Maistra Resort Funtana - Vrsar - Bedroom
5
8.8 Excellent (2,919 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Funtana property is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Dinopark Funtana and 2.6 mi (4.1 km) from Aquacolors Porec. Vrsar Harbour and Dusan Dzamonja Sculpture Park are also within 3 mi (5 km).
7.5 Good
Pros: All day kind staff. Clean room, clean every where.
Cons: Czech beer Braník, old but clean room.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The view is amazing, and food is OK.
Cons: The hotel is crowded. The bathroom is small and mildewed. Some of the staff is rude. The receptionist practically lied to us, three times. The roommaid came into the room, neglected the ‘do not disturb’ sign. There aren’t enough parking places and sunbeds for so many people.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All inclusive and location
Cons: -
7.5 Good
Pros: Very friendly and nice staff. The place itself is nice but old. It is like time stoped 30 years ago - the same for food. Good things is you have many things to do like tennis, paddle boats etc so you have all the time things to do.
Cons: Bathroom is disaster! Seriously!!! Please renovate it. This was the worst bathroom I have ever been... Room itself was ok but deserve renovation too.
6.7 Good
Pros: The rooms were very clean, the air conditioner was great. The receptionist were very friendly, good english and easily reachable.
Cons: There isn’t any option of drinks with zero sugar included in All inclusive. The food was good but not the best ( pasta and rice always over cooked or under cooked)
7.1 Good
Pros: This is located right next to the sea with lovely views. The accommodation is built on the side of a hill so there is a lot of walking up and down steps to get to the restaurant, reception and beach. Our room was fine but it overlooked an access road and was right next to an extractor fan from the kitchen. It did not matter too much because our balcony was really too small to sit out on, The staff were generally very welcoming and helpful. The all inclusive included the use of pedaloes, kayaks, bikes, tennis and table tennis which was very good. The pool area had a good amount of sun beds and the temperature of the pool was fine. They tended to have music playing all day which on occasions was too loud and did not enhance the sun bathing experience but the aqua activities every morning were fun. The beach was typical for this region. Rocky and sometimes quite difficult to negotiate. The water was clean and a nice temperature. The food again was very typical for this kind of hotel. Plentiful but perhaps uninspired and not a great variety. There were some niggles, but all in all the holiday was good,
Cons: Having looked forward to a gin and tonic before dinner it was disappointing to find our that the all inclusive drinks did not include local spirits until 9 p.m. The beer, I am told was good as was the coffee. The wine was drinkable but not great. On arrival at the town we saw a couple of signs for the Funtana Resort but they were not really helpful. We had to phone the hotel to get directions - the SatNav will not get you to the door. I got the impression from the reception staff that this is a constant problem. Whilst the staff, generally, were good we thought the some of the staff operating the additional activities (kayaks, pedaloes, bikes etc.) could have been more helpful,
Maistra Resort Belvedere - Vrsar - Bedroom
6
8.7 Excellent (754 reviews)
Overview Reviews
You'll be centrally located in Vrsar with a stay at Maistra Resort Belvedere, you'll be 14 minutes by foot from Vrsar Harbour. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were here the second time. The accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable. The food is delicious and varied. The city is a few minutes' walk away. A great starting point for cycling, hiking and exploring small towns and attractions in the area. We decided that we would spend our autumn holidays in the future
Cons: -
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was located on the first line a hundred meters from the sea and it was quiet and perfectly.
Cons: But we think that living in rooms of higher lines is not comfortable enough because cars park right under windows. There is too noisy and crowded in time of the breakfast in the restaurant. It would be better if the restaurant area was larger.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, food, the facility and the surrounding area are well maintained, friendly staff..., actually everything.
Cons: /
7.1 Good
Pros: Pool was excellent for kids. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Price, through booking, was reasonable.
Cons: Towels and bed sheets were not replaced in room for 5 days. Pool towels were not available for two days. Parking was ca. 400m uphill from the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: fantastic sea view. newly refurbished room and bathroom
Cons: thin walls, you can hear your neighbours just talking
6.0 Good
Pros: Location directly at the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk.
Cons: Breakfast was not really 4-star standard, may be due to October and end of season.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice location and good facilities.
Cons: Too expensive chairs at the beach (4 Euros per person x day). A lower price should be charged for persons staying in the hotel. Already at 10:30 in the morning all pool chairs are booked for the day. Probably because of the expensive beach chairs. This is an issue and needs to be addressed. Early check out 10am and no flexibility for a check out 30min. later.
