easy to book, convenient, good value for vaduz no complaints
The friendliness of the front desk receptionist and her helpfulness with all our questions. She even offered us a free drink because when we arrived they were shampooing the lobby rug. We liked having a parking garage on site. We were given a room out of the main hotel and thus had to walk through the rain to get to breakfast. We would have preferred a main house room. The building we were in was so "sterile" in the hallways. During breakfast, no one came to see if we needed any plates cleared away or to offer us more coffee. We were greeted and brought coffee when we arrived and that was the last we saw anyone.
Extremely friendly staff, very nice location and facilities, perfect breakfast
proximity to Vaduz and good bus service staff could have been more friendly
h staff, food
The restaurant is very good it has a Michelin star, the beds are perfect, at breakfast you can even choose to get fresh orange juice
Great location only a short bus journey from Vaduz and with a couple of restaurants close by. Luckily we had a balcony giving lovely views. A very nice place to visit,
The hotel was delightful and breakfast was great. The dinner menu was too expensive, although I know their was a great chef. We had to find a less expensive restaurant in town.
The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. They are said to have a great gourmet restaurant, but unfortunately it's been closed, when we've been staying there Location: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, on the main road going through Liechtenstein
Rooms first class, hotel staff very attentive, will be back!
Cleanliness, availability, easy to find reception close late afternoon with no advice
Very nice hotel from many aspects - great room, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. They also offered a free WI-FI connection and had a computer in the lobby which was much appreciated. The room had a large balcony with a wonderful mountain view.
We were on our honeymoon, and this was the only hotel that put a heart pillow in the room and put flower petals on the bed. The restaurant was exceptional with its quality of food, we both had the champagne sauce on our fish and shrimp.
Comfortable spacious room, Good-sized comfortable twin/double bed. Presence of fridge and fan, both needed. Superb dinner, by far the best we had during our 2-week tourr, we went to bed with a smile on our faces. Very good breakfast. Good Wifi Air-conditioning would have been nice. Dinner was expensive (but worth every cent)
Staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, large, and the balcony was nice. Breakfast was good. A bit dated decor
We arrived late and there seemed to be nobody about, but we were welcomed in a friendly and professional way, and the manager/receptionist made a pizza for us which was very welcome after a long wet drive. If you want to visit Vaduz itself it's a bit far out, and the whole area is terribly expensive, so, although there's nothing wrong with it as a hotel, you would really need to be in Vaduz to patronise it. No, except it seemed totally deserted when we were there
The view of the mountains from the baclony was amazing! It is close to the main city of Vaduz, which has great restaurants and shopping. The rooms are large and very comfortable.
Friendly and helpful staff and the location was true to everything promised. It was fun to have time to see some of the local celebrations on the morning before departure.
The food at the hotel restorant was good and we were able to taste the local wine as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The owner/manager Mr. Arthur is very prestative and polite. He helped us calling from his personal mobile to Swiss, to handle a situation. The view from the hotel/restaurant (especially the valley view) is breathtaking. The room, even the small one is very comfortable and clean. Its restaurant is a good option too. The small room has only a bathtub and the ceiling is low, so the bath must be taken sitted or the tub.
This was an excellent hotel; they have a very good buffet breakfast and serve a fine dinner as well. The views are great. We had booked the "small" Garrett Room to cut costs but they upgraded our room at no charge so I do not know how small our original room choice was. The village itself has limited shopping.
Good location, very quiet and spectacular views but in practical terms only readily accessible if travelling by car. Very good restaurant. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. Wireless internet, although available, did not work
The restaurant location, menu and excellent food. The Hotel is in a great location with fantastic views over the Alps
Comfortable, friendly, cosy, great location, good public transport links, good food
Location very good, excellent views, helpful staff.
The view from the room and the dinning room. No
A beautiful view from the window, a big bathroom, free parking place a country style room, a little choise of dishes in the restaurant
The view was spectacular! We were given a mini suite for 3 of us (couple and 2 yr old) to accomodate us. It had a fridge - which was perfect for us travelers. Location was excellent - quick and convenient to sight seeing and shopping (with a car). Be advised the hotel electric outlets are different than standard Europe. Staff was good enough to get us an adaptor to charge our camera, cel phone, etc.
The food was terrific! The view was great.
Very nice hotel with superb views and cozy country inn feel. Friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Convenient, mountain road drive to Malbun ski area and Vaduz. Relaxing stay with no negatives.
I stayed only few hours. Kind People and willing to help. Food in Restaurant too poor. Does Not deserve this cost of moneY
Staff was very helpful in helping us look up bus schedules, giving us tips on what to see, etc.
The hotel had a very freindly and welcoming atmosphere. The lightbulbs were of far too small wattage within the room.
They should close the bar in the basement. Mainly used by locals and rather noisy at night.
This hotel has a superb view over the Rhine valley. The restaurant has good food, reasonably priced.
