Pros: The breakfast was nice with hot waffles and fresh fruit. They also had a small store with drinks and snacks for sale.
Cons: They had a planned large birthday party with a DJ and band. I was booked directly OVER the party. My room was on the 2nd floor and the party was on the 1st floor. At 10:30 pm, I called to ask about the noise and was told the noise would go until 11pm. It went after 11:00. Then, there was a lot of noise from party-goers in the hall. At 2:30 am, people were yelling and it sounded like the police were in the hall. Not a good experience. I wish they had put me on the other side of the hotel since what I was really paying for was a good night's sleep and they knew in advance about the party. Needless to say, I did not sleep well and had to make a 5 hour drive the next day.

Cons: I think their air conditioning system needs to be cleaned. I woke up with a cough sore throat and congestion. This all cleared significantly once I was out of the hotel.
Bath tub seemed old and the sink drank was rusty.
Toilet handed broken. Had to force back up so it wouldn't run.
Cons: There was a moldy smell in the room. I had a sore throat the next morning. A pair of dirty socks was in the bathroom. There was some mildew where the tub meets the floor.
Cons: Only had three flat pillows and internet did not work.
Pros: Staff was pleasant
Cons: Yes!! I was very disappointed because the room had ants. I was bit on my arm in three places. And in my first room before I checked into the second one, it was smoked infested. So having to switch rooms and get ant bites really troubled me.
Pros: Location, staff, room & ammenities were all good. They had a nice pool & hot tub, too. We had a truck & big horse trailer & there was a big parking lot so parking was easy.
Pros: Accessibility, cleanliness
Cons: The a/c wasn't really working properly. It was OFF when I got to the room, so I turned it on, expecting that it would cool as the night went on, but it never got comfortable in the room.
Pros: Easy to find but hard to get to. Room clean.
Cons: No chair, one of the lights was not working, weather was bad and when we asked to be relocated we were told because of how we made our reservation we were not authorized.
Pros: What did I like? NOTHING! The obnoxious man at desk was EXTREMELY RUDE & unaccomodating. Hotel is across street from country bar..a bomb couldn't clean the beds enough for me! Looks like a crackie haven, judging by occupants/public spaces. 2 THUMBS DOWN!
Cons: RUDE STAFFLocationDirty public areasStinky/smoky/musty roomsStained mattressNo soap or towelsBreakfast = small box of cereal and small carton of milkOther occupants are very scary lookingSafety issuesNot accomodating or friendly at all
Cons: BEDDING WAS OLD AND HAD HOLES IN THEM. PILLOWS WERE FLAT AS PANCAKES.

Cons: no ice machine that we could find. smell in room like urine, but looked clean. hard to get to . had to go through residential area to get there. area not to bad but not upscale either.
Cons: They charged our credit card before we checked in.
Pros: Very quiet atmosphere ecn though it was right off the highway. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Cons: They tried charging twice the rate I was given, because 'it was their busiest weekend.' Nice try, the hotel was nowhere near capacity, and the rooms weren't worth the rate I paid anyway. She was not happy about the price, but honored it.
Pros: It suited our needs which was a place to take a shower and sleep after spending the day at the lake. The price was reasonable for the room. They had HBO.
Cons: The A/C was turned completely off. The key to the room didn't work, and the owner/mgr didn't have another key to give us so he had to open the door. The towels are very thin. Not enough pillows or towels. Flies in the room. No wi-fi.

Pros: Price, convenient location just 5 minutes from our relatives' house. Our adult children loved the breakfast, which included a waffle in the shape of Texas! Staff was friendly.
Cons: Hard to find, partly because of road construction detour.
Pros: Room comfort and pool
Pros: amenities were okay
Cons: People in other rooms around us were very rude and loud and cursing to the early morning hours. We weren't able to sleep. When we told the Manager, they were not understanding. We will never go there again.
Pros: The staff was top notch. I mentioned a musty smell upon my arrival and they came in and cleaned the A/C and cleaned the rug the next day. Internet was down and desk clerk called my room when it was up and running again. Enjoyed my stay greatly.
This was for convenience to work due to the ice storm that hit the Dallas area I was not impressed with the managements responses to my questions and felt he was not really interested in the comfort of his guest. The room was run down and smelled. I expected more service when I was staying a couple of days and received nothing.
Pros: Convenient to where I needed to be at the time.
Cons: The hotel was run down and smelled. Not someplace I will stay again.
Pros: no When I got there they tried to get more money out of me. Finally we got to stay.

Cons: we will not be staying at the hotel again we left early cause the room next to use were load and fighting and was way to many people just walking in and out of the front entrance no staff there to asked if they were guest or just coming in
Pros: The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She was new but assisted us timely and efficiently.
Cons: No Kleenex in rooms, had to use toilet paper for tissues
Cons: Very noisy neighbors. Had to tell front desk two times to calm down the noise..maybe a one time thing.
Cons: Lots of things. First of all iit was much worse than the pictures. Our ac kept breaking. We couldnt eat the free breakfast because there were flies everywhere around the food and many flies in our room. Awful hotel
Cons: The front desk person was short with us and not very friendly. The cleaning lady was nice and gave us extra towels for the pool. The pool was not very clean and furniture was broke. For the money paid it wasn't worth half of it.
Pros: Location near interstate
Cons: I don't like sleeping with a poorly performing air conditioner, or should I say NOT sleeping. The bed bugs were the worst part. I had a dozen bites in the morning.
Pros: Breakfast, and had a tub. unfortunately, when getting out of tub, I grabbed the hand hold, which moved and the rubber stops slipped and the whole bar fell out of the holes, as I fell back in the tub. I was not hurt, but it needs to be fixed.
Cons: Upon entry the room smelled of old, stale cigarette smoke, like it had been a smoking room in the past. I asked for a non smoking room. Location by freeway (back side), where my room was, had traffic noise all night long. Ear plugs helped a little.
Pros: It was close to where I was visiting friends
Pros: The price.
Cons: We could've used another blanket on the bed. The one that we had was very thin.
Pros: The location of the hotel is great. It is near an outlet mall, and there are a few restaurants a short distance away.
Cons: It was very outdated and run down. The rooms didn't seem very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was some noise.
Pros: Room was clean and everything worked and was in its place
Cons: Our room was facing freeway and was somewhat noisy
Pros: Staff, location, comfort of bed
