Pros: I drove for appx. 3 hours to get to a family gathering and couldn't wait to get to the room. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff very friendly. The room was clean and inviting and the beds super comfortable. My son loved the stay!
Pros: The hotel was in the middle of nowhere so I didn't expect much. Boy was I wrong. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. If I ever find myself in Tunkhannock, PA again I was definitely stay there again.
Pros: Friendly staff that went out of their way to make things just right. Clean and bright with a very nice breakfast included
Cons: The lack of a sign indicating where to turn from the main highway . There is no light at night and you are over the bridge before you know it. For us lazy visitors a breakfast time till 10:00am would be lovely but we will deal with it!!!!
Pros: Location, staff is very friendly, and nice, new, CLEAN rooms!
Pros: Exceptional staff!
Pros: Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast selection. Clean room. The indoor pool was nice as well.
Pros: This hotel was quiet and had a nice view of the area. Staff was attentive and very friendly. The hotel had a fresh atmosphere. My room was very clean and everything was working properly. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The driveway entrance could have been better marked for people returning after dark. You have to make a quick right turn and keep turning right to stay on the road. (Maybe some 'fog' lines could be painted on the road as it leads up to the entrance .
Pros: Great hotel...top notch staff
Cons: Everything was very good.
Pros: Like the hostess. very friendly. Liked the room space in room. bathroom was big, Clean, and bright. Breakfast was ready at 6:00.

Pros: Very clean and staff very helpful and accomodating
Would not stay there again
Cons: Room was dirty. Old towels left in the bathroom, old coffee filters in the coffee pot.....left a lot to be desired!
Cons: The hotel did apply my work discounts on the rates and thus I was charged much more than I should have been. No refunds have been made from Priceline nor the hotel. Not satisfied
Excellent location, neat & clean and hospitable staff.
Pros: good rooms
This is the place to stay! We loved everything about this Hotel. Awesome staff! The whole place was spotless!
Pros: Our stay with them was awesome! The entire place was spotless. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Jackie at the front desk was a doll!
Great hotel! I booked the handicapped hotel for my grandmother and she said she had plenty of bars to hang onto in the bathroom to take a shower. She said if she wanted to even take a bath, she knew there were enough bars that would pull her up. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very friendly.
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet
Cons: Construction going on, but that didn't really bother me

Pros: The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable.
Pros: The jacuzzi tub, the eateries, 1 attached and 1 within walking distance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were waffle makers and continental breakfast available. Plenty of parking
Pros: Good location
Cons: The older rooms were a mess. The room door was sticking badly as well as the bathroom door. The shower was filthy looking as well as the sink area.
Pros: Staff was very helpful. The hotel bar was better than expected.
Pros: It was nice and quiet,
In all fairness, the front desk girl made sure our room was serviced after being missed the first time, and housekeeping did a nice job after that first day. The continental breakfast consisted of all carbs but we bought eggs and a pyrex dish at the store and were able to keep the eggs in the refrigerator in our room.
Pros: The front desk staff was very nice, courteous and welcoming.
Cons: We were disappointed in the room. The beds felt like you were laying on box springs not a mattress. The toilet was not secured to the floor so it rocked. The exhaust fan sounded like a freight train. We had to get clean towels from the front desk.
Pros: Its location, and the amenities specially golf course..!!
Cons: Swimming pool should open from 9 am set
Pros: I was transported back in time. It was a beautiful property and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The rooms were in need of complete renovations.
Pros: The hotel is really just a hotel. If you are passing through and need to spend the night this is the place. The price is inexpensive and the hotel staff are very friendly. They first put us in a smoking room and we couldn't breath (I'm a non smoker) I went to the front desk and they immediately placed us in a non-smoking room. Hotel is right off the 81 and near all the main shops and whatnot. Decently priced for a quick stay overnight. I cannot confirm as we were only put in two different rooms but it seems like there is a fridge and microwave in each room. Hotel is very clean.
Cons: The bathrooms in the lobby could use an update to the 21st Century. However the bathrooms in the rooms were nice.
Pros: Hotel was close to major highways and fairly inexpensive.
Cons: Hotel is in need of some updates. Mold was visible in the bathroom, clearly had been painted over. In order to access the pool you need to take a staircase from the second floor, very inconvenient when you're traveling with small children. The pool area is very outdated and dirty. The breakfast choices are very limited, in the area in which you eat is very cramped.
Pros: I had a nonsmoking room and didn't notice any smell that other reviewers have commeted on. The lobby is nice looking with tea and coffee set up all day. My room was good size and it was clean.
Cons: What needs work is the breakfast. They took two hotel rooms and made them into the "hospitality suite." The free breakfast was well stocked, but disappointing. They only had bagels, boxed cereal, make-your-own waffles and bagged danishes in a very small and cramped room. I would've like to have seen something with protein, but I guess they did the best with what space they had. Also the seating area was very tight as well. It felt like you were on top of the other guests and if they had a good size family, well good luck with having a quiet breakfast.
My second complaint is while the staff was friendly, they were all dressed very casual, as if they were wearing their street clothes. They didn't look like hotel employees.

Pros: Even with limited space I felt like there was nothing was missing and I had a great time. The saff was very nice and made checking in and out very fast and easy.
Cons: Everything was worth the money.
Cons: The sheets had blood stain
Pros: Cheap and good for the money.
Cons: Smelled heavily of smoke, shower head sounded like the devil when you turned it on.
