However, many expressed dissatisfaction with aspects such as poor service, unhelpful or rude staff, cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, high noise levels from both inside and outside the hotel, and problematic or expensive parking arrangements. While some found the rooms comfortable and the beds pleasant, these positives were often overshadowed by the recurring negative experiences in service, cleanliness, noise, and parking.AI-Generated from customer reviews
