Pros: The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They all seemed to take great pride on their hotel. They were friendly and the lady at the front desk took an interest in us and explained the history of the hotel. The suite was new, clean and spacious.
Cons: Our stay was really great.

Pros: convenient location, clean and courteous staff. Fun pool too.
Cons: No shower at the pool.
Pros: New, clean, nicely decoratedConvient location close to restaurants and shopping
Pros: Liked everything about this hotel - location, cleanliness, amenities, staff - highly recommend!
Pros: Hotel management was superb. Everyone served their best. I forgot my phone on the desk while checking-in the receptionist called us and told us i forgot the phone on the desk. There are few restaurants just outside the hotel. Superstore was also there.
Cons: Kelowna donwntown is one hour far. If u have very tightened timelines then book the one in kelowna downtown. Eventhough it is bit costly it will help u to save time.
Pros: Nice breakfast and the rooms were ver comfortable
Pros: New, clean, and surprising for the price. Location was convenient with markets and restaurants around.
Cons: The eggs for the continental breakfast were tasteless - just yellowed textured protein. But that's just a nitpick for an otherwise good experience.
New rooms, close to all the shops, overall a good stay.
Pros: Great amenities , new rooms and overall a good stay for the price.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better.
Location was excellent, just all around loved this hotel
Pros: Super moderne and clean!
Cons: Not a lot of tv channels
I was very impressed by the friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast, impressive waterslides (for the kids and parents).
Pros: Very new and clean, I was not expecting this new of a hotel so when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised.
Cons: There should have been a better shower on a hotel this new.
Pros: The hotel was super clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating
Cons: Horrible coffee!
Overall this hotel was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast outstanding. When we had some issues with our vehicle, the staff was very accommodating. They let us check in early so our daughter could nap and they gave us the best rate they could when we had to stay extra days for vehicle repair.
Pros: Loved the breakfast! Huge, comfy sitting area for the breakfasts, delicious hot items included, and had all the little extras. We loved the pool too. Er...I should say the KIDS loved the pool and we were grateful the kids released their wiggles.
Cons: It's silly, but the only thing I didn't like was the decor. Being a brand new hotel, the style is ultra modern. I don't find that to be as relaxing as muted colors. It's a silly thing to mention. It just irked me.
I would stay here every time I am in the Vernon/Silverstar area.
Pros: The hotel is new and very nice. The fit and finish of the rooms and bathrooms is excellent. Excellent breakfast with staff that help you make waffles.

Located in the entertainment district, OKeefe's Landing Bed & Breakfast is a great choice for a stay in Vernon. Guests will have free perks like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. A terrace and a garden are offered, and in-room conveniences include refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Great facilities - room was great and well laid out
Cons: That had an outside function and the restaurant was closed. At check-in they said the bar would be open for food and they recommended that. Then that evening they closed the bar since it was over crowded. The only option was to drive back into Vernon for
Cottages are nice, dirty dishes were a let down, soap in kitchen sink was empty, pool area did not have any towels which was realized after starting swimming. Called front desk twice for towels and had to walk there to get them myself 1.5 hours later. Restaurant was terrible, the fish and chips tasted like they were microwaved (soft/soggy as opposed to crispy). It is really far out there, the nearest winery is 50th Parallel which was so so. The decent wineries are in Lake Country (Gray Monk, Arrowleaf, Intrigue) about 30 minutes away. I wouldn't drive here in the winter, lots of twists and turns on a narrow road. Boat rentals are fairly far away, Kelowna wineries are more than 30 minutes away (Summerhill and the other Lakeshore wineries are close to an hour away). I stayed here for $---/night in a 2 bedroom cottage (Pelegrine). I wouldnt pay anymore than that.
Pros: air conditioned rooms, nice decks on cottages, next to sparkling hill resort, relaxing
Cons: Dishes were dirty and unclean, no bbq in cottages had to walk to pool area to use bbq. Golf carts are not available to rent for guests only for golfing (resort is very very widespread across 2 golf courses with lots of up/down hills). Restaurant is subpar

Pros: Clean, modern, excellent breakfasts, newspaper available
Cons: Had to request towels for 4 each day - they automatically stocked with 3 sets - surely in this tech age they could tailor to the occupant number a little more carefully.

