Cons (-) Vending machine unavailable. Ice machines difficult to locate. Lobby furniture not inviting. Carpeting difficult to roll luggage on.

Pros (+) The people were very helpful and friendly. Upgraded us and had our rooms ready early. Food in restaurant was good. Bar happy hour was great. Great location to all the areas we wanted to go to ---
Cons (-) That they did not have a shuttle service from the airport or to port as we were there for a cruise. Although you could walk from hotel, it was a bit difficult with cruise luggage.

Cons (-) The toilet in our bathroom was located immediately in front of the sink which made access to the sink a bit awkward. New bathrooms are small.
