Pros (+) One of Canada’s Great Railway Hotels. A classic with excellent service and a great location.

Cons (-) Rooms are old. Poor service at reception. No Accor rewards points received as an Accor Hotel member because my reservation was paid through Rocky Mountaineer even though I had additional charges in the restaurant. Marriott and Hilton would have given me reward points for the extra charges I incurred.
