Pros. I'm becoming a frequent guest at this property. Family events in town have caused me to return several times and I've come back to this Knights Inn each time. I guess that's the real test, right? The rooms are squeaky clean, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are nice, the staff is friendly and I don't think you can beat the price anywhere in the area. And, after several visits over a few weeks and staying in different rooms, I can say that it's a *reliably* good hotel, stay after stay. Same high level of cleanliness and friendliness every time. Stay here. It's a nice place.
Pros. Whole property is squeaky clean and well maintained. I was in town to visit family and just needed an economically-priced place to lay my head for the night. I got a nice room and a comfy bed with good-quality Internet so I could check in with the office and get some work done. If you want a clean, friendly hotel that's inexpensive, this is it. I highly recommend it and I'll be back.
Pros. Good value. The place was clean. Some wear and tear here and there. But overall, clean and a good option if you're lust looking for an inexpensive place to sleep after spending the day out kayaking or golfing.
Pros. Very clean! Nice staff.
Cons. The pool was getting redone. We weren't notified this ahead of time so it was a really big bummer. Also the rooms could be updates a little bit (lamps, bedding).
Pros. Stat here every time we are in Traverse, it's a great value for the money. Staff are super friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean.
Pros. Affordable, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the location is great for visiting downtown Traverse City.
Pros. Price was reasonable and good location if passing through Traverse City.
Cons. Our mattress was really "firm" so not very comfortable to our liking. Breakfast was all carbs, bread, waffles, toast, cereal.
Pros. Our room was so clean that I had no reservations about letting my little toddler touch til her heart's content! What a value and a gem for the money. I secretly don't want the secret out about this place. We will be back!
Cons. A tad bit of road noise but not bad.
Pros. Location
Cons. Not a good value for 150.00$ quite plane room111 the bathroom door had a big hole in it! No one in this type of business should neglect keeping rooms decent. I have no plans of staying there ever again. Nor suggest that others should either! Correct the problem or lower your rates!
