Good helpful service. Extra obligatory charges of 3.5 euros per person to use some facilities do not give good imperession.
Very relaxing and I received an upgrade when I arrived. The location was very convenient....easy to get on the autostrada heading North into Marche and going south to Chieti and Pescara. The Gran Sasso was very close too! This was a very nice location to spend time at in the morning with beach walks and then exploring other cities close by in the afternoon. The weather was perfect too! Couldn't walk out on the fifth floor balcony. It was locked during the entire stay I was there.
The hotel has a great location and a beautiful beach. The reception team is well organised and friendly, gardens well kept and the pool nice, large and excellent to swimm. Somehow, this hotel which had been a great reputation in the whole area has not kept pace with time. The restaurant staff is large - from head waiters to demi chefs, waiters and more people to assist - but unefficient and not really guest orientated; kitchen is not much better. The pool would be wonderful to swim in the morning but only opens at 9.30 a.m, when everybody is heading for the beach!
The staff was very friendly and attendive. Restaurant was good and large selection expecially on Friday an d Saturday. None
Large, very clean room. Excellent facilities such as cochtail bar, swimming pool, spa, internet and beach is right across the road. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with brilliant english. Restaurant was not as amazing as advertised on website. A lot of hidden costs as swimming pool/ beach admission and sun-chairs/shades/beds had to be payed for if you wanted access to the beach/swimming pool. Breakfast could have been better. The rooms really need some extra sound-proofing as every little noise can be heard from other rooms/hallway/outside.
beautiful beach and pool General disorganization at front desk, and lack of info. Not offered full or half board. Reception had no information about the restaurant (i.e. price or menu), had to go up to the restaurant to find out. Were not told that swim caps are required for pool, and were yelled at by the lifeguard. Can only use pool when lifeguard is there (not between 1-3pm). Not offered wine menu had to guess prices
The service at the hotel was very good - as were the staff at the beach bar. English was not widely spoken but with a little sign language and patience (from the staff) we were able to ask for most things The resort was closing down for the end of the season (6th September) which was miss leading when Active Hotels told us that there were only 2 rooms left in the hotel! Whilst tennis courts were advertised the hotel did not have any racquets to hire which seemed rather limiting I would imagine for most guests holidaying from outside Italy
The room was a good size but the safe was broken and we wasted the first hour waiting for someone to come and fix it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. It was hard to find, the staff are unfriendly + unhelpful, and it is very overpriced, I only chose it for the location and pool. However, we could not use the pool when we arrived as it closes at 6.30pm and to use it the next day they wanted to charge 22 euros for 4 of us for the hire of hats (compulsory) + towel hire. So we never even got to swim!
We liked the historical significance and the architecture and opulance of the the palazzo no my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and everthing was to our liking. My wife is a coeliac and she appreciated the fact that she could have breakfast without difficulty though she had to avoid the bread,
We loved the hotel. Friendly staff, lovely rooms-well restored. Free Internet service-the only one we found. Excellent value for money.
The staff were really helpful and they upgraded our room as we were on our honeymoon. The view out on to the main square was spectacular as was the room. The coffee with breakfast was great. Would definitely return and recommend. The shower didn't work that well and they seemed to struggle a bit at breakfast if there were too many people. Really not that bad though.
Very nice rooms. Quiet.
The hotel staff was very friendly, they offerd us an upgrade for our honeymoon, so we spent 1 night in a suite for a very low charge; receptions was very open-minded and helpful. suite was enomorous there was no internet connection in the room (though it was promissed), but this is a minor disadnvantage
Very helpful staff, gorgeous accomodations, location terrific
comfort and old stile
Very nice building with in the main building beautifull rooms in a style that fit with the rest of the hotel. We stayed in a superior and a normal room. Both were nice. Friendly staff. Very nice place in the center of the city but still quit but a good starting point for explore this beatifull city by foot. Parking is a problem. If you're lucky there is a parking place near the hotel otherwise you have to find one and that is difficult. If you don't have a navigation system the hotel isn't easy to find.
The location was excellent in the centre of town. The staff was very helpful, finding a parking spot and parking it as well. The window insulation was very good. All the street noises were kept out. The quality of the breakfast was acceptable, but not great. When arriving late, many things were gone and not being replaced.
location shuffling cars
Residenza 100 Torri is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno. The hotel is very tastefully done; a great combination of old and new. The staff is very pleasant and always available to assist the guests. This is definitely the best hotel in town.
The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Extremely helpful. The property is unique in style and quite comfortable. Great location in the city proper
Very central located in the city and very nice hotel no
The location and atmosphere is so good, coupled with all modern facilities in the room, that I would recommend a visit to Ascoli Piceno simply for the opportunity to stay at Residenza 100 Torri! My stay was too short :-)
Location was central to town center and provided parking on site. The design was quiet lovely. The room was quiet small although very well furnished.
