The new five-star retreat suites and three villas are set on the island’s south shore and offer incredible ocean views from private terraces. With a brand-new look, perfect accommodations, and luxurious amenities, The Loren is a private retreat where the discerning come to make things happen or escape to do nothing at all.
Pros: Everything at The Loren is just perfect! Rooms, ambiance, design, service.....and it smells so good! The restaurant is the best of Bermuda. If you are looking for a classy boutique hotel The Loren has it all!
Pros: Small secluded boutique property. Low key, but sophisticated attentive vibe/atmosphere. Quality of the kitchen at both restaurants was excellent.
Pros: Rooms have super sized balconies with a sofa and two chairs with ottomans along with spectacular ocean front views.
Pros: Upscale property with the perfect location right on a private beach with superior service. Beautifully appointed with gorgeous views! The staff of the hotel and pool area was so accommodating and truly exudes hospitality. We also enjoyed the spa which was top notch!! The property is breathtaking and serene. We are already planning our return trip.
Cons: Service in the more casual Pink Beach Club restaurant was lacking for our experience. We noticed bigger tables with larger parties much more catered to. Food and beverage pricing doesn’t quite match up to the quality/value of what is presented. Drinks are not properly measured/poured. Also, service could have been more consistent and quicker. I know this sounds like a negative but truly it was a great experience; we just feel like these items could use some improvement.
Pros: Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere and all staff were super helpful. Food in both outlets very good.
Cons: Bed was very comfortable but the cotton sheets were a little pilled.
Pros: We loved the hotel’s location, staff were very friendly, nice pool area and a lovely sandy beach nearby with lots of fish for snorkeling. Everything was beautifully designed and modern. Bed was very comfortable - if we are back in Bermuda, I would stay at this hotel again!
Cons: Food was a little dissapointing... we didnt eat at the Mare as we wanted to try out restaurants in town, but we ate breakfast and lunch at the Pink beach and it was not very good compared to the food at other Bermuda restaurants. Portions were also small... it’s a shame, cause that’s the only thing I would change there. Maybe make breakfast more exciting, it didnt seem it was busy. Obviously, everything food and drinks were very expensive! (Just like everywhere in Bermuda...)
Pros: Luxury boutique property in Bermuda, incredible views from room balcony, huge rooms and bathroom, great amenities with complimentary bottles of water, Malin + Goetz bath products, flip flops. Restaurant served decent food, roughly similar prices to rest of island. Staff are super sweet and helpful--Cole, Hannah, Samuel, Donnell were just a few staff members who we met and they were all wonderful. Great lounge area downstairs with board games, billiards, TV screen. Would stay again for the views alone.
Cons: As all things in Bermuda, it will cost you an arm & leg. I did feel that for the price, breakfast should be included. I feel that if some things were picked up by staff and dealt with without us bringing it to their attention, it would make this place even better, but perhaps that's just the easygoing Bermuda way =) For ex: there was a (face sized) hole in our sheet that was not replaced for the 3 nights we were there. I left my luggage on the floor (in other resorts I've stayed in, oftentimes they will place it on a luggage folding rack for you). Little details can really make a great stay exceptional
Pros: Staff very helpful. Rooms well appointed. Beautiful views.
Cons: Food was a bit bland. Menu not very extensive.
Pros: The staff were extraordinary. Everyone there acted like we'd been friends for years. Everyone was upbeat, smiling and eager to help without being pushy. I literally wanted to just hang out with the front desk and restaurant staff, they were that cool. The room was great, very spacious, shower and tub were amazing, the bathroom itself was large, the size of most hotel rooms. And the lanai was incredible, lounge was comfortable and of course you could hear the ocean, very beautiful. Only half bad thing was so far from Hamilton and dock yards. Mixed blessing, no traffic or extraneous noises. Which was great. But unless you race scooters professionally it was a taxi ride to town.
Pros: Wonderful setting on the ocean. Excellent food in all restaurants and room service. Lovely calm relaxing atmosphere in all parts of the hotel Service staff were excellent.
