Pros. Nicely remodeled. Well organized lobby. Convenient location. The valet text message system worked well.
Pros. The location at 21st and M is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cookies at check in were delicious!
Cons. The property seemed to be under some type of renovation. So, from the outside, parts of the hitem seemed to be out of commission. The room was fine. But the hallway was almost exclusively grey and dated.

Cons. But...... 5 minutes after we leave the room, my wife left an expensive blouse in the room... I personally hanged out the blouse in the closet...so I went back to pick it up.... sadly I couldn't find it..... the staff came to the room..... But nothing of blouse was there.... that evening in our family meeting my wife didnt know what to wear.... So sad.... No time to shopping that day. So, Next time you leave you room in this Hotel.... you know what to do before close the door ....