This hotel was just perfect! It's extremely well located in the old city center, at walking distance from the Piazza del Popolo (one of the most charming and lively piazza I have ever seen!), shops and restaurants. It's a bit of a challenge to find the hotel in the small streets of this medieval city, but a decent GPS should get you there without too many problems. The hotel has a decent, secure, closed car parking, adjacent to the hotel entrance (very convenient for the luggage). Our room was a very romantic, large room, with a perfect bathroom. The airco in the room was just perfect and very welcome after a hot day. The hotel staff was very helpful and made excellent suggestions with regard to restaurants. Definitely a superb hotel! To be honest, nothing.
Liked the laidback and low key, tastefully furnished environment. Very responsive and kind staff. Good to have secure parking in the middle of an old town. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable, cool room No view from my window, but this not really a problem as it's very much a town hotel
Newly renovated establishment in the middle of Ascoli old town a couple of minutes from Piazza del Popolo. Very clean and comfortable rooms, but on the small side. Basic but adequate Italian breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. Parking available in the hotel garage - a very useful feature in Ascoli Piceno.
It was so very beautiful. We had a little trouble finding the hotel. Instructions would be helpful.
Efficient friendly staff, high quality, free parking possiblities in hotel compound (although not many it seemed but that did not affect us). Did not have time to properly understand access to tv channels
The entire hotel staff was courteous and professional . The hotel restaurant was excellent. When we return, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, quiet, easy wifi access, very good restaurant.
The staff were very kind and helpful. The Hotel is an old converted Villa. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Very close to the Adriatic coast and beaches (15 minutes), and close to medieval village of Ascoli-Piceno (7 minutes). Wonderful location
Friendly staff, nice location and excellant food.
great hotel for a very good price need to have a car
Despite our late arrival the staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very easy to find. Good breakfast.
Beautiful grounds, quiet, excellent breakfast, relaxing, good staff, nice patio off the bedroom, close to good grocery store, free internet, close to beautiful sand beaches and in beautiful hill country. Perfect price!
Nice hotel with helpful staff. Restaurant of the hotel has good choice of typical Italian dishes and some local specialties. Rooms are clean and comfortable with own controlled airco. Free wireless internet is reasonable fast and easy to use.
The friendly staff especially at the front desk. They were very helpfull and accomodating. Excellent Room was somewhat small. Encombered view of the sea. We were at the first floor. Parking was poor.
Location - on the beachfront.
great place to stay at, will consider again for future travel parking could be tricky during high season
Access to beach. Nothing.
Good restaurant, lovely jacuzzi´s on the roof, very relaxed atmosphere. Book the Bio rooms: they are lovely! Junior suites are not very big when travelling with a child. Better stay in the Bio rooms, they have a separate litlle bedroom. No furniture on the balcony...
the location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very professional and pleasant and the hotel was very clean and organized the only problem was the air conditioning...we tried to turn it off but it keep on working and the rooms where very cold...
We were very surprised to find this excellent hotel+restaurant in a small village in the mountains. Daniele Zunica and his staff gave us some wonderful days and spoiled us with great meals. We will meet again! Johan en Bea Schoenmakers, The Netherlands
Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Incredible views. Also has best restaurant in a very small town and just around the corner from the fort (main attraction). Breakfast was not great, but standard for hotels (coffee plus a sweet roll)
Friendly, helpful staff, lovely location and view from balcony, excellent restaurant.
Fantastic views of the mountains and helpful, friendly and enthusiastic english speaking staff who are interested in and commited to the quality of the food and drink they provide. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent and enjoyed trying the pecorino wine that was suggested. The room was lovely and very well appointed.
Wonderful Hotel, Spectacular View, Great staff, everything was great None
Hotel was lovely very clean staff spoke english and were very helpful. Although parking is an issue due to the location once we found the hotel the instructions the staff gave for the car park were vey good and its only a five minute walk from parking to hotel. Would stay here again.
One of the best and best value hotels we have stayed at in Italy. Helpful staff, clean and well furnished and equipped rooms and a superb central location. Detailed street map with booking confirmation - but what a minor problem!
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room.
It was an amazing experience. a Simple but beautifully design hotel in the midle of the town with much to enjoy in Ascoli Pecino. THe staff was more than accomodating. It was quiet and on our trip of two weeks this has been our favorite and huge value for the money. Parking is most definately a challenge but once the short walk is memorized as well as the location of the parking...truly not a problem at all
Great location Very simple Breakfast, there is only one lift in the hotel 1x.5 m small?very tight, takes 3 people max at a time. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.
Outstanding staff and great location and beautiful rooms. Spa facilities were the best i have encountered
The hotel was beautiful although a bit hard to find. I would tell all my best friends about this jewel and keep it secret from everyone else. A beautiful place to stay.
The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the bathroom was superb - very clean and tidied and cleaned superbly daily.
Very nice hotel in a less-touristy town in Italy. High quality for the cost. There is no parking on site and is about a 10 minute walk to the parking garage.
I can only imagine that this would have to be the premier hotel in town. The whole place looks like it was just completely redone and it's right near one of the main squares and within walking distance of anything downtown. Free parking option. Has a fairly big tub with jets, if they work. The free parking option works great if you just want to explore the town on foot, but if you need frequent access to your car, you'll have to find a different solution, as it's not really that close or easy. A huge person will not fit in the elevator if that is a problem. It also has one of those showers that you can't use without soaking the floor.
