Pros (+) Everyone was very friendly, patient and accommodating. We did ask to switch rooms after the first night because two of the outlets we wanted to use weren't working. They were very willing to make it work for us. There was no hint that we were inconveniencing anyone. It was nice to have breakfast available, even if it wasn't the best. The food actually tasted better than it looked for the most part...
Cons (-) The worst thing was that the rooms were laid out in a way that made it hard to move around the room. We rearranged some of the furniture, and that helped. (We put it back before we left so the housekeeper wouldn't have a hard time.) But, even so, we were constantly getting into each other's way while we were getting ready in the morning.
