Pros: Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great!
Pros: Room was well designed. Bed was really comfortable. Beautifil view of Chateau Frontenac from our bedroom. Easy accessiblity to rest of city. Easy parking. Services were excellent.
Cons: We stayed on the 7th floor, and it was still a bit loud (external noise from people on the street late at night, and also some internal noise from other guests in the hallway).
Wi-fi was very spotty in our room.

Pros: The hotel is in the best location for someone wanting to see different parts of Quebec City. The staff is very well trained and seems to try to exceed expectations. This is a gorgeous historic hotel that has been extensively renovated. The pool and spa, all the restaurants, etc. are at or above the standards of what you will find in more modern luxury hotels. Based on my experience, I would recommend staying in one of the traditional decor rooms (preferably beginning 62##).
Cons: Initially, we were offered an upgrade to one of the remodeled rooms, but we thought the window was very small and the room felt rather claustrophobic. So, we asked to be put back in the traditional decor, unrenovated rooms and found it to be much larger and comfortable with a double window and a great view. Of course, these two rooms (out of the 600 in the hotel) likely were not representative of all the remodeled/traditional room layouts. Just my experience.
Pros: Beautiful interior and exterior, pool and related facilities were generously appointed.
Cons: Small room (even the "deluxe" room). Comfortable bed, but not THAT comfortable; my bed at home is much more so. There is a charge for every single thing... $16 a day for internet access is a joke, $36 a day for valet parking, $18 for a small pour cocktail at the bar. If I had it to do again, I'd stay somewhere else and visit the Chateau. Unless you are loaded and the money means nothing to you, I'd suggest the same.
Pros: All staff was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
Pros: Well kept facility and competent staff.
Would come again.
Cons: But . . . you run a luxury hotel.
And then you do a Motel 6 maneuver and charge people for WiFi in their room.
I would expect this from an American airline company (the worst customer service businesses on the planet), but not from a top-end hotel chain.
Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly and super accommodating staff. Wish we had more time to use the pool and to relax at the lounge area by the pool. It is close o all. We will go back again.
Cons: Parking is pricy. We got complimentary water the first day and then no more afterwards. Water is $8 a bottle in the room! Lobby could use some updating.
Pros: The renovated room and view
Cons: We were first provided a non renovated room that was not clean, requires a lot of maintenance. Our AC didn't work, ceiling and the mirror lights didn't work. On the 2nd day we informed the desk while heading out in the morning. The issues were not rectified upon our return. We called again prior to leaving for dinner. Upon our return, we noticed the lights were fixed but the AC didn't work all night. Neither was any follow through from the hotel regarding the issues. No follow up call to the room to check on us. Not a luxury service. On the 3rd morning I called and asked for the manager and the AFOM said she would upgrade to renovated room and waive the $40 upcharge as if it was a favor. We had not slept the night before and gladly accepted the offer.
Pros: Location, architecture, overall experience, elegance, staff readiness to please, convenience
Cons: Phones in the room didn't work, dental kit took too long to get delivered,
Pros: The location was fantastic. The pool area and terrace. The architecture and history of the building. Staff was wonderful.
Cons: Crowded, expensive, no wifi, average room.
Pros: Staying in a historic building in a great city. Didn't touch the car for 4 days. Great dining both in and around the hotel at a number of spots. Unbelievable views.
Cons: Only that I didn't plan on a longer stay.
Pros: The hotel staff is very professional and helpful, and location is close to most travel attractions. It's a landmark hotel with signifiant history.
Pros: The location in Old Town can't be beat. The staff was very helpful in suggesting & reserving dinner. Handled room issue with free upgrade when I didn't accept lesser room.
Cons: First impressions: a disaster! Tried to give us a double bed for our king reservation. Two of the three elevators were down. Took an hour for bags to make up to room. No towels in room when we arrived. The white wine had been used & filled with water!
Pros: Wonderful location, elegant hotel with great view and nice bar.
Cons: No concierge available much of the time. Elevator not always operating.

The restoration blends the charm of the hotels enchanting past with modern innovations, creating an allure that is fresh and seductive, balanced with the hotels rich history and dynamic future.
Pros: Proximity to all the attractions of Old Quebec make this an excellent and tasteful choice for the discerning traveller. Staff are warm and well presented. The hotel is very clean, and rooms comfortable. Meticulous! Well done, Manoir Victoria!
Cons: Paying $23 per day for parking, though I understand it, remains disappointing.
Located in the heart of the historic, culturally vibrant and gastronomic activity of Old Quebec, Hotel Manoir Victoria extends a warm and friendly welcome in an inviting decor that was recently renovated and upgraded: 156 rooms and suites. Free wi-fi internet Trendy atmosphere and inventive nordic-inspired cuisine at the new restaurant "Chez Boulay bistro boral". An indoor pool, sauna and fitness centre. An Internet lounge. Eight meeting and function rooms Indoor parking with valet service. "Le Spa du Manoir"
Pros: price, Location and Cleanliness with good room space.
Cons: Limited options on the Breakfast, Pls have more choices on breakfast.

