Cons: The jets in the whirlpool did NOT work. The front counter gal told us that the jets didn't work. But we were still bummed
Cons: Bathroom could use update. TV was very small
Pros: Clean and decor updated. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: Room was updated and fresh but no apparent updating in the bathroom. Old wallpaper, cracked tiles.
Pros: The big room. Cleanlilness of the room. Staff very nice and helpful. B reakfast wasgreat. We could relax and enjoy breakfast without having to go out and look for somewhere to eat.
Cons: The water was too hard. Just had t use a lot more soap to lather. Otherwise everything else was great.
Pros: Only nice hotel in Sturgis.
Pros: very clean, very comfortable. I am a traveling contractor and usually go cheap but the price was good.
Cons: Hot tub was broken which was a bummer after working outside all day
Pros: The front desk agent who checked us in, was very nice and helpful.
Super clean , nice rooms and a great breakfast !
Pros: My stay was short , but I was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating .
It had a terrible odor throughout the hotel. The pool was not up and running which is the main reason we went there.

Pros: Very comfortable room. Nice sheets and towels. Loved the shower. Staff was very friendly. Nice selection of food for breakfast.
We had two rooms one for my wife and I, the other for our daugther and granddaugther. We had planned to babysit our granddaugther at the pool but had to change plans.
Pros: Location and breakfast.
Cons: We were told the pool was open but,was so dirty and water unfiltered, we did not swim. This was a mini vacation for us and were quite disapointed.
nothing complaint filed at guest services.
Pros: just the hot breakfast!
Cons: Yes filed complaint at guest services
I am sure it is not always like this and all the things that went wrong, they just happened to all happen to us. The staff was really nice and hotel was clean.
Cons: Not good sound barrier between floors..... Their plow company plowed both our cars in with snow. Had to be shoveled out. I gave them a cc at check in for extras and they charged me for my room and priceline charged me also
Best hotel in three rivers
Pros: Best hotel in three rivers
Pros: Small, friendly and comfortable.
Cons: Pricey compared to comparable hotels in the area.
overpriced and on the same physical block as 2 other 2 star hotels
Stopped On Route To Indy 500. Clean, Nice Staff, Good Blast, Quiet. Would Stay Here Again.
Cons: 3-5 minutes with no acknowledgement I was even there. AND she was folding sheets/blankets on the floor!! Bed was hard. Room smelled like dirty feet
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast left a little to be desired. very limited selection.
Pros: This Super 8 is very well managed, very clean, and staff is friendly. It's great value for the money. The property is well maintained, and it is in a location that has easy access to the main road and nearby restaurants. I would certainly stay here again.
Pros: I've stayed here several times, whenever I have business in Three Rivers. Even though it's only a 1-star hotel, I like that I can get a King Suite for the same price as a regular room. It's old, but fairly clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again.
Cons: I left one dirty dish in the sink, and it was still there (dirty) when I got back to the room at the end of the day. When I reported a hole in the bottom of the bathtub, I was told it would be patched during the day. It wasn't.
Pros: The price
Cons: Room lay out was very strange
Pros: Friendly Staff
The hotel was hard to find being as that it is hidden behind a Holiday Inn. They should take away the free breakfast and put that money to upgrading their rooms. Even their box cereal was stale.
Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. The room had extra pillows and the beds were ok. The room was fairly clean but smelled like stale smoke throughout even though it was a smoke free room. The free breakfast was horrible. I don't think we be back.
Cons: There were kids playing in the halls till late in the evening and were so loud we had to turn the TV up just to hear it. We had to spray our own air freshener from the car to try and get rid of the stale smoke smell which did not work.
Pros: Rooms were big and clean.staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: Bathroom definitely needed some maintenance, but was clean.
Pros: 2nd time staying at this location, great service, nice room, friendly staff, will definitely stay here again!
Cons: We came at about 7:30 pm and the room wasn't ready. There were two guys in there working. We went to dinner and came back around 9:30. The bathroom was dirty. It was too late to change hotels because we had to get up early. We had some Clorex wipes in the trunk of our car. We wiped everything down . The coffee maker had coffee on it. There was a bloody buger on the bathroom counter. The floor made the rag black. The toilet had a ring in it.
Pros: Excellent service
Just minutes away from Indiana/Michigan border and I-90. A short drive to Sturgis Auditorium, Shipshewana Flea Market, Amish Country, Howe Military School, numerous lakes, golfing, shopping and dining. Just minutes away from downtown. ADA defined service animals are welcome at this hotel. Sorry, no other pets are allowed.
Pros: There wasn't anything to really like. Norman Bates behind the check in counter looked like, well Norman Bates. A single key with the room number written on magic marker. I think we saw Walter White and Jessie in the parking lot.
Cons: It was like out of scene from a slasher movie. Place was extremely rundown. Office was crummy and the guy checking us in what straight out of 'Vacancy'. Room looked like it hadn't been updated since the 50's. Price was ---$ and I think I way overpaid.
Cons: Please contact me
Online checking was okay, Hotel did not have paperwork but was okay with it. This hotel was rated a 1 and it showed. Only chose it because of location. Almost regretted booking but told myself, if the sheets are somewhat clean. I would stay. Hotel is also rented out on weekly basis, making clientele somewhat shaddy looking. I did not feel safe due to the door looking like it had be pried open multiple times so I put a table in front.
Pros: Location-clean sheets. You pay for what you get.
Cons: Room needs updating and thorough cleaning. Found sheetrock dust below headboard that freaked me out a little. Thought a hole had been put in with a camera. Class of clientele hanging around was a little frighting for a single woman. Door looked unsecure.
A great choice for a stay in Sturgis, Country Hearth Inn Sturgis is just 1.9 mi (3 km) from the airport. Guests can keep active with onsite mini golf.
