Hotel was great and ground level restaurant was tremendous. Unfortunately it’s closing in early 2020 but hope it finds another home in Vancouver
The room was comfortable and quiet. Excellent bed. We slept well after arriving on our overseas flight. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and some irresistible signature cocktails.
This hotel is no longer modern or luxurious; its age is showing. We got a last minute deal on the room, and would have been disappointed in the overall value if we had paid full price.
Safe & Clean
Upon check in we were 25 minutes early so we totally understood that there wasn't a room available yet but when it was check in time a large line of people were able to check in and receive their keys but were were not and had to wait an additional hour to receieve our keys. It seemed that were were last priority because we booked with a discounter. I can't say that was the case for sure but it was suspect & annoying.
wonderful staff. Extremely helpful.
Expensive food offering. We did not eat at the hotel due to high costs.
Underwhelming but Comfy
Super comfy bed. Great location. Room service was great but pricey.
Tried to checkin at 240 when guaranteed is 3pm. Didn't have our room ready till 4pm. I had to inquire 3 times with 3 different people whom all assured us they would call or text me and inform guest services manager. Didn't happen. Bags took another 40 mins longer to come up as they insisted on delivering. Executive suite was nice but only 7th floor. Bad view of pool/buildings. Outdated inside suite. Mismatched door hardware and odd bath/shower setup. No soaker tubs. Won't be back in future. Considering Hotel Georgia or Westin or Pan Pacific.
Great stay
Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Upgraded the room for a small fee and got early access to a suite, which was a lovely room. Due to a late flight they also allowed us access to the health club to grab a shower before heading to the airport, which was a nice touch.
Bathroom was a bit small but perfectly adequate, otherwise everything was spot on.
Nice pool and gym. Great staff good rate.

Perfect hotel for those who want to explore the ci
Aside from being everything I look for in a hotel—quiet, great views, luxuriously comfortable bed, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful architecture and decor throughout—its location really makes it special when it comes to exploring the city. It's perfectly situated along major bus and train routes, and you'll never spend more than a minute or so hailing a cab on the street (which is great, as there's currently no Uber or Lyft). Vancouver's already a super walkable city, but this makes it incredibly easy to get around without a car. Even then, you're never more than a few blocks from great food, art (the Vancouver Art Gallery is across the street), landmarks, parks, entertainment and shopping. It also smells phenomenal. Stay there.
One night in Vancouver
Fantastic customer service, staff friendly but professional. Bed incredibly cozy, just what I needed after a long flight from France. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The staff at this facility were very, very kind; and very, very helpful. The best I've ever encountered. Top marks.
No respect
I arrived at 2.0 pm and asked for my room, but it wasn't ready until 4.0pm. I reserved a deluxe suite with downtown view, but I got one with a swimming pool view.
It was a bit challenging to get my room.
The staff was incredibly professional with wonderful attitudes.
