The location.
I had to change rooms two times because either the toilet was not working in one, or there were not enought working lamps/lights. One of the beds in my room had stains and mold underneath on the matress and cover. Very unclean in all three rooms.

Place was iffy. Carpet stained, hole in chair fabric, sink drain had to be hand-held in order to drain, there was nothing for breakfast but a pot of coffee.