Pros: The room was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you need.
The bathroom has an amazing bath tub that can be enjoyed with the aromatherapy oils provided by the hotel.

Pros: The location is perfect for tourism in the old city. The bell staff took care of our car and luggage efficiently and were very helpful. They park in the underground lot below city hall right across the street. You can self park at lower cost but the lot fills up. Hotel is old but very well maintained.
Cons: Our room was very small. But everything worked well and it was clean.
Pros: Room was great for sleeping! Bathroom amenities were lovely! Bi-lingual staff. Wi-if. Accessible to all important sites. Old world charm.i
Cons: I could only open my closet door a few inches since it was blocked by a bed.
Pros: For an extra $20, they had no problem in moving me to a room with a desk and terrific views. I had a ton of work to do and the room was quiet and comfortable and allowed me to get it done ahead of an important meeting.
The bed was super comfortable. Just wish I'd had more time to sleep!
Pros: The location was great , and the staff were very helpful.
Pros: right in the heart of everything

Pros: A very beautiful quaint hotel , it's clean and the staff are wonderful and it is in a great location walk out and you are in old Quebec perfect located
Pros: Excellent professional staff very pleasant and friendly. Clean room. Excellent location around great restaurants coffee shops shopping and petite Champlain which was magical
Pros: The location is fantastic and staff was great. Room was very clean.
Cons: Did not include breakfast or parking ($25 per night). Only some outlets worked.
Pros: The hotel is close to downtown and easy to access restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: . .
Pros: Very nice room with courteous staff. Pleasantly surprised by the place.
Cons: The bar dud not open until late and the restaurant didn't serve dinner but with all of the bars and restaurants in Old Town, this didn't seem to pose a problem.
Pros: Location central to sites in old town
Pros: Loved the location! Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: Rooms were very small. Parking. Taxes! Most of all, my grandson forgot his stuffed animal, Curious George, in room 622, there was no response to communication and he was not able to get it back! This is devastating for a 3 year old! I still hope that that can happen!
Location. Situated in the historical district, in the Old Quebec neighborhood of Quebec, this property is close to Price Tower, Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, and Quebec City Town Hall. Also nearby are Place Royale and Parliament Building.

