Pros: One of the best Super 8’s we’ve stayed at throughput the country!
Pros: Great breakfast. Perfect location.
Pros: Very warm and welcoming staff! Hotel was very clean, and surrounded by a beautiful landscape/ flowers. Love the morning breakfast! There was a lovely hotel staff, very friendly and even helped me make a few waffles.
Pros: Clean, convenient, a good value.
Cons: An outdoor shaded smoking area would be nice.
Pros: I can only say good things about this hidden gem. As soon as you arrive, you find yourself immersed in an explosion of flowers. The owner, Mr. Bill, and his staff, are always smiling, kind, polite, and go above and beyond to make you happy, from front desk to housekeeping, to kitchen. It's the cleanest hotel I have ever been to, and the room is very nice. It's a small, cozy place, but you have about everything: a small businesses center with computer and printer, a little gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna, vending machines, breakfast until 10 (yayyy!), but also fresh coffee, tea, and daily maid cookies all day, and a complimentary awesome soup every night until 8(actually 2 different ones). You also have a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine in your room, with very good coffee. In the room there is also an iron and a board, and a real hairdryer! It's a pet friendly hotel, with a large dedicated grass area, and tables and chairs outside to bask in the summer sun. It's located at the entrance of Eveleth, in front of one of the best restaurants on the Range, 5 minutes from Virginia. What more can you hope for?
Pros: Breakfast, ac unit,
Cons: Small exercise room, must exercise in your own room or, just go out and hit the trails! :)
Pros: Hot soup and chili in the afternoon. Personable staff
Pros: Location, clean, swimming pool
Pros: This hotel was easy to find, well maintained and had a very friendly staff! Breakfast was good and available longer hours than most places. Plus, the cookies and coffee in the lobby were a bonus. We would definitely staff at this hotel again!
Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Cons: Needed an elevator.
Cons: There was a slight musty smell in the room. Once we turned the fan on it dissipated. Noticed the smell again in the bathroom sink, so perhaps there was something in the trap that needs to be addressed.

Pros: The room on the place in general was as we were expecting. People were very kind and helpful. Nice breakfast. Coffee was OK. Great location. My partner and I loved it.
Pros: We got there and they didn’t have our reservation info. They gave us an extra discount and were apologetic. They are very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: Everything was great
Cons: They did not have my reservation and charged me a much higher rate at the hotel at 1:30 am. I need a full refund from booking . Com and need to be made whole on the rate difference.
Pros: Comfortable beds with nice pillows. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.
Pros: Unfortunately I went to breakfast as it was finishing. There were some omelets left, breads, fruit and juice so I was able to put together a complete meal.
Cons: Everything was very good.
Cons: One of the staff members was not very friendly
Pros: No sheet between the duvet. Every Holiday Inn Express has a sheet under the duvet ( bed spread). Complained they said they do this all the time.
Pros: How clean our room was
Cons: The staff were rude
Pros: Front desk staff was very helpful when we checked in.
Cons: We have had much better continental breakfasts at other hotels.
Pros: Comfortable and clean
Cons: The staf was not helpful when I asked to schedule a reservation for an up-coming trip.
Pros: Next to a major big box store, makes it convenient for forgotten necessities. Aesthetically pleasing decor and building.
Cons: Beds were extremely uncomfortable, night staff seemed annoyed, and upon checkout, the staff was having a meeting that could be heard from the unstaffed desk talking about guests and using inappropriate language. Extremely unprofessional. Subpar breakfast.
Pros: Staff was great. Very accommodating. We had a large group staying and they made everything wonderful.
Cons: Too much chlorine in the pool!

Pros: Excellent stay! The rooms were great and the staff was very accommodating.
Cons: The bar and kitchen closing at eight on a Saturday night was kind of an inconvenience. Fortunately, one of the staff members kept the bar open a little longer to serve drinks past the normal closing time. Thank you!
Pros: We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. The staff was great. The room was decorated super cute.
Cons: The room was unbearably hot couldn't get the room to cool down. Tvs are outdated.
Pros: Fun game room and very nice room.
Cons: No exercise room.

Pros: price, receptionist, breakfast bar
Cons: older and needs upgrading, especially carpet in room
Cons: Breakfast was gone before 7am. Trains rolled all night outside our room.
Pros: The pressure in the shower was amazing!!
Cons: It was freakin hot with the pool door getting opened and shut all the time. But there is nothing anyone can do about it kids were having fun and we were having adult beverages so it was all good just hot.
Pros: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Housekeeping was lacking. We ran out of coffee the first day, shampoo the second and toilet paper the last, none of which were replaced. Housekeeping frequently came late in the day (1600-1700) after we had already returned.
Cons: reservation screwed up; I made reservation for 2 rooms with 2 beds ea they only had 1 bed in ea room. roolaway to solve one room was so bad that person slep on the floor. last 2 persone were put in the conf room with 2 twin beds this conf room rents for
Pros: Friendly staff Clean rooms Good continental breakfast
Pros: Our bed was very comfy. The hot tub was very hot and relaxing. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Sauna didn't work like it should. The walls in our bathroom were noticeably dirty.
Pros: Everyone was nice, beds were comfy, and clean rooms.
Pros: Sparse condiments for the oatmeal; pretty basic menu. Fairfield is impressive.
Cons: Wood frame building means you'll hear next door neighbors, and especially the folks upstairs as they walk, drop stuff, and use the bathroom. I prefer motels with better sound barriers because I have to teach early classes and can't do well if I lose a night sleep. Interestingly, the railroad next to the building wasn't a problem. I believe they don't allow train traffic at night.
Pros: Breakfast was included.
Cons: About 30% of staff encountered were friendly-the rest were not. Disappointing to see people working in a customer oriented business who did not have that mindset.
Pros: The 1st thing we noticed were the beautiful floweres outside..WOW!!! The inside was clean & everyone was friendly & nice. Only negative...& very disappointed...NO ELEVATOR...Oh my God!!! We needed help getting our stuff up to 2nd floor as we are elderly ladies & thank God 2 young fellas came & helped. I certainly can't be the only one to complain about this...
Cons: NO ELEVATOR!!!
Pros: The location and appearance of the hotel was great. It was nice that we had access to the gym next door.
Cons: We could hear all noise from the lobby and housekeeping.