7.3 Good
Pros: Fantastic !!!!
5.3 Okay
Pros: location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location: quiet (however, we were there out of season), yet only a short walk from the city. Plenty of walking paths available.
6.8 Good
Pros: the room decoration was great
Cons: hotel staff talked by default in German, even asked to talked in English!. poor breakfest especially coffee and something which simulates juice:( horrible parking system, had to park 500m from the room outside the village.
7.2 Good
Pros: The Belvedere was not open and the information was poor informing us that we had been transferred to the Hotel Pineta. This was only next door but there was no indication that they were in the same group and the staff were not expecting us and it took some time to establish that we had a reservation.
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: The area is quiet, relaxing and we had a lovely view from our room,
Cons: As mentioned earlier, no lounge chairs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was brand new ansd extremely comfortable, nice private swimming area - nice breakfast also
Cons: I did not care much for the 'entertainment' provided every evening; the music was quite loud... I prefer to listen to the sea...
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Far too expensive for what it is. A cou[ple travelling through do not need or want all the childrens facilities, etc. that are included. Should have a 'activities package' charge seperate to room cost.
Apartments Koversada - Vrsar - Building
7
8.1 Excellent (440 reviews)

One of the most-widely known naturist centres in Europe, situated south of Vrsar, at the entrance to Limski Bay. Koversada Blesička is a spacious holiday village in the green oasis, embracing numerous tourists from all over the globe, as one world family. Koversada can accommodate up to 6000 guests in its camp and two tourist settlements. Guest can choose from several options for their breakfast buffet and dinner: Mendula Grill, Balun Pizzeria and the Garbin National Restaurant. There is a multitude of sporting and recreational activities including boat and canoe hire, tennis courts, a basketball court, a small football field, volleyball courts and cycle hire. There are entertainment programs for the whole family such as water sports schools for the adults and a playground for the children. The apartments combine modern style and practicality to provide a comfortable and open atmosphere. The colours, both inside and out, reflect and enhance the natural beauty of the Mediterranean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is one of the best places for vacations for ordinary people who love the nature and seaside. Quiet naturist park with quiet welcoming people. A lot of space for walking, swimming, relaxing.
Cons: It was a third or fourth time there, and as usual it was very hard to find something we didn't like. It was a bit hard with parking places near apartments, but that was inevitable in a mild weather September season (we did not expect that it will be so full at this time)
7.5 Good
Pros: We had apartments, no breakfasts.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place with excellent nature.
Cons: Air conditioners were struggling to cope with their tasks, partial leakage of condensate on the walls near air conditioners.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place - we were first timers and thoroughly enjoyed the vibe and facilities - the park is such a relaxing place and we would love to return again. The staff were helpful and the apartments were clean and comfortable - but really most time is spent exploring the park and local areas while taking advantage of the coastline to swim and relax. A naturist paradise.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice park like setting, close to the beach and newly refurbished flats.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Spacious, but still very peaceful and quiet camp that is beautifully situated at the coast.Relaxed atmosphere. Having hardly any information about the camp in advance, we ordered just here because we hoped to get away from the overcrowded beaches and the hard-core tourism in the southern part of the country. And we were not disappointed. Even fully booked, there were plenty of space at the beach. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the service facilities all over, and we had no idea that the camp contained 3 restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping centre. Very nice and friendly staff.
Cons: Being a 4 star establishment, we were not too impressed by the standard of the apartment in relation to the high price of 148 euros pr day. Rather small, with a tiny terrace and bathroom, where the latter was populated by an army of ants marching out of the walls and on to our towels after showering. Bathroom construction is definitely not 4 star according to our norwegian standard. Except from this, the apartment is comfortable enough for a few days stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: The only problem was, that we had to change the room, because the smell of cigarettes (the former clients have smoked).
Cons: If possible, softly paved jogging path would gain great interests for jogging people. Generally it is impossible to find proper places to train running, because the asphlat paved ways are too hard for feet.
6.3 Good
Pros: The territory has liked, at restaurant above reception cosy and is tasty.
Cons: Stationary apartments are located too far from the sea
7.6 Good
Pros: Blesicka apartments were modern and very well equipped - air conditioning, maid service, full size cooker and fridge, flat screen TV etc. Only 3 mins walk from sea, lovely naturist beaches with many quiet coves (little sand though).
7.6 Good
Pros: The facilities were great, esp. given the price of room. Safe area where hotel was located (in the settlement complex). If you don't care it's for a nudists complex, family staying would be also nice.
