Don't bring your car
Colonial parking provides valet parking at the Willard for $55 per night. They refused to tell me about any other options when there was another parking garage just behind the hotel. I won't return to the Willard until they lower their parking rates.
Very clean, quiet and accommodating.
Not worth the money
Nice lobby, courteous staff, comfortable bed.
Tiny gym, mold in the bathroom grout, room amenities were average, surprising amount of wear and tear in our room for a hotel in this category.
Beautiful historic hotel
Location is ideal for seeing the museums and monuments. Lobby and restaurant staff are warm and welcoming.
If you forget to tip housekeeping each morning, don't expect clean towels.
