Despite reserving 5 days earlier, when I arrived at noon there were no cars. None. The staff could not say when they would ever have a car. It could be in 2 hours, or it might be two days. Plus, there were several people "in line" ahead of me that had also been promised cars, that would be given any arriving cars ahead of me. They did nor call me or any of the others in advance to advise of this problem. Thus by this time of the day, no rental agencies in the area had any cars. I asked some one to drive me to another Enterprise location one hour away, where I was able to rent a car. My departure was thus delayed by several hours. On top of this, Despite insisting that I should pay the same price as my previous reservation, and receiving agreement that the price would be kept the same, when I arrived to pick up my car at the new location, I was charged ($9) more.6.0 Okay
