Cons: Nothing stands out as being particularly negative. Did have trouble getting a cup of coffee at the breakfast. No cups set out on table and lady handling that was distracted; friendly, but not able to handle guests expeditiously.
Pros: The view
The breakfast (must have updated this since the previous reviews because it was amazing!)
Accessibility to downtown
Cleanliness of rooms
Cons: Not walkable to downtown
Not particularly nice front desk employees
Need to refill coffee in the lobby more often
Pros: Friendly, professional staff who work hard to fulfill customer needs and desires. All
Cons: All good for our visit.

Starling's Natchez Campus is best described as a hubbed wheel with many spokes.
Our "social hub" is the acclaimed (and company original) Starling's Rest B&B property -- and the "spokes" connect that hub to a diverse and alluring array of historic affiliate properties.
Feeling social? Walk on over for a Mississippi-brewed craft beer and relax in our "Crossroads Biergarten"! Or swing by after dinner, hit the honor bar, shell some peanuts, and enjoy our Silent Film Series in the music room. Want to learn more about Natchez history? Sounds like one of our "Parlor Talks" is up your alley.
Not feeling social? Well, of course y'all can just skip all that . . . kick back on the porch, take a deep breath of our clean Natchez air, sip your sweet tea, and gaze out on Old Man River slowly rollin' past.
After all, you're in Natchez, Mississippi: The Jewel of the Deep South. No need to rush things . . .
Pros: The facilities were very nice and you could tell they were well maintained. The location could not have been better for those who like the river view, downtown and restaurants.
Cons: After driving all day we were told at the front desk we had no reservation. The initial desk clerk we talked with seemed unconcerned and was a bit on the rude side. There had been some sort of communication error between our booking site and the hotel which caused the confusion. The manager was able to correct the situation eventually, however it tarnished our first impression of the hotel. The manager was very pleasant and ended up finding us a room in the hotel all three nights of our stay in Natchez.
Cons: Staff could be friendlier
Pros: The staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome... get the grits! Our king room was given away before we checked on, so we ended up w 2 full size beds.... but we didn't mind. Everything was exceptional. We will definitely be back... king bed or not! :)
