Great location, very pleasant staff, nice food, clean, rooms with a view to the slopes. Suitable for families with small children, We will come back for sure :)
Breakfast is terrible, you have to pay for extra bread!!, coffee is worst I have ever tasted, selection is limited to say the least. Location is good
Staff are terribly unfriendly, do not speak English and generally not very welcoming. The bar closes at 10pm at night and the breakfast doors are locked before 8am making you feel like you are in a prison.
Staff worked hard and were friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was adequate with fresh croissants on the table each morning.
It was quite noisy at the back of the hotel where our rooms were at night - this was due to the snow machines preparing the slopes for the next day. We appreciate that this had to be done and it did not spoil our stay in anyway .
The hotels location was perfect and the staff were friendly, we found the rooms to be clean and of a good size. The communal toilets were also cleaned daily.
The breakfast selection was limited and no hot food options were available. Whilst the quality of the food in the restaurant was generally good the restaurants opening times in the evening was limited.
Literally, ski-in, ski-out. Decent breakfast. Delicious dinner. Helpful staff. On-site, "garage" style parking. Amazing scenery! The area is SUPER quiet at night (except the hum of the occasional snowcat). Even the other guests were very quiet and respectful during quiet hours.
Almost no English spoken, so hard to ask questions or get information. The mattress was worn out - bouncy like a trampoline and no support. Pillows *sigh* were the old, worn out, flat-as-a-pancake, feather variety. Because it's an older building, the walls and floors are "thin" - you hear everything!
