Cons: Fireplace didn't work, bed side lamp didn't work, hotel staff accused us of stealing their tv!
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Room was very nice but when we entered the room, one of the first things we noticed unfortunately was a empty water bottle sitting on the table.
Pros: Room was great
Cons: The check in lady was very unprochable and not very helpful
Pros: The hotel was quiet and clean with a full kitchen
Cons: The service from particular staff was horrible. I went for my anniversary and we got hassled by staff. One staff member even tisked and rolled her eyes with an attitude as if we were in convincing her for when all we asked about was parking.
Pros: Location is top notch, could not get any closer to restaurants and shopping in the village. Room was comfortable and had necessary amenities.
Cons: Walls were PAPER THIN! I was awake every hour during the night, it sounded like our neighbours we're standing beside me talking; they weren't even being obnoxiously loud, merely sitting and talking, walls were so thin I just heard everything. Not worth $$
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Extra charge for room Wi-Fi after paying $---/night? Really?
Pros: The front desk lady was very helpful and courteous. It made the experience very good from start to finish.
Cons: Have to pay for Wifi!!
Pros: It's a great location in the village. The late check out on Sunday was great.
Great location. Beautiful lobby and great restraunt. Room itself was well appointed and nice size. However it was not clean and showed signs of its age. I was told it was getting renovated soon.
Pros: The restraunt was excellent and the staff very helpful
Cons: My room was not clean. Large stain on the carpet. The receptionist told me that it the next floor to be renovated. I feel that because I booked with Priceline they felt it was okay to put me in a substandard room.
Very good for anyone travelling with a family. Lots to see and do. Would definitely go back. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were also travelling with a dog and he was welcomed as well. Very happy with the experience.
This was a B&B, great location, approx 20 mins walk to center of Collingwood, great places to walk
Pros: Hotel employees VERY friendly and VERY accommodating, also very helpful with information on places to see, places to eat, will definitely go back to see them
Pros: The owners were beyond expectations! They made us feel completely at home, gave a great restaurant idea, and invited us to play cards with them in the evening....who does that??!! They had a full house and everyone was friendly and considerate of others
Cons: Next time I would get the bigger room only because my husband is a big guy and you couldn't move all the way around the bed...but it was comfortable.
Adjacent to a golf course, The Findlay House is a great choice for a stay in Collingwood. You can be pampered with spa services, then unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A terrace and a garden are offered, and rooms get the details right with premium bedding and bathrobes.
Pros: The receptionist were very nice. The room was very clean
Pros: Very nice hotel, great location near Scandinave Spa. Our room looked new and clean. Free wifi and breakfast included.
Cons: Gym needed more equipment. More seating in breakfast area is needed.
Pros: clean/salt water pool and hot tub/location
Pros: I liked room facilities and cleanliness of this Hotel.
Cons: I did not like Breakfast Menu.
Pros: they have best staff and the room was beyond my expectation. the location is best spot.
Cons: i didn't like the breakfast they serve cold hard boiled eggs and the hash brown taste bad. also, they did not change the linens on the next day.
Pros: clean and spacious... loved the king bed
Pros: Very clean , pleasant staff, nice free breakfast
Pros: The room was very clean. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The breakfast was just ok.
Pros: The hotel was very clean n located at an excellent spot, barely 5 min to the village. The staff was very nice n polite.
Cons: The staff was unbelievably rude and non professional. They refused to let me talk to the manager in regard to a concern of mine. They dropped the ball and didn't pick us up at the airport because they sent another co's bus and didn't tell this to us before
Pros: It was conveniently located in a mall with a grocery store and a Tim Hortons and other restaurants nearby. The breakfast was quite good.
Cons: I was surprised that, for the price of the room, it did not come with a bar frig for cold drinks or lunch. I have stayed in motels for $--- a night that had one.
Pros: Very close to a lot of amenities. Very comfortable accommodations
Cons: Having a restaurant on premises would be good in the hotel, when it's too cold outside.

Pros: Room was clean, check in was quick and easy.
Breakfast was great.
Pros: Excellent location, very close (by car) to the Village (the skiing resort) and much more economical. Nothing more and nothing less than what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Very reliable.

Pros: Rooms were clean and had a nice kitchenette.
Cons: We were only able to check in at 4:00pm and check out was at 10:00 the next morning. We did not arrive until later in the evening following skiing and the water slide for the pool was only open for a few hours each evening. Definitely not worth the price to stay considering the late check in and early check out.
Pros: I'm sure it was not the cold Canadian winds or the freezing weather conditions that make us think the crew @ living waters were warm, friendly and inviting. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the staff; all of them displayed 5 star hospitality & quality. Highly recommended.
Cons: ongoing construction - but this is to improve the existing amazing facility and features of this place.

Rooms under ground level
Place is a construction zone. Not enjoyable.
Cranberry Resort features a golf course and a marina. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with hot stone massages, detox wraps, or body wraps, and Memories, one of 3 restaurants, serves dinner. An indoor pool and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with Egyptian cotton sheets.
Pros: Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. However, the big picture window in the setting area needs to be replaced. The needed A/C air blew behind the curtains instead of in the room.
Cons: The pricey Gustav restaurant
Cons: No cell service in the area and unusable wifi is unacceptable. Buy another router or two, you don't have enough. It was impossible to plan anything and this caused huge hassles on our trip. It's 2016. get some more routers.
Pros: Fantastic room!!!
Pros: Room was a nice size and had a patio door access to outside on first floor. Seemed clean enough. We were only there for one evening so did not try their dining room. Lots of parking and wifi included (although signal not that strong).
Cons: The room was somewhat dark and the hallways smelled musty. The towels and bed linens were not what I would expect for the price per night. For what I would consider the off season, the price was too high for the quality of the room. I would expect to pay half of the rate we did for the quality of the room and amenities.

Liked the arkitecture By Frank loyd wright...How ever looked a little tired and no arkitecture what so ever in rooms.
Pros: close to friends we visited, and other hotels in that pricepoint was already booked for the dates chosen.
Cons: kind of dark and old, also to soft matress.

The lounge on Main floor is a bit dull but comfortable a bit more colour to warm it up!