Cons: Despite advance warning not much effort was made for a guest of ours with food intolerances. Bill was incorrect on departure - however very quickly rectified once contact was made when back home.
When you stay at Royal Palms Hotel in Pembroke, you'll be near the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Horseshoe Bay and Elbow Beach. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful setting in Hamilton, Bermuda; staff were so friendly and helpful it was a joy to stay here. We've stayed in many places in Bermuda over the years. The Royal Palms is by far the best!!
Pros: Exceptional facility. Beautiful grounds. Warn and inviting staff. This was our fourth visit to the island but first time to the Royal Palms. We will be returning next year for sure.
Cons: I can not say a a single thing...except that our time went too fast as most vacations do.
Pros: Great restaurant and staff. Lovely grounds, gardens.
Pros: Room was big as we had booked a suite. Bathroom was modern. Gardens were nice. Restaurant for evening meal was nice but very very expensive!
Cons: Air conditioning blows out black stuff on the bed. Furniture was old an rickety. Carpets old. Kitchen cupboard shelves had not been cleaned as there was dust ring marks where the cups were (I ended up cleaning it myself). Breakfast was basic but needs better hygiene with birds flying in. Also mouldy bread on one day was not good. High prices for accommodation were not justified given the state of the room and amenities. We have been to very remote expensive parts of the world and this was by far the most expensive without the 'luxury'. This is an issue for Bermuda in general.
Pros: Awesome place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and rooms are nice (although flowery) but my room is called Rose.. So I guess to be expected. Breakfast was average but enough. I have heard the dinner is very very good at the main restaurant so will try next time I am out in Bermuda. Highly recommended!
Pros: The expert care and service..I felt like a queen.
Pros: Will stay here every time I’m on the island. Beautiful property, kind and warm staff, good food options on-site, and perfect location - close to many restaurants and nightlife.
Pros: The Aircon in the room was very good.
Cons: The bar wasn’t open much on Sunday and the choice of food Sunday night wasn’t great.
Pros: Location and pretty garden setting, friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms a little noisy for light sleepers. Dress code more casual than I was expecting.
Cons: The price shown on Booking.com was totally wrong - I had to pay around 25% more for taxes etc which I find absolutely unacceptable
With a stay at Rosedon Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Pembroke, within a 10-minute walk of Hamilton Ferry Dock and Bermuda Historical Society Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: All the staff were gracious and our room and all the facilities were lovely. Close to everything in Hamilton but still felt secluded- the grounds were beautiful.
Pros: Centrally located. Beautifully maintained. Excellent service.
Cons: Starch on the linens made them itchy.
Pros: I loved how quaint and clean the property was. The gardens were beautiful but most of all the staff always went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at the Fairmont a few nights and this little hotel blows the Fairmont away!!
Cons: Noise from other people
Pros: Location. Evenings on our room balcony. Excellent service and staff. Great restaurant.
Pros: We stayed before and were happy to return.
Cons: The staff is very friendly but needs a bit more training in service. We had difficulty getting breakfast on the Saturday of our arrival and that was a bit disappointing.a
Pros: If you are looking for a quiet upscale place to stay in Bermuda you must consider Rosedon. It's a hidden oasis right in Hamilton. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms and grounds very clean. The gardens are beautiful. We would definitely return.
Cons: Was not a concern for us, but no restaurant or bar on premises. They do provide an honor bar in the main building though and plenty of places within walking distance.
Pros: Great breakfasts and staff
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
Pros: The hotel is well situated in the capital. It's a beautiful property with extra attentive and helpful staff. The food is delicious and afternoon tea was lovely.
Cons: We chose the hotel due to it being designated as family friendly as we were traveling with our children (a toddler and a three month old) and it was difficult to get around with strollers since there are many steps to get anywhere. Also, the pool doesn't have a shallow area for kids to play in - it starts at three feet; also there were duck sculptures that emit water on the deep end of the pool which was really dangerous. The door knob in the room door is super low and there's no way to fully lock it from the inside so our toddler kept opening the door and getting out. Finally we requested a crib but it was never provided.
