Nice Car!They didn't have any cars ready at the time that I had reserved a car, and when they finally got me a car (40 minutes late), it wasn't even in the same class that I had reserved. There seemed to be literally no point to having made a reservation.

Nice car!The staff did not have any cars ready at the hour that I reserved our car for. When they finally got a car to me (40 minutes late), it wasn't even in the same class as the car I reserved. Their mistakes cost us at least an extra $100 in gas.

Nothing.Hard to find. Once I found it, had to wait (more than 10 minutes for the lady to even come to the desk). They didn't have a car despite my reservation and was obviously irritated that I dared to think there should be a car for me. Horrible experience. Will never use Hertz and unlikely to use Kayak.

FantasticRented a Nissan Sentra, the car got 40+ miles to the gallon. Drove the car 2600 miles over one week to Disney in Orlando. Fantastic service, friendly staff, great car for the price.Nothing, great experience

Flight was cancelled and called Hertz to cancel.The car worked.My reservation was supposed to be transferred to Saturday due to my flight was cancelled. Saturday i was charged a second time for same rental, but double the cost. The car was filthy, there was no gas cap and i was forced to pay for the car twice!!!

Car rentalOnline bookingThe car was not clean, it was given to us with less than 1/4 tank of fuel, it smelled of smoke which they tried to cover with air freshener. Since I am allergic to both it did not make for a pleasant ride and the smell required us didn’t with the windows down for part of the trip. The car did not seem prepared for us which was a great disappointment from our last experience at this agency. The no-smoking policy was not honored nor were any adjustments made when we turned the car in. Plus, it is far easier to return a car with a full tank of gas than figure out how to return it with only 1/4 tank. This was a disappointing experience ESL for the cost of the rental and having to have it back on a Saturday morning before noon when they are closed in Sunday.

nothingWe could not get the car, we had a business card and they would not let us get the car. Terrible service, not nice, not helpful. I could of rented another for much more money.

Didn't use the rental as a major CC was wanted and dedit card was not sufficient. This was not stated b4 the purchase. Then they refunded my payment minus a $50 fee. Then went back and forth on how to get the refund; Hertz/Kayak. Will not use either service again.

Waste of MoneyNothing at all.I paid my money, but they wouldn't accept my debit card upon pickup. I tried to use my business partners credit card, but it had to be in my name. Long story short, I had the pleasure of paying the rental fee as well as driving my own car after I wised up to not patronizing you idiots. I'm sure you see this happen all the time, and I'm not one to write a complaint or review, but this time pushed me over the edge when I found out there is no refund for something I wasn't allowed to use. I'm a musician who is on the road nearly 52 weeks a year. I promise to never use your company again and take every opportunity to use the influence I have to sway people away from your company. So I'll finish by saying, thank you for not only making this particular trip more difficult, but also charging me for the pleasure.
