Pros: Location is beautifull! Cosy, quiet location with vineyards surrounding you, great place for a dinner with views on the vineyards. Butique resort, swimming pool outside, friendly staff! Definitely would come again there!

Pros: Service, Minus the check-in, was good. If you arrived before 9:00pm you were happy. If you arrived after 9:00pm you lost your entire reservation. Both happened to us. So, it was a bitter sweet experience.

Pros: The rooms are quite spacious and very modern with all the amenities one needs for business or for leisure travel. It is well located, very central to everything. Your breakfast comes to your room in the morning which was quite nice and the wifi is free, also an added plus.

Cons: need Kleenex in the rooms, more towels, air conditioning didn't work properly.

Pros: Service, Minus the check-in, was good. If you arrived before 9:00pm you were happy. If you arrived after 9:00pm you lost your entire reservation. Both happened to us. So, it was a bitter sweet experience.
Cons: Check-in simply did not exist for late arrivals. We had to look for another hotel. Interestingly, all hotels in the area have a 24-hour desk waxed or for Marco Polo.

Cons: Check-in was hell. Late check-in non-exists t unless you know how to work it. If you plan to arrive late, and if you know you need to pay 50 euros then you are good. If your flight is delayed, if you expect to pay the 50 euro late fee at the check-in then you are screwed. Not only you have no rooms that night but you lose your entire reservation. This happened to 5 in our group.

Cons: Check-in, check-in and check-in. Somebody needs to do something about the check-in. The experience left a bitter taste in our mouth. We will not return until their check-in process is fixed. Office closes at 9:00pm. Period. You lose your entire reservation and are on your own if you arrive after that. It happened to 5 members of our group. Ruined an entire vacation.