Cons: Reception may not open until late night; we were hurry to check in. Also 10AM check out was somewhat inconvenient
6.4 Good
Pros: Fantastic apartment in a great area
Cons: For us is not a problem but it was in the center of a naturist area.
6.8 Good
Pros: fully satisfied
Cons:
6.8 Good
Pros: It was a good value aparthotel with a nice kitchen that we would have used more if we were staying for more than two days. Also very restful and quiet.
Cons: It was a bit out of town and hard to find. Also I didn't realize it was Europe's largest naturist center, which was OK with us, but may have upset others.

Pros: The room is small but clean there is air conditioning and tv. The cleaning woman is very helpful. The pension is beauty italy's style. 3 cutie black kitty waiting every morning.
Cons: Nothing kitchen just like on the internet pictures. The street is very near the window and the terrace. They said we got a room upstairs, but it wasn't like that. The owner didn't come there when we arrived and the others didn't know which room to get.
8.8 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms and hotel very clean. Beautiful views
Cons: We would have preferred a fixed shower as opposed to a hand held one.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nice terrace for breakfast.
Cons: Structure outdated except for some public areas. Parking way too far away and not included in room price. Because of the parking situation it was very difficult to load and unload baggage.
7.1 Good
Pros: Size of the room was good. Nice view on the sea. The village is more authentic and calm then Rovinj.
Cons: A chaotic arrival but well managed. The area is less touristy then Rovinj city but the price was as high. The shower needs replacement. It went all directions when the water was switched on.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast good, but nothing more than good. The food good bud the selection very limited and everyday the same. Terrible parking - you have to move your car to parking 500 m far from the hotel when no place for unloading/loading the luggage. So when you stop your car in front of the hotel you are immediatelly blocking the other tafic on the road and the hotel staff is just "shruggling their shoulders" without any solution, it is fully up to you how you can manage this terrible situation.
Cons: No parking and terrible loading/ unloading the car in front of the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous views throughout the hotel and situated in the center of old town. Great beach relatively close.
Cons: No elevator and room was a bit on the smaller side.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Good view.
Cons: The bed was not good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel overlooking the harbour. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very kind and readily available to answer any of my questions or problems. The room was clean and comfortable for one person. The location was excellent! Beaches were only 5 minutes walk from the accommodation and lots of choice for sunbathing and swimming spots. It was the highlight of my trip.
Cons: - Considering that there is no communal kitchen facility, I wished there was a kettle with complimentary tea or coffee in the room, and maybe even a toaster so one did not have to go out every single meal? That would make a big difference in terms of comfort. The kettle is kind of a basic standard expectation in most of Europe, and it would not require too much effort. UK guests need their cup of tea! - Internet was not reliable while I was there and unfortunately, I lost quite a bit of money having to decline work due to issues with the internet for the first 3 days (I teach online). The hosts were proactive trying to resolve the issue though and on the last day the service was back to normal
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location... very rustic and authentic is a good way!
Cons: Beds were a bit uncomfortable
7.1 Good
Pros: Good value for money
Cons: Everything is well-worn and if 2 people were sharing, the room would be cramped.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom was acceptable clean. Bed and the mattress was very good. The view from window, exeptional! But you don't have direct view to the sea from this house. At 50-100 mettres is a place of "belvedere". We spent few evenings there, looking at the sun soaking in sea, with a glass of good romanian wine. In conclusion, if you are not a snob, the position of this house, in the very center of old town, the proximity of "belvedere" points, the silent and relaxing evenings you can have, worth all the money.
Cons: Old house, with old furniture. Economy room is at the 2-nd floor, the bathroom is at the 1-st. No AC and if is very warm outside it can be very warm in the room too. For us was not very disturbing: we was looking for something simple, "student style"
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Traditional atmospheric place in old town setting of cobbled narrow lanes. Next to the campanile at the top of the Vrsar hill with beautiful sea views. Car access tricky. Helpful owners.
Cons: Do not expect modern facilities! That is its charm.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice view from room window. The house is at the top of the hill in the centre of town, so you need to climb some steep steps/slopes to get there. Owner very responsive.
Cons: Because of the configuration of the room and the location of the door between the bedroom and the shower room, it was a squeeze to get into the shower room If the room was used for two people, you would be tight for space.
5.8 Okay
Cons: It was ok. But i would expect at least greeting froma host. But location is amazing and the town is so beautiful. The room is small and probably really hot in summer, so prepare yourself for sweating.
