Pros: This hotel was in a great location, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms were very stylish and perfectly clean. We arrived very late our first night, and we just missed the closing of their kitchen. Luckily, they have 24 hour room service, and they even comped us our meal, which was really generous. They also sent my postcards for me for free when we were checking out. And breakfast buffet is top notch! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros: The hotel was so easy to get to from the airport. The Arlanda Express train practically arrives at the front door. Easy walk to ld town, shopping, sightseeing cruises and trains/buses/tram. The breakfast was delicious and a steal for the price. We also had the Christmas buffet dinner which was great as well. The room was very clean, new, and overlooking the water, town hall, and old town. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was vey accomodating with a late check out so our baby could nap and a comfy rollaway for our older child. I woulx definitely stay here anytime I go to Stockholm.

Pros: Easy walk to all air terminals ! Got off Arlanda Express ( 20 mins.) at 1st stop . Between terminals 4and 5. Nice staff and small rooms. I would conclude, it is a convenients for early flights. Also, I came, the night before my AM flight. Got to my room, settled in , then walked down to my flight terminal to receive the boarding pass. Next morning went through security and was on flight. Easy and relaxing , no rush !

Pros: the airport location was fantastic and just steps from checking in my luggage. there was no need to go outside, the passageways are all indoors. it was completely quiet from all airport noise and perfect for a one-night stay in order to catch a flight the next day. they had a computer with a printer to print out my boarding pass. and a hand-held scale to weigh my luggage.

Pros: Easy walk to all air terminals ! Got off Arlanda Express ( 20 mins.) at 1st stop . Between terminals 4and 5. Nice staff and small rooms. I would conclude, it is a convenients for early flights. Also, I came, the night before my AM flight. Got to my room, settled in , then walked down to my flight terminal to receive the boarding pass. Next morning went through security and was on flight. Easy and relaxing , no rush !

Pros: the airport location was fantastic and just steps from checking in my luggage. there was no need to go outside, the passageways are all indoors. it was completely quiet from all airport noise and perfect for a one-night stay in order to catch a flight the next day. they had a computer with a printer to print out my boarding pass. and a hand-held scale to weigh my luggage.

Cons: The majority of my issues were with the cleaning staff at the hotel. Several times we had to ask for them to bring us soap as they did not replenish the toiletry items we had used each day. Also, we had to call them to clean our toilet bowl after they had done the room already because it was clearly not cleaned as part of their regular cleaning. Pretty gross. Robes were not replaced when the worn ones were taken to be cleaned. Extra towels were brought to the room upon request but then cleaning staff did not replace used towels with same number of towels, so we had to keep calling for more. Really bizarre.
In terms of the free wi-fi in the lobby, it was extremely slow when many people were down in the lobby using it. Lastly, I know there was a heat wave happening when we were there but the room would just not get cool enough, very hard to sleep dripping in sweat. Also - a bar that closes at 12:30 or 1? really odd.
The concierge. Ok, first day he sent us to a restaurant that was closed. Then we told him we were headed for the Icebar one night and he did not mention at all that we needed a reservation. Very poor.

Every time a nearby door closed, it slammed and was distinctly audible. The walls overall are paper thin, don't expect to have a private conversation. Breakfast was included and was more than satisfactory. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I think this is a great hotel if you're not traveling on a budget. From what I've seen the rooms in "first class" upstairs look lovely.

Pros: This place turned out to be perfect for my needs. I only had 24hrs in Stockholm, didn't want to waste time on additional travel to and from hotel. Easy access to airport from here. The staff at hotel was great, very friendly and accommodating. They even helped me plan my itinerary for the day! I was able to check in early, which was very helpful after an overnight flight. Room was clean and very nice. Not very large, but for being alone it was completely fine. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Pros: The pool ambiance was amazing! Loved the sauna and hot tub. Great location. Right next to the train to Arlanda, which was really convenient as a traveler!
Cons: I had a hard time checking in with one of the staff members because my credit card was not working even though I explained to her that I was not going to be buying anything on the bill. Finally she understood.

Pros: Excellent location, right next to central train station and Arlanda Express (airport train) as well as short walk to Drottninggatan shopping street and 10min walk to old town. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and accomidating. The superior room was just that. Modern, clean and our room location was very quite and that is rare in a bustling city location. Honestly I didn't have one single complaint and that's rare for me. Couldn't ask for a better location if you're taking the train from the airport.

Pros: This place turned out to be perfect for my needs. I only had 24hrs in Stockholm, didn't want to waste time on additional travel to and from hotel. Easy access to airport from here. The staff at hotel was great, very friendly and accommodating. They even helped me plan my itinerary for the day! I was able to check in early, which was very helpful after an overnight flight. Room was clean and very nice. Not very large, but for being alone it was completely fine. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Pros: Very practical location and super comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet.
Cons: The exterior and it's surrounding are a bit scruffy but nothing bad, could use some touches to brighten up/update it's appearance. The business rooms are rather tight, we could not open both our suitcases at the same time so we had to take turn. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated concierge so we had to trouble the receptionists who were very busy. Some receptionists are knowledgable some are not able to help much.

Pros: Excellent customer service, we left at 4am but there was already breakfast to go waiting for us. The staff were very intent on making our stay as convenient as possible. The free shuttle will take you to and from the airport quickly, at any time of day.

They will pick you up FROM the airport 24 hours/day (just call them and they will pick you up)
They will drive you TO the airport 24 hours a day, with trips available every 15 minutes (just let them know in advance, so they can add your name to their log-book).
They will even take you to/from the airport if you are planning to spend the day in Stockholm (catch Express Train at airport, and/or take bus & train (slower, but cheaper)
There is a VERY nice buffet breakfast included in the price (various breads, cheeses, cereals, fruit, eggs, juices, coffee, tea, etc) (also meats, but I'm vegetarian, so...)
They also offer a fairly reasonably-priced (considering that Sweden is relatively expensive) dinner menu; just the salad bar option was very filling and tasty.
The hotel itself is very "minimalist"...you get a bed, shower, toilet, sink, and place to put your bags, and that's about it!

Pros: We stayed here for a night after missing our connection through stockholm to Spain. The staff was extremely hospitable, from the shuttle driver who took us back and forth to the airport and train, and also found us a charger converter, to the woman who arranged a family room for the standard room price. They gave us a nice crib and cot for no charge. The other guests were friendly and interesting, location perfect, and the breakfast buffet was unexpectedly incredible. Weird to say for an airport hotel, we did not want to leave!

I would recommend staying here if you get in on a late night flight and want to go right to sleep, OR if you have an outgoing flight and want to minimize stress by being close to the airport with a free shuttle available.
If you just want to visit Stockholm, there are cheaper options available there, with no need to commute.