Pros: Friendliness, kindness of staff. Great meals. Size of facility Competence of service Lovely grounds Attractive room
Pros: More like a very expensive motel , certainly not 5 star , wouldn’t give it a 3 tbh.
9.0 Excellent (1,266 reviews)
Overlooking the stunning waters of Hamilton Harbour sits the Grand Dame of Bermuda resorts, the Hamilton Princess. Here, where history meets modern sensibility, experience Bermuda's only luxury urban resort. Conveniently located in the city of Hamilton, The Fairmont Hamilton Princess features a stunning infinity edge resort pool, a range of luxurious guest rooms and suites, and amazing dining experiences including an open-air casual bar and restaurant located on a new 66-berth marina.
Cons: There is nothing like the Hamilton Beach Princess in Bermuda. The window view, could have been sold too. So if you have the dollars and time, this is the place to sip some wine.
Pros: The view and location are outstanding
Cons: The room service is extremely slow!!!! They indicate 30 minutes for delivery but it has been an hour plus each time.
Pros: The property is beautiful - especially the infinity pool. SOME of the staff are great! For example, Natasha in the dining room was so friendly and greeted me with a beautiful smile. She was eager to please and was like this the 2 times I saw her. Herman, my server, was exceptional. He smiled and even used my name. He was attentive and didn't seem bothered by my requests. Jamie, the concierge, was nice when it was my turn. She offered many great suggestions and was very enthusiastic.
Cons: The staff are inconsistent. Some are very friendly and are always smiling. Others look like they dread working there. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and had a great smile. She handed me my key with both hands. However, she didn't say anything about the property, give me a map, or give me any information to be excited about the hotel and all it has to offer. I had to ask if there was a map and if the hotel had a restaurant and work-out room. It was a bit of a let down. I really, really, really, really wish the concierge person had given me the little fold-up map of the island and of Hamilton when I FIRST approached the desk. Instead I was given this little teeny, tiny postcard shaped map which was so small I couldn't read - even WITH my glasses. I was given this cool fold-up map on my 4th day! Oh brother! The waiter at the 1609 restaurant NEVER smiled once. He didn't seem interested in me or what I wanted to eat and drink. I felt like a number! It's kind of a bummer to pay so much money and receive such inconsistent service. Oh, one more thing. On Saturday, I asked the concierge lady about where I can watch the Gombey dancers. I read something somewhere about how they perform on Saturdays at a park somewhere. The concierge lady said they only perform on Wednesday's, NOT Saturday's. I went to the Queen Elizabeth park anyway, just in case. And wouldn't you know it, the Gombey dancers came and performed at 12:30pm. Why do I know this and SHE does not. It make me NOT trust what your staff says. In case your wondering why I'm being so picky. I'm a customer service consultant and I observe good and bad service around the world. This hotel and it's staff did NOT meet my expectations in that regards. So sad.
Pros: Loved the art .
Cons: Wish they had a hotel taxi .
Pros: Location to downtown
Pros: All it has been said.. amazing
Pros: Everything was perfect
Cons: We loved everything
Pros: The food service was not good. Coffee always served mildly warm when it should be hot. Food orders took really long time to come from the kitchen and some dishes were also not served hot.
Cons: Gratuity of 17% automatically added to all food. This appears though to be an island wide practice.
Pros: Friendliness of the staff
Cons: Add on costs namely "service charges", when already 17.5% 'gratuity included!!
Pros: Loved the food. The room was nice. Housekeeping staff was excellent
Cons: Check in and front desk staff wasn’t to the standard expected at this resort. They didn’t contact us when our rooms were ready and one room wasn’t available until after 7 pm.
Pros: I gud dream ther
Cons: My socks
Pros: Beautiful facilities; great location; easy walk to Hamilton; convenient bus to the beach.
With a stay at Aunt Nea's Inn in St. George's, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Old Rectory and Tucker House Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location was accessible to every thing. The room was clean.
Cons: The were limited towels available and the breakfast is very limited in items.
Pros: Everything was great couldn’t be happier
Pros: Liked the different breakfast venue options to relax wonderful front porch convenient to town
Cons: felt a mix between hotel and B&B; could warm things up a bit (in general)
Pros: Everything was really good. Great location. Our room was great, very comfortable beds. The owners are very friendly and great help. We loved our stay there!
