Pros: The color scheme and decor was beautiful. Very inviting. The front desk personnel were very nice. The manager was very personable.
Cons: We checked in to room #209 at 10:30pm. By 12:30am, we were infested with bed bugs. We were moved to room #308 at that point. There were sunflower seeds on carpet. Hair in the foyer of the room. It was not as clean as it should have been.

7.5 Good
Pros: Housekeeping staff was amazing. The 2nd morning we were here our toilet overflowed and the Supervisor over the front desk, African American young woman, came herself to unclog it because the housekeeping staff wasn't in yet. She was awesome. The housekeeping staff and the front desk, with the exception of the overnight girl, are amazing. They were all so sweet and polite. And the cookies were amazing. My daughter loved being able to go get one each night.
Cons: The beds were a small queen more like a double. The overnight girl fell asleep the 2nd night so breakfast wasnt ready on time and the staff coming in were locked outside the hotel for an hour waiting for her to let them in, we let them in. Then Tuesday morning the same girl is heard telling a probable customer on the phone "Im making breakfast right now, you'll habe to call back later." Didnt catch this girls name but she's bad for business if you ask me.

Cons: Beds sag in the middle

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Do not waste your time or money. The owner lives in the house and her room was just across from ours. Her office was in the living room so no place indoors to sit. Our ‘private’ bathroom was outside of our room in the main house. Felt trapped in room. No privacy. Lots of questions from the host about our travel itnerary, very intrusive/nosey. Took almost 20 mintues to be shown rooms. “Private room separated from main house” was a renovated, musty, tiny one car garage! On a main road with traffic. Nothing around. Owner is rude. Called my wife Sassy when she simply asked for cream for coffee. Told her, “Your husband doesnt know you very well.” WTF? Oh and she had two cats which wasn't mentioned on website so anyone who is allergic to cats.....very disappointing experience

Pros: This is a lovely building and the porch was wonderful. It was easy to walk for our meals.
Cons: We wished that we could have had more contact with Linda. Everyone spoke highly of her but we only saw her on our way out. It was lonely letting ourselves in to this beautiful house from bygone days but we couldn’t be there by 5.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Linda was very sympathetic, but it's not enough for this old house which need a lot of works. The photos you see on the presentation are no more available !!!
Cons: NOT GOOD ADRESS -PASSOVER !!! 1-IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE WINDOWS (it's not a tower but a 3 floors house ) 2-VERY NOISY AIR CONDITIONNED (imagine your night) 3 NO HOUSEKEEPING !!!!!!! It was written behind the door ''Use the door tag to let us know if you need housekeeping" !!! and we used the tag but NO HOUSEKEEPING AND NO FRESH TOWELS !!!!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furnishings were lovely. The bed and bedding were very nice. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: We spent two rainy days and nights in a suite. We had to use overhead lights because there were no lamps in the Master. One small lamp in the guest bedroom. The outside of the property is generally in disrepair. Needs to be power washed and cleaned up. While we know it is an old house it could be better.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was not up to par...out of coffee.
Cons: It’s a bed and breakfast. The breakfast was less than desirable.
