Welcome to ‘Manderley Park’, an historic 1930’s Art Deco Country Homestead, set in the heart of West Gippsland’s rolling green hills, yet only a 10 minute drive to the thriving townships of Warragul, Drouin or Neerim South. Upon arrival, be greeted by long time locals Robyn and Colin who will instantly make you feel right at home with their welcoming personalities and country style hospitality. Available for bookings are two Art Deco inspired light filled bedrooms, both with very comfortable king size beds, TV’s and cosy heating. Guests also have access to the main bathroom, which boasts an extra-large shower. The dining room has an open fireplace and comfortable couch and the TV room includes two recliner chairs, 3 person couch and a large screen TV. A delicious continental breakfast can be enjoyed either in the courtyard or in front of the open fireplace in the dining room. Your stay at ‘Manderley Park’ can take many directions, some of which could include taking to time: Cosy up in front of the open log fire with a good book and a bottle of wine to relax the day away in style. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the meticulously kept cottage garden, which boasts an array of spectacular flowers and large leafy trees. You may even choose to take a pot of tea out into the courtyard and watch the every changing birdlife come and go throughout the day. Throw on your old clothes and help Robyn and Colin to feed their calves and milk a couple of cows – up until recently Manderley Park was a thriving dairy farm. Today, only 6 cows are kept on the property, which are milked once a day to provide milk for the calves. Take a 10 minute drive into the township of Warragul, where you’ll find an array of fabulous bars and restaurants, the West Gippsland Arts Centre where terrific acts often perform, 6 screen movie theatre, local boutique shopping, Woolworths and Coles plus many other local attractions. Indulge at the ‘Brandy Creek Estate’ world-class spa experience set amongst the Gippsland vines – this is highly recommended and located only 10 minutes’ drive! Drive to Yarragon for a Devonshire Tea before exploring the many antique and boutique local shops. Visit MT Baw Baw, which takes approximately 1 hour drive time. Enjoy excellent skiing in the winter months or bushwalking/cross country mountain biking in the warmer months Manderley Park is also located an easy 15 minute drive to the ever happening Lardner Park – making it the ideal destination for people attending events there. Robyn and Colin look forward to welcoming all couples, families, friends or business travellers into their 1930’s homestead.

Cons: the heater could be an improvement, it was good though, but the power of heater wasnt able to reach the couch and room but only remained in the dinning area

Pros: Bed was superbly comfortable. Room was most tastefully decorated and very adequate.
Cons: Tea cups not supplied and air con remote should have been checked for perfect functionality.
Pros: Super clean recently renovated rooms with large comfortable bed and huge bath towels! Thoughtful touches like dimmable bed lights. Even though it’s renovated I like that the motel still has some mid-century charm including the original motel sign and the reception building.
Cons: Slightly out of town so you need a car. A little bit of noise from passing trains but not too bad. I slept through it!
Pros: Convenient, comfortable, quality TV, very reasonable rates
Cons: Initially very cold, reverse cycle heating filters blocked, finally came on after 20mins wait.
Pros: The room had a modern and comfortable feel to it. The bed was really comfortable with a selection of soft & firmer pillows.
Cons: The inconsistent water temperature in the shower. The water would randomly become cold or too hot.

Linbridgeford is situated in Drouin. Guests benefit from a balcony and a barbecue. The country house features a flat-screen TV. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. Warragul is 9 km from the country house.
Pros: The house is lovely and centrally located. The size of the property is very deceptive with large bedrooms and living areas. It has an old world feel with the antique / 40's furniture and nic nacs. The kitchen / dining is very homely. The house has in floor heating which was very efficient and kept the house cosy for my entire visit. Although I didn't use it, there is an extensive back deck with BBQ and a large back yard which would be ideal for families on holidays.
Cons: Only minor - I was disappointed I was unable to park my car in the driveway. Some of the plants are a little overgrown and prevented the gates opening adequately. Pity I couldn't stay longer to investigate the area more :). With the strong winds on the evening the TV arial struggled to maintain good reception.
Pros: Loved the period features of the home. The scenery from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. The location was in the town and central to all amenities.
Cons: We are used to a king sized bed and therefore the bed was smaller than expected. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked and my partner did not sleep well and woke up with a sore back.
Pros: Location. Beds were comfy
Cons: Water in toilet ran all the time. No gas ignition to light oven Oven didn’t work at all Exhaust fan didn’t work from unit. Had to stand on a chair to open above cupboard to turn on at power point Ironing board kept on collapsing So many occupational hazards things in this house No instructions readily available as to how to lock front door or how to operate stove These items should be left on bench for everyone to see. Stained tea and coffee mugs Not happy. The top amount charged with poor results
Pros: Lovely, spacious, comfortable old house. Short walk to shops. Peaceful view from deck of fields and hills.
Pros: Central heating .location.
Cons: Cobwebs in side. Bathroom out on verandah.
Pros: The ducted heating was excellent
Cons: toilet paper in the bathroom cupboard,
Pros: Beautiful location and great garden
Cons: Double beds a bit small
Pros: The host was very accommodating and welcoming. The house was really well appointed and warm and comfortable and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful old house with all mod cons.
Cons: The mattress on the bed was a little too hard.would have liked something softer. Would have liked instructions for working the tv.
Pros: The building itself was beautiful and in a central location. The owner was lovely. Central heating was very much appreciated at this time of year. Large backyard, lovely view. Large bathroom with toilet plus a separate toilet off laundry which was great when staying with so many people.
Cons: “Bed six” was a trundle bed, was not advertised as such and not made up on arrival. We were left to do this ourselves only to find the mattress covered in mouse urine and faeces. The mattress was very thin, not appropriate for sleeping on. The property was booked for six adults, however I would suggest five as a maximum. One adult had to sleep on a mattress found under the double bed in the main bedroom set up by ourselves in the lounge room. General cleanliness was poor. Lamps set up in every room, however no globes and not plugged in. Difficult to access parking in backyard due to narrow gate and plants overgrowing driveway, we ended up parking on the verge for the duration of our stay.
Pros: Period details, clean and warm
Cons: Although we appreciated the bed being of period theme it was small and mattress a bit too hard

Cons: We had to wait 1 hour for check in after the original quoted time of 2pm, while the room was cleaned.

Cons: Payment was taken 20min before I arrived when the information for payment on arrival. I feel that was very unprofessional, you can’t just charge my card when every They like
Pros: Very comfortable....loved the electric blanket :)
Cons: Just the location-not close to anything.
Pros: Stayed there overnight to enjoy the local Warragul attractions by car. Suited our needs. Stayed in a family unit as we travelled with 2 young children aged 7 and 6. It had a split system A/Con and heating unit in the open lounge dining area which came in handy as we stayed there during winter. The reception area has a DVD library available to guests.
Cons: Decor is dated and not very appealing, but the place was clean enough for me to feel comfortable. The shower is over a spa bath tub that was quite high to step into. It would only pose a problem if you have mobility issues

Fridge was not working at all (light was on but not cold).
Pros: The comfy bed and the warm heater and good hot shower
Cons: The fridge that wouldnt close due to build up of ice(needed defrosting)the dirty tissues left in drawer of bedside table
Pros: Great for the price.
Cons: Cobwebs in bathroom. Shower needs a very good deep clean, lots of stains. Exhaust fan above shower covered in dust. No foxtel. hdmi port broken. Broken curtains. No staff at desk to ask question.

Pros: Tv size was great and shower was excellent
Pros: Bed was king size and very comfy
Cons: No Foxtel as advertised