Cons: No problems at all.
Pros: - Staff is friendly - Breakfast is DIY. You can cook eggs or anything you can find in the fridge. Coffee is available and you can boil water with a kettle to make yourself tea.
Cons: - The room we had called Carol room is not located in the main building. It's like a cottage adjacent to it. It has no sound proof at all. Therefore, during the evening, the birds outside our room were so loud that we couldn't fall asleep. - The mattress was too soft. We felt we would fall onto the ground. - Breakfast selection is extremely limited. I had a piece of bread and my husband cook some eggs. - You wash your dishes after you ate which means you would be using dishes other people just washed by hand. Not sure how clean it is.
Pros: We came in to Bermuda by sea and we chose the property for its proximity to the waterfront. It is tucked away in an area of backstreets and was a little tricky to find at first. It's a very pretty building, with a lovely veranda - wooden floors and shutters. We were given a code to get into the property at any time, should reception be unmanned. Our room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee - and continental breakfast are all available in a common kitchen and lounge area. Faith, the owner was very friendly and helpful - and really came through when our taxi to the airport failed to show in time.
Cons: Wifi isn't great - but I think this is common to the Island - Bermuda is expensive - 30 % more than London - so the accommodation cost is high.
Pros: close to the airport, clean, comfortable room in a heritage house in St George. Great neighborhood, 3 min walk from main street of St George. 10 min taxi from the airport
Cons: breakfast (bread, coffee/tea, croissants, cereal) is self serve, so just know that going in
Pros: Bedroom was beautiful, plenty of space, really clean and I liked the history of the old building.
Cons: There were a few cats at the guesthouse, personal preference but I don’t like them!
Pros: Great location, great room, and the breakfast in the morning made vacationing a lot easier. Close to the bus stop too.
Pros: The breakfast idea thee is great I feel most comfortable being able to make my own meals
Pros: The staff at Aunt Nea’s were awesome! My wife and I arrived to the hotel late at night. Their staff provided us with very clear directions to get into the inn and had left a nice handwritten note for us on the counter. Check-in was seamless. When checking out, the island taxi service didn’t have any cabs for us, so Aunt Nea’s staff very kindly gave us a lift to the airport.
Pros: Very comfy bed and helpful host.

Pros: The food was incredible. We could come back just for that! Top notch staff, willing to go above and beyond.
Cons: I would have liked to have the pools heated in October.
Pros: My Husband and I just loved the hotel, our room was big and comfy and the staff are just wonderful. We thought the breakfast was amazing, the tucker point resturant was lovely for our evening meal. We will return in May. Well done to all at the hotel.
Pros: Hotel itself was beautiful but it was understaffed and they were undertrained.
Cons: There was only one restaurant open and staff could not get things right from pillows on pool chairs to housekeeping not showing up.
Pros: Facilities were gorgeous. Beach and service as one would expect. Ocean view suite was amazing!
Cons: Italian restaurant very mediocre. Beach shuttle did not run on schedule. Not even close. WiFi weak.
Pros: The restaurant staff were phenomenal. Polite, attentive, friendly. And the food was fantastic quality and preparation. Our turn down service at night was an added touch of exceptional. And the view - picturesque
Pros: Beautiful accommodations and excellent views. Staff was fantastic!
Pros: the pillow in rosewood is the best.
Cons: booked a hotel car for departure on 630 mornibg, but wait for untill 640. then came a taxi to drop me off to the airport. not quite sure if is the normal operation or not
Pros: Really good beach club.
Cons: No jacuzzi. Some of the furnishings and communal areas need a refreshment/replacing. Some of the front desk staff lacked charm for this level of hotel.
Pros: The bed was amazing and so was the room! we only intended to stay one night but ended up booking another night. We had a couple of issues - The alarm clock went off at 3am (housekeeping should consider checking this in each room) and the light suddenly came on at 6am but apart from that we slept very well!
