The front desk was being really nice helping us checking in. The room is clean and comfy, there wasnt any dirt. btw the location is near by the station. This is the first time visiting Japan and we have a great time here!
The exhaust fan in toilet and shower room are quite weak.
Liked the modern industrial look with concrete walls. Staff friendly. Location was good, not the centre but the metro was nearby. Would definitely recommend it for a couple with two young children.
The location was excellent. Very close to the Skytree Tower, metro stations and several supermarkets/convenience stores. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning good and the tv and other facilities were good. We didn't see much of the staff but they were friendly and helpful when we did see them. It's slightly odd to sleep in the kitchen but I liked the industrial look of the room.
The bathroom is not ideal, especially for those people with accessibility/mobility issues as you have to climb in to a very high sided bath to have a shower (the bath isn't big enough for an average height person to have a bath in). I have mobility problems and was nervous climbing in and out each time. The rooms are very narrow and this affects the bathroom the most as there is virtually nowhere to hang anything since the room is only as wide as the sink and the bath tub. There were four adult-sized people in there and there were beds for five people. One toilet is not really enough for four or five people. The facilities are good but we could have done with a toaster/grill. It was quite noisy at night too.
Close proximity to trains, groceries and shopping. Great neighbourhood and friendly staff. Easy walking.
Great location. within a very short walking distance to Tokyo Skytree (you can actually see the skytree right behind the hotel) and easy to access Narita Airport by Keisei Sky access line in 1 hr. Room has plenty space, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette. All staffs I met can speak English very well. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. totally love it!! Will definitely stay here again.
