Cons:No elevator. No in room control of the temperature. Phone didn’t work. WiFi didn’t extend much beyond the entry. No TV in bedroom. Cleaning people left supplies in the room. There was a moth and mosquito I dispatched the first day. Any one, maybe it could be overlooked but combined made for a a relatively below average stay particularly for the rate.
Cons:No power outlets or mirror in main part of the room. Very dated. Empire Landmark across the street is a much better value. And it has great views. I chose this place because I had stayed at Empire Landmark before and wanted to check out something different. This place was reviewed similarly and was right across the street so I thought I'd give it a shot. Next time I will stay at Empire.
Cons:The traffic outside is pretty loud if you are in a room at the front of the building. It can also get quite warm in the room, however there was a fan in our room which solved the problem for us. If you intend on using the blow dryer that is provided in the room, don't use it on high as it will throw the breaker. The breaker switches however are right in the room which makes it easy to fix.
Cons:Electrical outlets are few and hard to find. Dated decor and furnishings.
Cons:There is no elevator in the hotel. The beds were not very comfortable.