Cons: The food was terrible. The eggs Benedict was the worst I’ve ever eaten - the eggs were so overcooked and the hollandaise was disgusting. Not a typical hollandaise. The ‘special’ snapper was so overcooked they didn’t do the fish any justice in the restaurant I barely ate any of it. For a $400 meal, it really wasnt worth it. I would not reccomend the food at this hotel to anyone.
Pros: We stayed 3 nights after spending the first part of our trip in Hamilton. It was the serene luxury resort we were looking for. Lots to do within the resort and close to St. George and airport. There are 3 restaurants in the resort and all were very good (pizza at Sul Verde was excellent). Mostly friendly staff.
Cons: The room that we initially checked into smelled of cigarette smoke. It took 6 hours before they had another room ready. Upon check out they overcharged us by $6,000 (3 night stay). They did quickly resolve this but not sure how this could happen since we pre-paid through booking.com. If you are looking for couple only, romantic resort this may not meet your expectation -lots of families and unfortunately not all parents are responsible. The main pool fills up with children and can be noisy.
Pros: Stayed there with wife and infant for destination wedding, got a great price off a third party sure (much cheaper than the hotel website) but still got a huge room with patio directly out to the pool. I also saw the grotto bay (for a BBQ after the wedding) and would highly recommend paying a little extra to stay at rosewood.
Cons: A bit pricy, but you get what you pay for...
When you stay at The Oxford House in Hamilton, you'll be connected to a shopping center, within a 15-minute drive of Horseshoe Bay and Gibb's Hill Lighthouse. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and a library.
Pros: Very comfortable, lovely furnishings. Bed was excellent. I had a corner room which stayed cool from the cross breeze. The garden was magnificent.
Cons: Breakfast was fine, but choices were somewjat limited. Eggs were hard or soft boiled only. Water pressure was anemic.
Cons: bathroom sink was not working properly-very small water flow-informed staff(owner) nothing was done
Pros: Friendly staff and excellent location
Cons: Would have like fluffier pillows.
Pros: Local and charming Inn with a great location. The staff and owner Ann made all of us feel like family. We would definitely stay here again when in Bermuda. Breakfast was included.
Pros: Th location was great for dining at night, catching a bus, and being where the action is. Our room was very quiet and comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast is only adequate.
Pros: Very nice property.
Cons: N/A. I liked the property.
Pros: Very comfortable room.... Old Bermuda Style. Staff friendly and helpful.... Situation is perfect to get in to town.
Cons: Breakfast was fine but a bit confusing... Not sure whether to help myself or wait for staff. Uncooked eggs sitting out..... I noticed other guest wondering what to do too. Not a major issue at all but maybe just let guests know how it works.
Pros: Location, old world character
Cons: Nothing of note
Pros: Very attentive staff, good location to access downtown Hamilton and the ferries. Quiet and very comfortable beds.
Cons: Individual rooms had air conditioning, so the common areas could get warm, but this wasn't a big factor.

The resort is also conveniently located within a few miles from two major golf courses, so guests can practice their swing and tee off with friends.
Pros: We enjoyed the view and the room was rather clean. The cave was awesome and the inflatables were great for the energetic ones in our family! We thoroughly enjoyed the Swizzle Inn, cliff jumping at the Blue Hole, and Horseshoe Bay.
Cons: We did not like how small the beach was and the staff was often rude and unhelpful as when we checked in some information in regards to dinner reservations or certain ways the hotel works were not properly explained. The inconsistency between different staff members was difficult to maneuver and food options were limited. The hotel could use stronger WIFI, more access to toiletries if you forget your own, and perhaps snacks such as crackers or chips that you can grab between meals.
Pros: The location is fine if you want to be close to St. George.
Cons: We had several cockroaches in our room. I took photos and videos and complained to the Manager, for which they provide a nominal discount on our stay. Nearly not enough for how bad the property. Our "clean" towels had lipstick stains and we found many strands of hair which was not the color of either of us..so we knew the room wasn't cleaned well. Also, don't do the all inclusive. Just not worth it! Just pay as you go and you will be better off, especially if you plan on going to Hamilton for dinner one of two days. They charge a lot but the service is less than 1 star. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. I think Bermuda is tainted for us forever due to this experience.
