No concierge and desk person too busy at times to be helpful
The location was fantastic. It was so close to everything. And the staff was super friendly and made some great suggestions about places for us to check out.
There wasn¿t a mini frig in the room so we didn¿t have a place to keep any leftovers or keep drinks.
Location was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel was very clean
The location was very close to the tidal basin for cherry blossom viewing. It was also very clean and I felt safe thanks to COVID precautions in place.
Our room type was not available to us upon check in, and we weren¿t offered amenable alternatives. Someone in my party had to sleep on the floor due to going from a double king room to single king room and lack of rollaway beds. Absolutely unacceptable
Front desk attendant did not want to accommodate
The location was excellent once we found it, but poor signage and the inability for GPS mapping to get us there was a problem. The room was a nice size, quiet, and seemed to be recently updated.
Poor mgmt. Dining room closed, carry out disorganized – no signs, poor communication. 6 PM curfew, no attempt was made to provide food for guests that had no other options for dinner. Cleaning staff entered the room despite “do not disturbâ
Modern, cleanliness, access to sites
The hotel is very clean and modern!
The pool was under construction, but still great place!
Location, within walking distance to the national mall and the metro is directly under the hotel which made it easy to get to/from training each day.
They would allow a late check out.
