a car that was listed as a Ford Escort, or similar. No big deal. My beater car is an escort and it has a big trunk. When I arrived to pick up my rental, they had two cars to choose from. Both of which were hatchbacks with very limited space for luggage/cargo. I expressed my disappointment with them considering there were probably 50 cars on the Hertz lot, but none of them were for rental as they were for sale. They couldn't even upgrade me to a larger vehicle because there weren't any available. I declined the rental and asked for my $36 insurance refund and they said I would have to go through Kayak to get the refund. I know it was Thanksgiving weekend, and cars were scarce, but they should advertise if it is a hatchback or a regular car.

Pros: Nothing the car was so small . Stood there waiting on a rep for about 20 mins . They charged us twice for the rental an still have not been reimbursed . I will never go there again . Horrible service