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: My room was horrible. It didn't seem clean, needed painting, the shower was awful, water got all over
Pros: Hi quality/ friendly/ green/ short taxi ride from airport/ beuatiful
Pros: one stop shopping , everything was there. the Hostess at lunch and dinner was particularly warm and friendly , she helped us a lot with local advice. She is a great representative of the hotel.
Cons: the weather ( not really the fault of the hotel ) The older woman in the gift shop who has obviously reached an age where she has decided she is due some deference and does not need to be polite . She is probably un-sackable or related to the management . She holds court like a queen and is best left alone .
Pros: Hotel was amazing most beautiful views
Pros: The staff. Is very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hamilton is easily accessible from the bus. It is very near the airport. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Lot of walking space.
Pros: Location and everything around it
Cons: The staffing
Pros: The staff was amazing and so friendly. We loved the breakfasts, our room, the atmosphere, and the caves. We had a couple massage in the cave spa and loved it. The sound of dripping water reverberating through the cave was just so relaxing. I recommend a stay here to anyone who visits bermuda.
Pros: Lovely ground rooms and views with surprising bonuses like an on site cave you can swim in and dive trips that leave from the property dock. Beach is gorgeous and pool is large and heated. Nice activities like the free standup comic and dance nights.
Cons: Food is just ok and relatively expensive and drinks are pretty watery. Not terrible but not of a quality with the rest of my experience which is outstanding.
Pros: Location was the best! Staff was excellent.
Cons: It was somewhat expensive.
Pros: Did not have breakfast there.
Cons: Too expensive for what is offered.

The location is great, 5 minutes walk from an amazing beach, close to a convenient store where you can buy food to go (to save some money) and close to the bus stop and a good restaurant.
Cons: A little bit outdated
Pros: Ms Brenda is as always very accommodating. She’s always there to give local recommendations and directions to wherever you’re going. Quiet area to stay at.
Pros: Ms. Brenda was very accommodating.
Cons: We booked a kitchen. However, the room didn’t have one.
Pros: Brenda is a superb host,so friendly. Clean and comfortable accommodation.
Pros: Brenda is wonderful! Excellent hostess. Cleanliness is impeccable. Bus stop is right across the street. Beach is a short walk. Has station/convenience store right across the street.
Cons: High speed internet wasn’t great. That seems to be an Island wide problem.
Cons: Extremely limited kitchen, no table for eating indoors and only 1 chair inside premises
Pros: Homey, fully equipped kitchen and fridge, comfortable bed, Brenda also provided beach towels and coffee and cookies! We simply adored falling asleep listening to the whistling frogs.
Cons: Brenda is working to extend wifi in all rooms, worked perfectly in the patio thou.
Pros: Brenda is very accommodating. And, she keeps the place clean. She also allowed us to have a late checkout. We will go back and stay there again. It’s also on a nice location.
Cons: WiFi was out of service the whole trip
Pros: Though far from Hamilton, easily access via bus # 7, or via bus # 8 with 1km walk.
Cons: Wifi is only available in the small room. No wifi signals in the bedroom. No need to put away our personal stuff between nights. It took us some time to find where our stuff is and double check we had collected all our stuff before checking out.

Cons: Breakfast was disappointing,
Pros: Location to Hamilton was very good Size of room was reasonable
Cons: No water in the pool only when I raised this did the owner arrange for us to use another properties pool Breakfast was basic on Sunday no coffee was left and no staff available to discuss this with which was disappointing It may be better not to provide breakfast but just tea and coffee facilities either in the rooms or out for use eg a kettle Advertised ice machine again not available
Pros: Very quaint and comfortable.
Cons: there where no trash bags for the trash cans there was left over food in the fridge from previous guest
Cons: we stayed at next door earlier in same week got way better service and better facility I would not any one to edgehill instead go to Royal palms which is literally next door
Pros: Pretty, well-kept grounds. Nice sized room with standard amenities (hairdryer, fridge, microwave). Though I didn’t meet staff in person, Lana was very accessible by email and very accommodating. Nice pool area and many areas to lounge outdoors. Close proximity to Front Street. Glad I found this place, I would return!