Please write at least 15 words friendly staff, great view from the bedroom window, dinner very good, if a little pricey, nice location.
the view no
Service in the restaurant was too fast.
Rooms were excellent, the pool was lovely and the staff were very helpful also the food was excellent. Because of the road works it was a long walk into Vaduz. I think a curtsey bus would have been helpful
the pillow small and downy, unserviceable. the lift door noisy. the water conduit noisy. there is no fitness room. bathtub is small, and the water-tap of this get jam in. at 9 o'clock (AM) starts the benzine engine leaves aspirator!!! have a nice wakening! instead resting....
Good restaurant, great breakfast. No air conditioning
The restaurant I attended for dinner was exceptional. I know and understand what is exceptional cuisine, and the dinner was fantastic!!!BRAVO! The service of your staff was very good Bath towel was too thin and flimsy
The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, large, and bright. It was very difficult to find the hotel, it's not marked well at all. The meals are very expensive and eating in Zudov is a much better plan.
A marvellous experience, hope we get the chance to stay again.
The personal friendly service from the staff and the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere
The cleanliness of the room is excellent. The facilities in the room are worth for our money we paid. Hotel staffs are helpful especially, Miss Sandra Abbrederis, Hotel Manager. The location is in the center of the city where it is easy to find and go to visit anywhere. no
We stayed in a suite, which was lovely. We had a large room, and a lovely bathroom, with a steam-shower, which we made very good use of! The cook/waitress in the breakfast room provided excellent service, as did most of the other staff. The manager (wearing a 'manager' badge) who greeted us on arrival was one of the most arrogant people I have ever met. She provided very poor service. Despite this, (probably because we decided to ignore her rudeness) our stay was enjoyable.
Fantastic location at the dead center of the pedestrian zone. Tourist office; Art Museum and Castle all a stroll away! Felt the food and beverage menu was lacking in imagination and was grossly over-priced.
fantastic room and a very nice staff
Staffs were very kind and willingly helped their guests. The room was very clean, well equipped and completed with amenities.
Perfect Hotel. If the price include breakfast will be better. TV in the room can't use.
Room was excellent (junior suite); breakfast is rather modest. No staff in the hotel after 10:30 p.m. - we did not have any problems with check-in though would prefer to have anybody on duty
Fantastic room (jr suite), great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast n/a
Great location for a mountain getaway. Comfortable room. Fantastic meals. Good pool. Perfect spot for hiking, skiing or just relaxing. The guy running the place is very friendly. The door locks are a bit dodgy. Someone (probably the cleaner although my room didnt get made up??) got into my room and left the door open but nothing was taken.
The trip up the old road to this hotel is well worth the trouble. The views from our car as we journeyed to the top were well worth it. You can always close your eyes, if narrow roads and height are up setting to you.
Very kind staff, and clean rooms. Location great! Malbun is beautiful and we hope to return to hike again. Very family friendly.
Big clean rooms and good bath rooms, due to 1600m above sea level it will not be so super hot during summer - nice. Be aware when paying with card to select the currency of your card and not CHF - otherwise you pay 4% currency fee on top of any currency fee of the card. This is not the fault of the hotel, but greedy banks.
Whilst unsuitable for an overnight stop, that was our fault, the staff made us very welcome and we enjoyed the views.Food was very good.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free internet. Big balcony, nice view!
The restaurant connected to it -- relaxed setting, charming staff-- Flies! owing to the open windows owing to the very hot temperature and no airconditioning.
The bed was very comfortable and cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. The restaurant attached to the hotel is not a part of the hotel but many people would expect it to be more in line with the hotel prices. However, it is quite expensive. While I would stay and recommend the hotel, I would also warn the people to eat somewhere else.
The landlord was most helpful. Shame he didnt understand that travellers like me need more than an hour or two on the internet, hance I had to buy a days worth for 20 swiss francs. Otherwise the banana split was FANTASTIC! The room and shower lovely.
This hotel locates next to bus dtation. Thus it is easy to commute around Liechtenstien or Austria border within few minutes.
Hotel was like I expected, very simple accommodation and with good heating. Easy to find from the bus stop. Close to one fabulous restaurant we found on the main street a great Italian restaurant, just up from the hotel, a couple of stops from the gelati shop, but before the chocolate shop. check it out, we ate there two nights and they accommodated my gluten free needs. I would avoid staying in Schaan again as it is quite a boring village. Stay in Vaduz instead, or one of the other villages in Liechetenstein, but Schaan on it's own has little to offer.
this hotel is nice location near liver rhein.
Helpful staff, easy parking good breakfast
Good hotel staff. comfortable rooms, reasonably good breakfast.Very close to Schaan bus station.
Polite & friendly staff Parking was in underground park & free for our motorbike In the centre of Schaan. Room was quite even though lots of passing traffic Schaaan was not what we expected not a lot to do around the town. Although thats our fault for not doing enough research.
Excellent food and restruant
