It has an exquisite design and style and a quality location that is only a few minutes from the Potomac River and other popular attractions in the area.

The hotel is rife with amenities. It features a 24-hour cardio room, nightly turndown service, same-day dry-cleaning service, complimentary wireless Internet in guestrooms and public areas of the hotel, and a complimentary daily Washington Post. In addition, The 1310 Kitchen & Bar is the on-site restaurant. It is available for breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour, and dinner.

Pros (+) Nice bed and bathroom area. Staff was nice!
Cons (-) The window treatments did not cover entire window. The rooms are paper thin meaning the outside of the room is able to be heard and will wake you up. It was so bad that you could hear low voice conversations as well.
