9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very professional, caring and kind. We were here for a family emergency and I couldn't have asked for better human kindness than we received at the Cranberry Country Lodge.
Cons: The breakfast was not the best hotel breakfast I've had but it's understandable that the hotel was full for the state track and field championships. I imagine it was difficult to keep things smooth with a bunch of hungry teenagers to feed!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The water park area the grandkids had so much fun.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good. The area for seating was somewhat small, not enough tables and chairs. Had to take our food to our room.
Cons: The bathroom sink was out in the room. Should be in the bathroom for more privacy.
6.0 Good
Pros: Kids loved the pool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean , fresh , friendly
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was close to where my fiance worked and since he had to work part of Saturday we wanted to stay close.
Cons: Everytime I left the room the key wouldn't work so then I had to go down to the main desk to get a different key. Parking wasn't very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and facilities were beyond anything expected.
Cons: I didn't like that we could not stay longer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was what we expected, comfy, and clean. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff was a bit grumpy when we arrived and left. The hot tub was okay and the pressure from the heads wasn't great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, inviting and entertaining with the aquatic center :)
Cons: They didn't have a room ready for us until after 4 (check in is 3). Clerk didn't tell us about anything beyond aquatic center being available and where our room was (not about continental breakfast, checkout time)
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Had a room with only one bed and sofa bed. Should of had a room with two rooms
1.0 Poor
Pros: Breakfast was okay
Cons: Hotel overcharge me for hotel room above booking com cost. When us veterans and natives wanted to do a ceremony with food and the flag we where told we could not bring good from outside the hotel .and the hotel runs 250 dollars smokeing room scam policy so be very careful considering this hotel and there no veterans discount
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing. Didn’t stay here.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to interstate
7.0 Good
Pros: Very nice lobby area and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile
Cons: Under staffed. These poor people are being asked to do the work 2 or 3 people would be doing in other hotels I have stayed at. Mr Pantel work a Saturday morning all by yourself and see how hard it is for one person to do 3 jobs
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast rolls/ donuts.
Cons: My friend brought the donuts back to the room. I did not see the breakfast bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub.
Cons: No fan in the bathroom. That's it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We liked the breakfast. Also, the temperatures of the pool and hot tub were comfortably warm.
Cons: It needed several repairs. Such as the back door to the building was broken and did not latch, so it was a security concern from strangers being able to access the building especially at night. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and what was especially annoying was the scary screeching sound of the bathroom door when it opened and closed and woke us and the dog up. The door needs replaced. The hot tub and pool floor was very dirty, looked like sand.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very clean place every thing was well working and breakfast was good
Cons: There was not much I didn't like about my stay
2.0 Mediocre

Cons: cranfest weekend, price was high for hotel accommodations value. Otherwise stay was good.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Clean hotel and staff was great
Cons: Yes, We have never had a room that smelled musty and of cat urine, but ours did. We chose not to complain as we checked in a bit early.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were very happy with the breakfast selections. The biscuits & gravy were really good and the scrambled eggs were pretty good too. Although there was a problem with the orange juice. First cup was fine but second cup was thick & sweet.
Cons: I did not see any luggage carts.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: There was a note on the heater/air conditioner that said the hotel controls it so we did not touch it. However, we didn't notice the wall thermostat until next morning. It was 78 degrees and very uncomfortable. Wish there was a note that said heat was regulated by thermostat on wall by the bathroom.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location and friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good staff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Our room was at the end of the hall so it was quiet. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: The air conditioner was hard to regulate (wall controls were hard to work) No place to open a suitcase without putting it on the floor or the bed.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Please place fresh cream (half n half) for coffee in room. Better yet if you want to make an impact with customers have a coffee station in rooms!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was very good, not quite as good as the Hampton Inn in Madison but it was fresh and delicious! thank you, good value!
Cons: eggs were a little cold
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, quiet, great pool and whirlpool
Cons: no
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly. Hotel, our room and pool area were very clean. Great breakfast ! They offered something different everyday from the hot food area. Omelets, scrambled eggs, french toast, turkey links, sausage patties and fried potatoes. Plus waffles, bagels and the regular items.
Cons: We paid a bit more during the off season. It was Cranberry Festival week-end so all hotels book fast and prices go up. Brighter light bulbs for reading would help as the room was kind of dark even with all the lights on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. House keeper seen me going to my room with food and she opened the door for me! Truly appreciated that!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, not spectacular but very good. It would have been nice to have a little bar in the hotel for before bed drinks. Everyone on the staff was really helpful and friendly and remembered you from seeing you a couple days earlier. Very clean and modern. I definitely will be staying there again.
Cons: I thought I was getting a King Suite but only got a King room which was fine but a little disappointing. The hot tub has a short cycle and didn't want to start up and stay running right away.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We attended Cranberry Fest so location was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had good selection
Cons: Room was very expensive but it was a festival weekend so understood.