Pros: Location, location, location. Right next to the Chateau Frontenac in the heart of Old Quebec. Price was very reasonable and bed comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Stairs to check in and reach our room. Our room was out of the way so noise was not an issue. Stairs getting to the lobby needed attention when we arrived and it was the same when we left. Busy season and probably didn't get a chance to get to it.
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location. Best breakfast in town
It was what I wanted for my one night visit. I would say it was 2 steps up from a private Hostel room. No flair, but great location.
Pros: The location. It was right in the heart of the action and beautiful views of the Chateau Frontenac and St Lawrence river.
Cons: The room was loud, I was in room 15 and their was some sort of construction early in the morning, starting around 6am. Walls were thin and because it was an old hotel, everytime someone ran up the stairs, it felt like they were opening door.
Pros: Great location, excellent adjacent restaurant, helpful staff. Only drawbacks, two flight walk-up. Our room bright and cheerful, recently remodeled bath, however bed was quite soft and sagging and in need of replacement. Overall a great place to stay.
Cons: We didn't mind the stair climb, if you're going to tour Quebec City, you will be climbing a lot of stairs. Only issues as previously stated was the bed.
Pros: Location was fantastic. There is no parking but there is a parking garage nearby at city hall. The room was very small but it was enough for one person.
Cons: The room needed a vacuum but it wasn't anything terrible. The walls are real thin and you're able to hear anything that is happening outside.
Pros: The location was amazing, we were right in front of Shateau Frontnac, the room was nice, and the staff was very helpful!
When you stay at Auberge du Tresor, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Place Royale and Parliament Building. For a bite to eat, guests can check out Le 1640, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a terrace are other highlights, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Hotel was clean, most of staff was friendly. Location was convenient to everything. Cost was expensive for size of room, especially when you add all the taxes and parking.
Pros: The location was convenient to everything in the old city.
Cons: We got a priceline confirmation ofXXX+ taxes per night, when we checked out it wasXXX + taxes.
would stay again and recommend to anyone going to Quebec, the location was in the middle of old town, lower town and all the places to visit. Very nice size room, restaurant, not the greatest but ok
Pros: location and charm of hotel/room
Cons: broken bed light fixture, expected a discount as could not read
Pros: Location was great for this botique hotel in the heart of the action. Rooms very clean and staff wonderful
Very few locations in Quebec City can offer the location and surroundings of the Hotel Ste-Anne. Situated in the heart of "Old Quebec upper town," in the shadow of famous Château Frontenac and inside the fortifications of the old city, it is ideally situated to give you a taste of the irresistible "old France" charm of Quebec City. In the hotel's immediate surroundings, guests will find a vast number of bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds, the famous "Rue du Trésor" street and its artists; the City Hall, the Wax Museum, the French America Museum, the Civilization Museum and the famous Dufferin Terrace of the Château Frontenac. The Quebec Parliament Buildings, the Convention Centre, the Cruise Terminal and the Louise Basin, which is the starting point for the excursions on majestic St-Lawrence River, are close by and accessible on foot.
The Hotel Sainte-Anne comprises 2 antique houses, which were combined and fully restored to maintain its charm yet offer every modern convenience. The location of the hotel and its terrace restaurant on the pedestrian-only section of Ste-Anne Street makes this hotel an ideal choice to discover this unique city in North America. A municipal parking lot (surcharge) is a half-block away.
The hotel features 28 rooms with every modern convenience including private bathroom and showers (some of them with bathtubs). Given its unique status of a historical building "inside the walls" of Old Quebec, all the rooms are tastefully decorated in keeping with the location. Several accommodations are attic rooms and 17 of them have stone or brick walls, which provide a unique decor and charm. For flexible capacity, connecting rooms, extra beds, and complimentary baby cots are available.
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds too!
Cons: The shower head didn't move so our bathroom would get soaked every morning because it was a glass shower and there was nothing stopping the water from exiting the area.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: They were not very helpful wit directing to parking other than valet parking even though there is a lot right across the street.
Cons: The bed was a mattress on a piece of plywood... Very stiff
Pros: Convenient to downtown sites. Clean, friendly staff, nice restuarant. We would stay again if in the area.
Pros: Location in lower town and near the dock.
Cons: Exercise equipment in isrepair.
Each of the spacious suites of the Hotel Port-Royal offers a unique design, inspired by the original geometry of the existing walls.Modern technologies were skillfully integrated into the classical balance between wood, stone and light, thus enhancing the individual harmony of each room and giving it a distinctive cachet.A multidisciplinary team of architects and designers was gathered to create, from the contrasts between the colors, textures, and styles, an exceptionally refined atmosphere. Enhancing the individual harmony of each room, they came up with the perfect blend of yesteryear architecture and state-of-the-art decor. With a cosy Queen or King sized bed and a sofa bed, our suites can comfortably accommodate six adults. Each room includes an all equipped kitchen module with dishes and utensils, and vast storage spaces. The hotel restaurant offers room service. The bathrooms offer maximum comfort with bath/shower, some with separate shower cabins. Hotel Chateau Bellevue puts you in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Place Royale and Parliament Building. Guests can be pampered with deep-tissue massages at the spa. Rooms at this romantic hotel offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and designer toiletries.
Pros: Beautiful tranquil location, friendly staff, with very clean rooms. Exceptional value for the money!
Enjoy your visit to Lac Delage with a stay at Manoir du Lac Delage. Guests can visit the spa to indulge in massages, body wraps, or body scrubs, and The Gourmet Champetre serves breakfast and dinner. An indoor pool and an outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer refrigerators and room service.
Cons: We had breakfast at the restaurant and I had the lobster Benedict. The potatoes were stale and my eggs were full of egg shell. I let the waitress know and their solution was to discount 15%. The meal was over $20 and should have been removed.
There was a snow storm the day of checkisses out so I informed the FD that we may need to stay. When I went to check out around 2 pm, flight was departing, she said there would be no additional charge. Then she said because they made a new reservation that they would charge me $50 plus tax.
I think this is ridiculous. The hotel is well located with great views but is not modern or luxury but sterile. The food is over priced for the lack of quality of the food.
Pros: Outdoor heated pool and sauna were wonderful ways to warm up! We loved the view from our "river view" room.

Pros: The breakfast is at a restaurant downstairs - very good! Loved the shower, best shower heads (Directly above and on the Side)
Cons: Parking was extra
Pros: walking distance to the cruise terminal. Farmers market right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants.
Pros: The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The location was situated near all the major attractions Old Quebec City had to offer. The included breakfast was great, good selections and quality. The staff were happy to help direct us to the attractions and city transportation. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again next year.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and greeted us warmly. The proximity to restaurants and other stores was very convenient. The rooms seemed clean (although I couldn't tell from the dark carpet).
Cons: Our rooms were on the ground floor. They were long and narrow, and in black concrete. Everything was black. Even the bathroom was black and dark! Who came up with the decor and the design of this place?! The darkness in the room made me uncomfortable (even after turning on every single light in the room)