Sceptical of these glowing reviews? Don't be. My wife and I have been travelling for several months non-stop around the US and Canada, and this was the best place we have stayed - more spacious and comfortable than any hotel, an absolute home-from-home. We felt welcomed like family friends, yet we were left in perfect privacy whenever we wanted. The Okanagan is a very attractive area, with vineyards, orchards and lakes to admire, and with the town of Vernon laid out before your eyes either through the huge picture windows or as you sit on the sheltered patio area - possibly with a glass of local wine to hand - you're in a perfect position to take it all in. Barbara unobtrusively delivered a delicious breakfast each morning, and was full of advice on local restaurants to visit. She and Gil will be travelling to Bath next year, by which time we will have returned there, and we hope to be able to return the favour! The only tiny issue was with one of the two available wifi networks being glitchy, but we just used the other one - that goes to show how well looked after we were! It was a true pleasure to stay here and we were genuinely reluctant to leave, which has been the case in only a handful of places on our epic road trip. My wife would even recommend it to her mother, and that's got to be a seal of approval!
Pros: Incredibly comfortable, huge amount of space, beautifully decorated and furnished, exceptionally welcoming owners, fantastic view, quiet location

Sweeping views are also offered from the relaxing private patio. A morning meal is served each day in the bar and breakfast area. Items include homemade muffins, organic coffee and herbal teas. The Greater Vernon Museum & Archives is less than 1.9 miles from the B&B. The Planet Bee Honey Farm is 7 minutes away.
excellent hotel and spa. A great place to relax and doa wine tour from.
Pros: The Spa facilities were amazing. The heated outdoor pool on a very cold day was great!
Cons: could use a coffee maker in the room
When visiting Vernon, Sparkling Hill Wellness Resort and Spa is a great choice to consider. Guests can visit the spa to indulge in hot stone massages, aromatherapy, or reflexology, and local cuisine is served at PeakFine, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer deep soaking tubs and minibars.
Cons: furniture pretty old, bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy, the lamp shade was broken, when the trucks drove by, i could felt the room vibrated.
Pros: Quaint room, resonable price.
Cons: They somehow found "cat hair" and took 50$ from my deposit for pet clean up. I have no pets, I am a backpacker with no home or car, let alone pets. There bloody crooks.
Schell Motel Express offers an airport shuttle during limited hours. Guests will have free perks like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with deep soaking tubs and LED TVs.
Cons: Customer service there is only a one hour window to check in from 3 to 4 and a gate to get into property and wasn't given a code to get in
The Outback is a unique property offering 60 acres of serenity on the shores of Okanagan lake in a gated development. The architecturally stunning vacation homes are organized in five distinct neighborhoods, each providing a stunning setting and luxurious amenities. The resort is located in a pine forest directly on the lake and provides two swimming pools,4 hot tubs, two tennis courts, beaches, buoys for boats complete with valet boat service, hiking and biking trails, and is directly adjacent to 240 acre Ellison Park. Only 20 minutes from Vernon, and 45 minutes from Kelowna.
Nothing more to tell. Don't stay there is you like clean places.
Pros: very nice overall
Cons: my wife spilt some water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with a face cloth...it came out absolutely black. Like it was a coal mining town! I went into the hut tub and the bath tub ring was disgusting. Not a clean place if that is important to you
Pros: We felt that the value we received was excellent for the cost of the room! Breakfast vouchers were an added bonus! We were given a beautiful loft room! Service was excellent.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was quite clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast that comes with your room is just a coffee and muffin type thing, or you can take $5 off your meal at the adjoining restaurant. We had the Sunday brunch there and it was excellent. We also went to the pub at the hotel and the service was great. The pub/restaurant is at the hotel but off to the side so there is no noise whatsoever that would keep hotel guests up. The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from a shopping centre that has a Safeways, London Drugs, White Spot etc. The only thing lacking in the hotel is a decent pool.
Pros: Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We booked the room with loft and kitchenette, and it was perfect for our family. Kids could go to sleep and we could stay up and watch tv.
Cons: They need new pillows! Between the eight pillows in the room, we only found one good one. Silly thing to complain about but when you are paying to sleep, and can't sleep, then it is a valid complaint. The pool was extremely basic, and cold.
The hotel was clean, updated, no complaints all was good and close to everything that we needed
Pros: That we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost which was awesome
Cons: everything was perfect for us
Cleanliness lacking in bathroom ... grout very dirty on bathroom shower and flower and floor. In general, a nice hotel that will quickly be totally rundown if attention isn't given to each room. Needs spring cleaning. Nice big T.V. on the wall, king bed that wasn't too bad for comfort, coffee in room ... could be a nice place to stay if windows are repaired and place thoroughly cleaned.
Pros: Staff were excellent. Restaurant food very good. Convenient location.
Cons: The hotel room I had is in a rundown condition. For example, went to open the window for fresh air and the metal holding glass was completely detached: could not open window at all. Walls have areas where finish is off ... needs total redo on walls.
Prestige Hotel Vernon is a great choice for a stay in Vernon. The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after having fun at the indoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A fitness center and a spa tub are other highlights at this romantic hotel, and rooms offer plasma TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: Good clean well run hotel that does small things like discounted meal coupons to be used in their restaurants.
Pros: I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurants on site but the experience looked lovely. The trees had mini lights strung throughout and looked so relaxing!
Vernon Lodge and Conference Centre features a ski shuttle and puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. Guests can take a dip in the indoor pool or grab a bite to eat at BX Creek Bar and Grill, which serves lunch and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
For a relatively inexpensive room, this was quite nice. Property and rooms were renovated fairly recently and done well. The room amenities were a bit beyond the basics, providing all I needed and a bit more. The 'continental' breakfast was actually closer to a full, hot breakfast buffet with a slightly limited selection. The cable TV selection was a lot better than average, but there is no pay-per-view if that is important. There were a couple of short instances of too much noise from other guests, but these were primarily when in the hallway. Inside the room, things were pretty quiet. If you are looking for a higher-end resort feel, this is probably not the best choice. But if you are looking for a good place to rest and relax after a full day's activities, you should be quite comfortable here.
Pros: Friendly, extremely helpful staff. Willing to work with special needs (allergies and asthma.) Small and nice kitchenette. Very nice pool and hot tub. Building and rooms completely non-smoking
Cons: Room was just a little small, though not bad. Would have appreciated an easy chair, but chairs provided with dining table were decent. Bed was a bit soft and pillows not the best.