Standard breakfast items, waffles, cereal, breads, juices, eggs and yogurt. I’ll say it again, clean. Good value for the dollar. Would stay there again.
Cons: Out on the edge of town, but convenient to the interstate. Kind of sits by itself in a dark corner, but no problems with security. Just that it is 5 to 10 minutes drive to find an eating place. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear the talking in the room next-door, And people passing in the hall sound as if you forgot to close your door. Room is a bit on the smaller side, but hey, there is a reason they call it Microtel.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was limited- JUST OK
Cons: I was there on a Monday night so hotel was not full. they put me ON THE FREEWAY SIDE so I could not sleep with SEMI AFTER SEMI AFTER SEMI went by my room. when I mentioned it to the desk on check out, the staff said I should have requested a parking lot room. Why NOT just give me a room AWAY FROM THE FREEWAY to begin with?

Cons: We loved our stay!! They literally have everything you would need on site that we didn't need to leave much during our stay. The kids loved the waterpark. We were bummed that the kid pool was shut down during our stay but there was still plenty to do.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close walking distance to waterpark

9.0 Excellent
Pros: There is so many things to do with my kids & the staff was very friendly. It was a fun experience.
Cons: Our floor in our room was a little dirty & we found a dirty diaper in a drawer where the blankets were for the pull out.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was close to the activities we were attending in the area. Cranberry festival. Which brings in thousands of people. The water park when it was open.
Cons: There is no free coffee in the lobby! You have to pay for it.? What hotel does that? The pool hours were terrible! Thursday when we arrived. The pool water park was open only from 4pm to 9pm.. Friday it was open 5pm to 9pm . Saturday 9am to 10pm. Sunday 9am to 1pm. You needed to look at the sheet they gave you to see what times each day they opened. Only one of the hot tubs was working. They were not open longer for adults in the evening. The water park was closed at 9pm most of the time. When we got in the elevator they were working on it and the maintenance guy said people are always hitting the plastic buttons to hard. It was a mess, everyone was checking in at that time and waiting to get on the elevator with all their luggage and the only elevator that took you to the 4th floor. The rooms had their lighting dimmed to minimal. One of our lamps didn't work you couldn't turn it on. You had to leave your key in the slot by the inside door to keep the lights on or they wouldn't stay on that told us at check in. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff was very friendly we only had them re stock our supplies. But the hallway carpets and wallpaper on the 4th floor were stained with what appeared to be water damage at some point. Paint was chipped off the walls. I don't believe the hotel gets used much beyond the cranfest festival season. The prices are jacked up at that time but then they sent an email saying we could extend our stay an extra day for $49. But if you did the water park would be going till 1pm that day. I saw a lot of families with kids there. what a disappointment that must have been . Parking is also limited.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. Room showed its age. Wallpaper coming off wall. Screen for patio was off track. Water park was so so. Hot tub was only warm. Rough rocks digging in back when trying to relax. Drew blood when getting out from rough surface.
