Except location everything is 10/10. Staff : very helpful and cheerful Facility: big and very clean. They have lifts, really big reception to sit and hang out. Rooms : cozy with 4 beds There is SPAR ( mini market) really close to facility.
The location is quite far from the major attractions, so to go anywhere eg. City centre, schronnbrun place, or any club you have to take a metro ( though metro station is 5min by walk), still you have to pay 2.40 euro (one trip) everytime you want to visit anywhere.
The hostel was fine with great service. I did not eat breakfast there so I can not comment on that. The location wasn't bad, but a little far from central Vienna. All in all a great experience.
The only thing I did not like was that we had to make our own beds. This was my first time at a hostel so I am not sure if this is the norm at every hostel. But besides that it was fine.
Very affordable for a stay in Vienna. The trade-off is that it is far from the city center, but it's not too bad as ubahn is very fast. Good, clean place. Fast and stable wifi at >50mbps. Bonuses include reception cat and check-out chocolate
No stove and very little kitchen utensils (a few plates, no bowls). Kitchen only has microwave and fridge. This hostel seems to be a popular choice for school trips, and the kids can be quite loud, especially if your room is closer to the stairs.
The hostel was a bit far from the centre, but well connected so I wasn't bothered by it. In fact, because it's in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it's much better than the noisy and overcrowded city centre. Breakfast was fantastic. The beds were cosy. You do have to make your own beds but for the price of your stay that's totally reasonable. Facilities were great overall. I got everything I needed.
Staff (including the resident cat) could be friendlier. They felt a bit cold but that could just be the Viennese personality. I felt there weren't enough staff at reception. I always had to queue and wait (quite a bit) to be served.
The room was big and spacios for all the guest, the hostal was big and had options to rest and chat in the living room, and the people there were friendly
horrible kitchen, super old fridge and barely working microwave, super small space and wont be able to cook nothing