Pros: Great value for the money. Excellent location. Room had everything I wanted.
Cons: The margarine at breakfast was rancid. I should have said something.
Pros: This motel has been newly renovated and is very nice. We absolutely loved the manager. He was awesome and very helpful. Nice pool, good air conditioning, very quiet. Good place to stay.
Rooms were recently upgraded but the rest of the place needs work.
Pros: Nice upgraded rooms.
Cons: The continental breakfast was a joke. Bananas were black, oranges were old bread was dry. Do not stay if u want a breakfast

Pros: Availability at the last minute. Very conveniently located.
Cons: Doors slamming from other units...Toilet noisy when flushing Complimentary breakfast service is extremely slow. They should hire someone that will clean the tables for the waitresses. The handicapped should be a priority. Saw some waiting a long time.
Pros: The location was good. This hotel was commented on by your local people as very good place to stay. The staff were wonderful both at the desk and in the restaurant.
Cons: The fact that there were no safety bars in the tub area was not welcome.
Pros: Spacious room and the pool , jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus.
Cons: Our room faced the road and we experienced a lot of noise throughout the night.
Pros: The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Cons: Our first room was on the main floor and had an unpleasant smell to it (musty?). We were moved to the 5th floor of the tower which fixed the smell issue however the rooms were not very quiet and throughout the night you could hear toilets flush or activi
Pros: The restaurant. Great food.
Cons: For a 2 star hotel it would be fine. Cool
Pros: It was spacious. Room was big
Cons: The safety there was a balcony and the door was broken so could not lock the door. This is a big deal we only stayed overnight so did not leave the room. Our safety and security was at risk and we didn't know this until we were getting ready to leave.
Pros: The workout room
Cons: It had a lot of traffic noise. Was not welcoming experience.
Pros: Convenience, restaurant on site
Pros: Hot breakfast vouchers, their selection was great. as well as the food.
Cons: Just that fact of no smoking in the rooms that have balconies
Good meals at reasonable prices in the restaurant. Value hot breakfast with the room was good. Good location near a shopping mall. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds. Staff were great.
Pros: The front desk staff were excellent-very helpful and informative. They looked after a concern we had with the noise level in the hall immediately, with excellent results. Also printed off information on golf courses and gave us good suggestions.WiFiin room
This hotel is a great place to stay. It's great for anyone who wants to swim , work out and be close to the shopping and things Vernon has to offer.Free internet and parking is something that is appealing. For those that have pets they are welcomed.
Pros: As a family we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and updated. There is a fitness room as well and the restaurant serves good food. The location is great for shopping.
Cons: My only complaint would be that when you reserve on line the site says maximum four to a room . Anywhere else we are never charged for the third person . Expect an additional ten dollar charge.
The staff was rude and unhelpful in most things. The air conditioning did not cool my room. Misery. They don't warn you ahead of time that they do not like taking debit cards as payment. Therefore, they slapped a BIG hold on my account that messed me up the whole trip. The WiFi was SO weak. I could hardly get any work done.
Pros: Not much. The outside renovations were nice.
Cons: The TV had no guide system to it so it was very difficult to watch anything without going channel to channel like we did 30 years ago.

Pros: Approachable accommodating staff. Continental breakfast. Reasonable rates. Cleanliness of grounds with gardens etc. nicely groomed. Ample parking. Gr eat air conditioners...although quite loud. Bed comfortable and we slept well.
Cons: Location to close to highway...very noisy. Cold hard boiled eggs for breakfast...need to find a way to have a hot/warm egg. Housekeeping O.K. but room for improvement. Clanging pipe? noises early two of three mornings.