Pros: The cleanliness. My towel and bed was found not only clean but smells so good everyday!
Pros: The owner Lana and her staff were outstanding and made every effort to make my stay comfortable and accommodating. Helped me with some trip logistics and made an effort always to check with me on how I was and how my stay was going. My trip was for business and the location was perfect in Hamilton, Bermuda. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this facility to all.

Pros: The location of the cottage and the layout was perfect. One of the three pools on the property was visible from the balcony outside the master bedroom. The pool was surrounded by a hedge which offered the perfect amount of privacy. The rooms were very clean and fresh. The staff are very friendly and overall the property is well maintained.
Cons: The property is overdue for a refurbish. The bed in the master bedroom was lumpy and the air conditioning was very noisy which made it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The final straw for me was the brownish water coming out of the hot water tap in the tub. I was really looking forward to a candlelit soak in the tub to wind down after a long week so that was VERY disappointing.
Pros: Great location
Cons: Bad smells in room. Mold will likely make you sick.
Pros: Bed was great
Pros: Our room overlooked the harbour. We were just a short walk away to the town. The grocery store had a deli so it made for affordable meals. Breakfast was included in our cost.
Cons: Coffee was served warm at breakfast. We had to have it reheated. Otherwise, all was fine.
Pros: Bed very comfortable. Kitchen was convenient. Bathtub amazing
Cons: Carpet in room stinks, staff put dirty sheet on bed, no internet 1st day most important day I needed it. I will not return or recommend to anyone. Reached out to GM no answer yet
Pros: The location was amazing. Close to local st George downtown and st Catherine’s beach. Great way to relax.
Cons: No hot water... you turn it on and nothing but spitting air. When it finally came, it lasted 30-60 seconds until the pressure was gone. No customer service at all. Tell them and you get nothing, no reaction like they already knew. Morning breakfast included was little boxes of sugar cereals that I never fed my kids when they were young. cinnamon / raisin toast was the only choice. They offer a hot breakfast after sensing the disappointment, but after 25 min for eggs over easy, my scheduled taxi came and I left with no breakfast. Just the piece of toast. The small stuff I looked over with such a great view. But avoid this trap.
Cons: The front staff were rude and when we got there had to wait while they argued on phone with someone, food was disgusting and cleanliness of hotel terrible, this is way over priced and don’t be fooled by the photos
Pros: I ordered breakfast (included with my room) from the menu every morning. It was hot, fresh, came out quick and delicious. They even made breakfast "to-go" for me one morning so my wife and I could eat from our cottage balcony.
Pros: Location was within walking distance to transportation and restaurants as well as the free breakfast included.
Cons: Mold in the bathroom, brick pavers broken on the walkway into the villa making a dangerous walk, no internet in the villa as stated. The heated pool cloudy/filter not working properly. Charged 2x hotel fee. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
Cons: Water supply issues. They could have warned us. Very inconvenient for half of our stay. They did put a modest credit in our room bill...but you can't make up for a day and a half with no water supply to our room!
Pros: Nice location on property and close to town Friendly sraff
Cons: Lack of television in bedrooms

Pros: The facility was fantastic (one bedroom apt with king sized bed) and in every room we had a breath-taking ocean side view! Staff was hands off, but very helpful when we needed something. We took a dip in the pool every morning and the area was very quiet and secluded. Right next to a bus stop as well! We cannot wait to come back!
Cons: This is not a "dislike," but more of a suggestion. The hotel felt more like a timeshare, which is what we wanted. We had a full kitchen to cook food and received clean towels daily- otherwise it was very independent.
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Filthy. Garbage had not been emptied. There were crumbs on the floor. And when we moved the couch to watch TV the floor was filthy. No batteries in the either of the remote control in the living room. shower provided just more than a trickle of water. Cab driver warned me to lock all doors when we go out. Such a waste. We were staying only one night prior to our flight home. Otherwise we would have moved hotels.
