Staff is wonderful They really go the extra mile Jenny and Jessica are awesome
The staff is wonderful, the rooms clean and quiet. Super close to Joshua tree and just a safe and comforting place to rest after long days of hiking. Loved everything
Manager has very poor people skills. Called to complain about poor internet service and he was he became very combative.
Room size, cleanliness and Rodeway's froendly front desk staffs. The lobby at ABVI never opened during our stay, all check in/out and services had to go to Rodeway Inn located next door. The housekeep were extremely loud. We could hear her from our room each morning and got woke up by 9am when she starts knocking on the 1st doors down the hallway and yellin "housekeeping" , then hear her pushing and moving the cart. Rooms soundproofing was so bad that we could hear what next room were saying. Got woke up at 2am when someone came back late on our floor and people leaving early at 4ish am
For the price it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nothing. For the Price it was adequate
Air Conditioner worked great and staff were nice and friendly. That breakfast wasn't included, especially if I have to check in and out from the hotel next door.
I liked the location, which was close to the park, and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There wasn't really proper curtains on the window, just a lace curtain, so I felt it was easy for people to look in at night, and hard to block out outside light.
Great deal for all the space and amenities you get. Comfortable bed, colorful room; amazing views of the sunrise. Nick is a friendly guy who wants you to have the best stay possible, which I appreciated. I would definitely come back here. There was a miscommunication with our room initially - we assumed it would include a bath, and it did not. I had gotten a hold of Nick a few days in advance to make sure we would have a bath, which he fixed, but on the day we were heading to the hotel, there was another miscommunication about the room. However, despite the miscommunications, Nick was able to make it all work out in our favor and we ultimately got the room we wanted. I would just make sure to confirm you have the room you want before making your trip!
The rooms were like mini studios, privacy and clean. The bathroom and kitchen dinning door needed to be closed to get the room cold. But overall wasn't too bad of a problem.
Staff very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.
Clean and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Owner was very accomodating and offered great suggestions for our hike around Joshua Tree and local restaurants. Close to the highway but most everything is in 29 Palms. Bedding could use upgrades.
This motel has a great small town character and at-home feel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Pool and hot tub in a nice courtyard. With only about 6-8 rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The showers were outdated and really short, but not that big of a deal in my book.
I had a room with a kitchen. It was super quiet.
The location is close to the Marine base & 29 Palms. The property looks nice, and some of the units have a carport to park in. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. We didnt try the pool but it does have one. Staff seemed friendly. The room we stayed in was not like the pictures shown. Our kitchenette consisted of a small fridge with microwave on top, placed against the wall. We have never seen a smaller bathroom space. Almost unusable, you could not even turn around in it.
