A beautiful palace in a lovely rural setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Large, well appointed rooms. Excellent restaurant Our beds were not very comfortable. No lift.
The grounds and the hotel itself were lovely. Very scenic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included, was terrific. No lifts! When travelling for a long time you tend to have a lot of luggage and climbing four flights of very steep stairs was a bit off putting, but hey, you only have to do it twice!
Helpful staff. As it was Easter in Poland everywhere was closed on Sunday and Monday. I do mean everything; shops, pubs, museums were all closed. Buses did not run either. The hotel restaurant and bar closed at 18.00 sharp on Sunday. I thought the hotel could have catered more for the convenience of their guests during the national holiday.
Rooms were dirty and badly equipped. This hotel is just the place when you have to really stay overnight in Przemysl.
The location from the hotel to the town center was close. The restuarant was very good and prices were resonable. No maid service was provided on Saturday or Sunday. No big deal for me though.
Location, if you are travelling to Ukraine. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff was corteous. The room would need some renovation, but the bathroom is OK. Website advertises 'a peaceful stay' but we were given a room just above a wedding reception in the hotel's restaurant, which lasted until 4.00 a.m., with music etc, so we got little sleep. Maybe a room on the back would be more quiet - check it out!
The beds were not changed. Found a used tissue under the pillow. the beddings were stained and with holes of cigaretes. The feeling was of a Soviet pre 1990 hotel.
Friendly staff and very helpful in providing service. Nice location overlooking the river in historic town.
Breakfast was good & some of the staff were extremely helpful when it came to hire cars etc. Our bathroom was clean and of pretty good quality in comparison to the room. The hotel room was decorated (obviously a few years ago) in shades of yellow and brown, the carpet was very badly stained, the beds were not confortable; the sheets were too small for the single beds we had to push together, there were no English chanels on the tv (not really an issue) and walls/floors were very thin so we could hear very loud snoring from above! Please note that there are very few places to stay in the city as well as places to eat however, the location of the hotel was good. I could not find any better hotels whilst there or on the internet.
Good position by the River San and a very good restaurant - highly recommend the loin of Pork with plum sauce.
The hotel is in a central location. The town and major through roads are easily accessible. The value is very good for the price one has to pay. The beds could have been of a better standard.
It was a good centre for visiting historical sites in the locality and for trips to Ukraine and Slovakia. The breakfast was excellent and we were given a packed breakfast when making an early morning trip. The room was spacious with a good view of the river San. Although advertising trips to Lvov, the reception did not seem to know anything about this.
